The site didn't allow me to edit my selection at all making me add to the order multiple times in order to get the information I needed in the comments.

First, several items can't be added to the cart because you have to make edits to the item (for example, to choose a spiciness level) or sometimes even when nothing needs to be selected, the "add to cart" button is off screen and can't be selected. I would have ordered more food today but this issue prevented me. Finally, the checkout screen should have the final button to confirm the purchase at the bottom, but instead, after you enter your CC info, there's a button that brings you back to the menu and erases your CC.

I order often from this restaurant so I want to use their preferred website. I tried to create a profile and it just stalled out as "processing" until I finally gave up. Then when I was adding items to the order, if the item required me to select a spiciness level or something else, it then covered up the Add Item button, so then they couldn't be added. None of these issues were present when I made the order on my laptop instead. Final note - I have been able to order from this restaurant/website on my phone in the past, so maybe a temporary issue?
The restaurant never got my order and then they had to remake my food three hours later when they finally received Wi-Fi working

It's AIGH, It was decent, it was even mediocre. My best friend Liz thought it was the most amazing thing they had ever seen
Card entry was tedious. Couldn't copy paste card number because it had spaces. Fields didn't register as card so I couldn't autofill. Expiry date entry format was confusing.

The app doesn't allow us to edit an order so I have to constantly go back or delete the item and then add it again. You should improve the user experience of the application. If the restaurant is closed and I'm scheduling a delivery, it gave me an hour that oops a restaurant is closed, but I'm scheduling it for the future. How does that matter.

Answer: Offers and the number of my local restaurants and their process of after order service, i get text on my order update and doordash postmates drivers are connected to them which means i use Grabull get delivery and discounts but other companies charge upto 18% service fees example Doordash
