No issues with orders except if your account gets hacked they do nothing. I've dealt with customer service twice to get my money back and both times they've said they sent it up to get escalated. Supposedly it will only take 24-48hours and after week I still haven't heard anything back from them. I will probably not use Grubhub again because I can't trust their site or them fixing the issues.
They posted our menu on their website without our permission. I called them and asked to take it down. It's still there with the prices they came up with. This issue is creating lots of problems for us with our customers and we're going to seek legal action.
I placed an order, was charged, and received a verification email. Once it was 30 minutes past the delivery window, I called the restaurant who said they never received my order and suggested I contact GrubHub. Once I finally figured out how to even contact them, they eventually said they spoke to someone at the restaurant, and that they said they needed to cancel the order because of items unavailable. I ordered five different things. How would NONE of it be available on a Tuesday night?
I ended up calling the restaurant after GrubHub customer service continued to bs me, and they said they were never even contacted by GrubHub, and assured me that they were not out of any of the things I ordered.
Although I am sick, and irritated that I didn't get my food, I can deal with that. But the fact that their "customer service" rep made up some absurd excuse and LIED to me directly, and also tried to BLAME the local, family owned restaurant is unacceptable.
Good luck on actually receiving your order. If you don't they might give you 15% off your next order. That's right. It's the game of try, try again. And for all your trouble they may accommodate you with a whole $5 off if you try again. WORST SERVICE EVER. Don't waste your time.
I order from Grubhub because of coupons. They don't honor coupons- you have to email 10 times. They don't understand emails. They waste your time by denying coupons.
We ordered SUSHI at 6:08 for delivery by 6:50-7. Driver picked up the food at 7:00, which is absolutely fine, 20 minutes late is no big deal when you're hungry and have craving. HOWEVER
FORTY minutes later, RAW SUSHI was still in his car, which hadn't moved, in 83 degree weather, and was STILLA 20 minutes from my house. I texted him to ask for my food, and he says the apps not working and he's on his way but suddenly his vehicle starts moving in the app. So there's more lying.
By then it's 45 minutes of raw sushi sitting in his car so I canceled. And he now has my address. I have his name and number but it could certainly be fake because you don't seem to have a very good vetting process at grub hub. You all suck
I honestly wouldn't even give them one star. I set up and used my account one time months ago. My account was recently hacked from someone residing on the opposite coast. The representatives and supervisors I spoke with did nothing they said; no follow-through no emails, nothing! It is now over a week later, and I still heard nothing. Thank goodness I have a great bank who is investigating this. I am contacting my State Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau as I have notes on each phone call I made and what I was told by each representative/ supervisor.

Twice I have delivered goods and click on delivery and u check the app and see that customers cancel and when you call customer care to report that u actually delivered the food and u did everything to show delivery.they don't help u get back the time u spent and a customer will just eat free food and I have done the work.this app should not functionbecause they don't care about the drivers.I rather continue with Uber eats then.useless grubhub.find attach grubhub customer service leaving me on hold and don't care about my gas and time delivery.they should be sued for deceiving drivers cos I know I delivered but they will put cancel cos they don't want to pay u..
The food was scheduled for a 12:30 delivery. It came an hour late and was cold. Use restaurant's delivery if possible.
I ordered Italian food 2 hrs ago and the ordered is completed! I never received my order! It looks like the people "working" there are thiefs! Last time I use Grubhub! Hope you get sick!
Although the driver/delivery people are GREAT, this is such an OVERPRICEd way to get food. I am disabled. Can't drive. Stuck in the house. Husband works Noon-11 pm at night. If he hasn't stocked the house well with food, I am dependent upon delivery. Add-on fees, extra fees for small orders. $30 for a burger & salad? No way.
I have ordered from GrubHub 5 times. The first time the food never came, the driver tok it to an entirely different neighborhood. The second time, the order came, and the order was correct. The third time the order was wrong, missing items. The fourth time it was missing one item, but not an important one. AND, the LAST TIME, JUST NOW, WHILE I HAVE PEOPLE OVER WAITING FOR DINNER, MY ORDER NEVER CAME. IM LIVID. The order was reported "arrived" and just like the first time, it never came. We waited and waited and I had to go through 4 different online people
I ordered food from Panda Express 1 hour ago and they were canceled it bc "delivery issues". Their driver just mixed up and took the wrong orders. They just canceled it and made a refund. To which the customer service just apologized and did not provide even any discount or something in return. I waited for an hour and ended up being angry and hungry
What a mega lousy company with mega lousy staff. They stink. Always deliver the wrong itam and I pay for this pathetic garbage. Never again.
So I order off Grubhub on 11/15/2022 at 6pm my first order was never delivered and I decided to reorder at 8pm my delivery said between 8:59 and 9pm the restaurant closed at 9:20pm. I never got the delivery the. Driver did not show up until 9:23 pm and canceled the second driver at 9:39pm I wasted 3 hours waiting for food for them to only off me 5 dollars. I will never use this service again.
This is the worst platform made and whoever they hire for customer support is sooo bad! We will never use these guys again. Sticking with Doordash!
We ordered last Friday (11/11) from a Korean BBQ restaurant we eat at all the time. The order showed up in a reasonable time but a couple of items we received were different than what we ordered. In addition a bill that should have been $70-$75 turned out to be $88 due to unexplained additional charges listed below a couple of items. We called restaurant but that's not going to solve the problem. Them today that overpriced $88 bill showed up on my credit card for $115.29. Two things will happen now. First I'll contest the bill and not pay that amount. Secondly we will never go through Grub Hub again. EVER!
I ordered a burrito bowl from chipolte. Received only chicken. Can't get I. Touch with anyone at Grubhub to fix this problem and an answering service at Chipolte says if order is incorrect I have to take it up with delivery service. No way this is anything but a bad business deal. Also order food from Canton Restaurant earlier this week and food was so bad had to throw it out. Will never use this service again.
35.00 for Bacon, Egg and Cheese Biscuit! Will never use this app again! They need to be shut down for taking advantage of people like this!
No napkins, no receipt, no nothing else. I understand it's Saturday night, but, the driver had a girl in his car and was probably busy. Kinda makes me sorry I gave him an above average tip.
Answer: I travel for a living and have experienced the lousy service that is Grub Hub. From Philadelphia PA to Shreveport LA and multiple other cities THIS SERVICE SUCKS. There's nothing good to say about it.

Answer: Yes, it is normal. Original delivery times are almost never met. No drivers, Lost Drivers, Poorly trained or untrained drivers.

Answer: Answer: Grub Hub does suck big time. No real answer. If you like cold food, delivered late and an "oh well" customer service attitude, Grub Hub is the company you should use.
Answer: They just don't care. Company motto must be "customer comes last". They simply trying to salvage whatever market share they can before they get bought out by a superior service that actually cares about customers.
