Not every menu item was on online order. I do like the ease of the ordering process. The + and - is easy and obvious. Editing an item was easy. And putting in the credit card is straightforward.

So far, so good! Pretty seamless experience so far, but we'll see how the delivery goes (I've had food that was claimed to have been delivered but never was, a sandwich with no bag left on my steps, etc. - not from this restaurant though. This is why I'm cautious and conservative with praise until I actually get my food, although there have been instances of them leaving out parts of my order from this restaurant)

My information was stolen from grabull

My name, email address, phone number and credit number was stolen from your site. The thief created a moneygram account and tried to use my credit card. The reason I know it was stolen from grabull is because I created a virtual card number just for grabull and that was the number used in the attempted fraud.

I started the order with the intent to have it delivered but, I changed my mine and decided to pick it up since its close to where I live. The website would not let me change from delivery to pick up so I had to use a different device whic6it super inconvenient, other than that I haven't had any other issues considering its my first time using this app and or website.

Clunky web site, input form problems

Email address with a dash in it - not allowed? Dash just disappears when I type it.
Autofill credit card from browser - pasted value isn't taken as valid unless I *type* a character. Also doesn't seem to be recognized by Safari at least as a standard credit-card field to offer autofill like I get with other sites, I have to go invoke the autofill options.
Please add payment methods like Apple Pay to streamline payment.
Is a grabulldirect account same as grabull? Should use a common login page so the browser can recognize that saved account data applies.

It's easy to find items on the menu but checkout is not good. First, the discount was not applied so I emptied the cart and had to redo the order. Second, it's not using standard coding that would allow the browser to enter credit card information— I have to enter everything manually.

Extremely long wait time

I ordered from a restaurant down the street less than a mile. I would have walked over but the roads and sidewalks are still covered in snow. I ordered at 11:15 at 11:20 my order was first confirmed then again at 11:49 I recieved my order a little after 1pm.

Mobile version is glitchy

I order often from this restaurant so I want to use their preferred website. I tried to create a profile and it just stalled out as "processing" until I finally gave up. Then when I was adding items to the order, if the item required me to select a spiciness level or something else, it then covered up the Add Item button, so then they couldn't be added. None of these issues were present when I made the order on my laptop instead. Final note - I have been able to order from this restaurant/website on my phone in the past, so maybe a temporary issue?
