Do not buy from them
January 24, 2020

I bought used trans from them Dec 13th 2019 and it got to shop on Dec 27, shop put it in on Jan 3rd and i picked up same day. I did do the warranty also. After about 140 miles it started to whine like a power steering unit out of fluid. I to to shop Jan 22 and shop informed me that there is sand and lots of clutch part in pan. I contacted the number of *******182 ext. 6 and talked to Scott with email address of *******@autopartsemail.biz. Sent him the mechanics diagnostic report which he requested and an estimate of replacement and a picture of the pan with parts in it. So far all i got back is (How much will we cover on the repair?) - Now to me this is a employee issue due to someone sand blasting the trans and not covering the ports and sand got it in. I will continue to update but right now veh is down.
