People in Edinburgh are very nice but on one of my trips you charged me for a parking ticket that I had already paid. I sent you evidence of the payment but you still failed to respond and didn't refund me. I think it was 68 pounds so Green Motion owes me 68 pounds

Unfortunately, when a Penalty Charge Notice is received, it is sent to the fleet company as they are the registered owner of the vehicle. They then charge Green Motion handling and 'Transfer of Liability' fees, which is why we must charge an admin fee in such circumstances. So HARD to extend. For a week

I am trying to extend the rental for one week, but the procedure is not clear. I am currently in Šibenik and I do not want to drive back to Zagreb just to collect another car. Your staff has not been able to tell me whether the car classification is small or medium. I originally booked a small car and was then given this vehicle. I simply want to extend the current rental without having to return to Zagreb. Could you please clarify how this can be done?

Had to run around the airport to find the person I had to meet. Windscreen Washer was Empty, Oil needed filling.
People delivering the car were helpful however.

Good price, great service

I've used long time green motion in UK and was always a perfect experience, now I'm traveling to Austria I pick them for trust, pay attention to the "fine notification" fee as I think it's not very fair, even because the fine i received previously was not correct but and was appealed but they didn't refound the notification cost ( £70)

Overall everytime a good experience one however was that the van i be booked did not lock which was a bit hectic leaving it un attended unlocked … when i be informed the office thay said they rimg me back with a replacement but no ever did… truth be told it happend on nye…. Soooo yeah ok dw

Clean car, easy shuttle service. All good but... the guy from staff asked me to open google maps and then took my phone to make 5 Star google review for Green motion by mentioning his Name. That's an absolute no-go. I have to give only one star to compemsate the self-love. Without that incident I would have given 4-5 Stars. But sorry that would not be fair.
