Great experience at Bristol airport; car pick-up about a 7-minute walk from the terminal building; much more convenient than the bus to the Car Hire centre used by other companies. Friendly staff; great car; good value for money.

Easy booking and collection even with COVID restrictions. The car we were given was relatively new and was clean throughout. The specifications of the vehicle was higher than I would have expected on a rental vehicle with it even having a built in satnav.

Overall experience was very good and everything went really smoothly at both pickup and drop off. The only criticism I have is it took a very long time for the deposit to be returned, was nearly a full month.

I was treated nicely with respect and offered my first choice car which was in very matriculate condition. Getting the car was done quick and simple and returning the hired car was as simple and straightforward as possible.

Terrible service and rude and bullying staff at Green Motion, Glasgow Airport. I pointed out to them at start of the rental a scratch on the painted rear panel on a Green Citroen3. No worries I was informed, just take a photo, which I did. However, directly beneath this on the underside of the black plastic bumper was a scrape, which was in all honesty not able to be seen by anyone inspecting the vehicle and car was backed into a fence! It was obvious they knew the damage was there as they went straight to that area! The car was driven for 47 miles in 1 week and kept in private driveway at all times. I tried to discuss this with Green Motion staff who dismissed me outright and it was obvious they just wanted to charge me an arm and leg. I urge anyone hiring from this company to photograph every area of the vehicle and also the underside as they will try and find an excuse to RIP YOU OFF! I would not even give them one star, minus more like! NEVER RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BANK ACCOUNT EMPTIED! Green Motion is an unpleasant and unscrupulous organisation and should NOT BE IN BUSINESS!
