We had left a seat coustion in the front seat for my wife's wheelchair. I called it in to the front desk and was told that I had to contact the email side of your company first. I did that and had no luck finding it thru them. I also contacted your main online support service and was told to contact the spot where I dropped off the car. I did that and with no help was told to go online.

Car and office were very good the down side was it was nearly an hour waiting for the bus transfer from airport to office. The driver Dave was very unhelpful as well. We had 2 out of 3 people needing assistance to get onto the bus as the step was very high. He refused to assist meaning another passenger had to help them into and out of the bus.

Overall good but really shocked when I received a ticket for not paying congestion charges Green Motion also charged £68 like an extortionate charges for no reason hence I will have to pay two penalty charges.

They then charge Green Motion handling and 'Transfer of Liability' fees, which is why we must charge an admin fee in such circumstances. To clarify, this charge is not to provide you with a notification of the fine, as it is the responsibility of the issuing authority to do this. As a fairly regular customer of rental cars at Istanbul Airport, i have chosen Green Motion possibly more than other providers. I am generally satisfied with the price and particularly with the efficient and friendly service of the airport staff, both at the counter and at the pick-up/drop-off point. On this occasion I was given a free upgrade which was a nice gesture. My only negative point was that while the car was of a higher specification and more comfortable, it had a quite high kilometre reading and suffered from numerous knocks and scratches. My preference in future is for a car in a generally good condition rather than higher than requested specification. All in all, however, my experience of renting with Green Motion in Turkey is good while in the UK, it is not the case.

Read a lot of bad reviews about the company so was pretty nervous about using them, but I've hired a car 3 times this year and everything has worked out great. Good price, staff are friendly and pretty clear about fees / fines, no surprises when dropping it off etc. Obviously buy third party excess insurance and read the T&C's as some excess companies exclude Green Motion from their cover.

The car was good, the employees were nice, the rates were great. My only complaint would be that they're a little hard to find. They are in the parking lot at the ParkDIA. The bus driver from the airport didn't seem to know where they were. Not Green Motion's fault, but make sure you read all of the information sent from Green Motion, so that you can tell your bus driver where to go!

The car was clean and in good working order. We had to extended our use of the car several times due to an illness while traveling. It was always easy to arrange the extension. Airport rental representative was excellent.

Answer: DON'T do it. They advertise low and sting you at the counter! Clerks hard sell additional insurance (they get a commission). In Glasgow, Scotland this last August, they tried to get me to pay $800 in insurance to cover a ten day rental that was about $35 a day! Many people have posted about scams where they charged unsuspecting customers for "damages" that were already on the car but the customer may not notice, like a tiny chip in the windshield or a small scratch on the door edge.
Answer: Speeding/parking tickets and police action are slow. They keep the deposit until they are sure there will be no problems with any of those costs. (and yeah, would be speeding fine + massive green motion fee).

Answer: I believe Green Motion are a perfectly fair and respectful company. I suspect you didn't read their Ts&Cs properly. The two customers being served while I was collecting my car had also not read/understood the conditions and were caught by surprise. The representative dealt with them firmly but fairly.
