Cold

The cold weather caused the delivery guys phone to fail and the app wouldn't work. Also the delivery guy had a hard time explaining or understanding how to solve the issue! I felt bad for him

The mobile version of the ordering platform was a buggy mess and wouldn't let me properly scroll, so I had to use the desktop platform on my phone which was awkward but functional.

Mobile version is glitchy

I order often from this restaurant so I want to use their preferred website. I tried to create a profile and it just stalled out as "processing" until I finally gave up. Then when I was adding items to the order, if the item required me to select a spiciness level or something else, it then covered up the Add Item button, so then they couldn't be added. None of these issues were present when I made the order on my laptop instead. Final note - I have been able to order from this restaurant/website on my phone in the past, so maybe a temporary issue?

I was trying to go to the restaurant site. Is this the only online ordering that they have? If so, then so be it. Was my attempt to order from them hijacked by this site? It is very annoying today that sometimes it takes several attempts and attention to get to the site that you are trying to reach. Very annoying.

Late and missing items

Added fees are ridiculous

The system worked fine, but I wish all the food items had descriptions. Like how big is a side of rice (1 per person, or 1 per 2-3 people)? Or what are the many bread items without descriptions?

Restaurant couldn't find my order

When I got to the restaurant they couldn't find my order in their system. They had to write down my order from my phone. I ordered ahead so I wouldn't have to wait. Fortunately it didn't take long for my order to be prepared.

Every other time I order w grabull theres some kind of problem. And then there is no way to resolve it. No one to call. No place to email. But as consumers, we have no other option so we are stuck using the service. Sad really.

I'm staying at a hotel at 250 Monsignor O'Brien Highway in Cambridge, MA. I can't type the ' in the street name in my address field because it's an illegal character. Come on, guys. It's at least 2019 (I'm not keeping track anymore), this shouldn't still be a problem.

Once I open a menu item, it is extremely difficult to scroll down to add it to my cart. I am so sure people have stopped placing an order because of this issue. Every time, I had to swipe 20-30 times before it actually worked.

The UI adds an item to the cart even if it is viewed. I had to remove items from the cart that I had looked at but did not "add to cart".
