Generally it is not bad, however it could be better if the car we reserved would be available, usually they always offer a different car in the same price range. And I spend at least 30-40 mins until I will leave the office with the car.

The staff member at reception was horrible and yelled till I cried and another customer stepped in. To demand he stop. The next staff member was lovely and car great so I'm returning in hope different this time :)
