I purchased a transmission for my 2008 Pathfinder. I had installed at a local shop. Had problems immediately. Had it checked by a legitimate transmission company. They said the transmission provided had a bad 4th gear. I called them and they would not call back. After many attempts they said they would not refund or replace the unit. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Shipped late, bad transmission, doubled labor cost as a result as they did not stand behind part or labor. Pursued and recovered part cost through credit card company. Pursuing labor in small claims court, however hard to locate owner via PO Box. Bad and do not recommend.
This company Never gave me notice of when my transmission is coming they said 7 to ten business day it's going on a moth please don't use them they not even trying to reimburse me off shipping cost

They sent me a bad transmission and it took about 3 months to get a hold of them. And then another 3 months for them to send another broken transmission and when I called back about it they insulted me and told me they wouldn't refund it
Bought tranny it was bad, they sent another one, bad, now they will not respond to phone call or e-mails... out $810 plus labor... all bad reviews, should have read them first. We need to get together and do something, any idea`s
I would give this company zero stars if the option was available, my second review by the way, and I had to write this because I see there still in business some how... AMAZING! Customers please be careful & beware. I ordered a transmission from this company approximately 4 years ago. And they sent me a "bad transmission" only after finding out the hard way after being installed by a local mechanic, it blew 5 minutes after it was installed... it was like some kind of sick joke. They got me for $980. I tried contacting them for THREE WEEKS... and left multiple messages on some make shift voice mail... no answer. To make a long story short they got away with it. These people are crooks! Their reviews should be a red flag and give you a clue. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM! It was just on my heart to write this so no one else gets scammed out of their hard earned money. God Bless you all even this company that ripped us off, it was hard for a bit but the Lord saw us through!
If you buy from this company you will not get what you order and you will be stuck with what they send you,. This company is bad business stay away. I give them 0 stars
Where do I start? Should it be where I called and ordered a Transmission, provided the vin, and they still sent the wrong one? Where they charged me $500 more dollars to send it back and get a replacement? Or the fact that it was a month ago and I still do not have my replacement transmission? I have called for 2 weeks and they have promised to me day after day and I still do not have it. What do I have? An extremely mad customer who has been without their vehicle for a well over a month. I could have easily got a transmission from someone else but they kept promising it to me day after day. I still do not have it. He is now trying to use the excuse of the "pandemic", yet their website shows they are taking orders and shipping every day, The shipping manager would not give me the name of his boss or who owns the actual company, so I guess I will let our attorney track him down. In the mean time, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and warning every mechanic shop that I know of to not purchase anything from them.
BOGUS COMPANY THAT WILL TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, THEY WILL CHARGE YOUR CREDIT CARD EVEN WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION, THEY WILL ASK FOR A PHOTO OF YOUR CARD BOTH SIDES AND YOUR DRIVERS LICENCE, I DIDNOT SEND ANYTHING I NEW IT WAS FRAUD YET THEY CHARGE MY CARD AND SENT A CHEVY TRANSMISSION FOR A FORD COVERED IN CARD BOARD, IT WAS A OLD CORE, I AM FIGHTING TO GET A REFUND. MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS INVESTIGATING, DO NOT DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS GOT TRANSMISSIONS SAYS, THEY DO NOT EXIST, IF YOU TRY TO FIND THERE LOCATION ITS A HOTEL IN FLORIDA, BEWARE!
Purchased through this company for a used transmission in 2018. Transmission stopped working after 5 months of use. Asked company for a refund based on warranty but customer service is AWFUL. Company originally agreed to replace with diagnostic but when I called back they went back on there word. STAY AWAY!
There the worst I've ever had to deal with been a month sent me the wrong trans and still haven't heard anything back about any thing either another trans or my money back charge me $ 735.00
Zero stars! Worst company ever, hope they go bankrupt soon. They will send you the wrong transmission and it will be damaged. You will not get a refund. If they send you a replacement, it will be wrong and damaged. Stay away!
I bought a used transmission from these people in December of 2019. There is a tight 10 day window to have it installed and activate the warranty after it is delivered. My mechanic was able to meet the time frame.
Now the fun stuff. There are two email addresses associated with the company and a phone number. Good luck.
The emails got kicked out and nobody EVER answered the phone. I tried the email route several times and gave up. I called multiple time, left messages, and never heard back from them. The last few times I tried to call the phone did not allow messages to be left. Of course after a couple of weeks, I am getting a transmission fault code. I left a complaint with an online mediation website and they informed me that they passed the complaint on to the company for resolution. No response at all. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to my transaction. A one star review is way above the review that this company deserves. It needs negative stars for it to be accurate. THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL FRAUD! STAY AWAY!
They will rip you off, and their Customer Service SUCKS! Stay away if you dont want to be ripped off!
We purchased a transmission in Aug 2019, it was delivered and installed in mid Sept, drove it less than 2 miles and transmission started messing up, doing the same thing that the burnt transmission we just replaced. Called the company and they told me that we were supposed to replace the transmission filter and that there was a tag wired to the trans tell us that. LIES! There was nothing attached to the trans other than our address for shipping. When I contacted them about it I left a message and heard NOTHING back, so I kept calling, finally got a person and they told me to email *******@autopartsemail.biz and attach the diagnostic report from the mechanic, I emailed the warrantee people first, heard NOTHING, so then I emailed Scott. Did not hear ANYTHING from ANYONE, next thing I know I get a email and text stating they are shipping me a trans, UM hello, I don't need a new one, I had this one rebuilt because no one would answer me and tell me what is going on! And I had been without my car for almost 3 months! I called GotTransmissions and the customer service person was SO rude! He wouldn't let me finish my sentences, he talked over me, and then told me he had nothing else to say to me and hung up. But before he hung up he said "I told you in our last conversation that a replacement transmission was being shipped, i'm sorry if you misunderstood me" THAT CONVERSATION NEVER HAPPENED! I wish I could have said that this company was a good one to buy from, but because of how they have treated me, I will never do business with them again. I understand if they couldn't do anything to help me correct their mistake, but they did not have to treat me like this! First being ignored for so long, and then dismissed like they did
I bought a transmission in May, it failed in November. They claim they sent me an email for a warranty but since I did not return the warranty it was only good for 3 months. When I said the whole was a joke, the so called operator began to personally insult me. It was absolutely terrible.
Today is September 23,2019. According to this company the wrong transmission was order on our part. I really do not see how when all they asked for was the VIN on the ambulance. They sent the transmission and it was not the right one. The company had the transmission picked up on August 5,2019. Since that time we have made several calls and always got the run around. As of today I was told that the transmission picked up is not in the system. I cal BS on that. We still have not gotten a refund nor a real answer as to why. It took them 5 minutes to get payment but has taken almost 4 months to get our money back since they cannot provide us with a transmission for an ambulance. The customer service people are rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Completely unprofessional, hung up on three times, transferred to so-called manager and was told their mistake was my own fault.

They sent us two bad cvt transmissions. They were junk! After telling us they would pay for the labor we have not received a dime. Finally had to get a rebuilt transmission from the dealer put in. We have wasted $3500 on this piece of $#*! company! When you call them they either hang up on you or transfer your call to another line that no one answers. Don't bother leaving a message because they won't call back. How do these crooks stay in business?
