Nunca compren ticket con ellos, son una estafa total, me tocó cancelar mi vuelo porque me equivoqué de día, primero llame a la aerolínea a cancelar y me dijeron que no había ningún problema y que iban a devolver el dinero por cortesía ya que había llamado 24h antes pero cuando me dicen los últimos 4 números de la tarjeta para la devolución me di cuenta que no era la mía por lo que me explico que si era por terceras partes el pago la aereolinea hace la devolución a ellos y ellos a mi, el caso es que la aereolinea no les cobra por la cancelación pero ellos si a ti, son una estafa total, luego de pasar 2h30 al teléfono, eso sin contar el pésimo servicio al cliente que tienen, no se entiende nada de lo que hablan, es horroroso la verdad, muy mala experiencia. NUNCA COMPREN CON ELLOS!

Thief! I bought a plane ticket and I couldn't check-in. Ryanair charged me 110 euros saying TGT had the pass word to check in. Couldn't get the pass word. I've been charged twice and will never get a refund! Don't buy anything from them!

The worst company every- if you want to make a change on flexible ticket- they charge you $39 fee, even if you buy flexible ticket. Absolute rip off.
I was nervous booking my flights due to all the bad reviews, but I booked my flight tickets through their website and everything went fast and smooth. Would still recommend booking your flight tickets through the actual website of your airline just to be sure! I couldn't do that since my airline website was down.
Gogate does not follow thru on their promises to refund your money. I requested a refund on April 9 for 3 tickets and I received a refund for my solo ticket on April 13th but not the other two when the airline cancelled my flight. After being laughed at from their customer service rep, I called the airline to find out that Gogate had not requested a refund for me for those 2 tickets and that I needed them to do so before I could get a refund, so again I wait on the phone forever and finally spoke to another rep and told him that his company had not even requested a refund from the airline for me and he said that nothing could be done until Oct. 3rd, 2022 since I disputed the charges trying to get my credit card company to help with a refund. I received an email from the airline that they had refunded the fares back to Gogate on July 22,2022 and I finally got my refund on Aug. 4th
I waited almost 50 min. On international call... no contacts thru emails... besides to change 250 usd tickets date they asked me 490usd... double I paid... where I could just buy new ticket for 250... so insane... stay away... mickey mouse people...
The worst service ever. The flight was cancelled by the airline, they refunded the full amount. Goto gate kept my money and did not refund, I was on hold for 3 hrs with customer service and was told that they would deduct half my flight charge for refund processing!
After buying my flight tickets I requested (same day) a change in my name (my family name was not added into the original ticket). The charged me the fee and did nothing. After calling them for 1 month without any answer (they even said that I could missed my flight), the day of the flight, just two hours before departure, they sent a mail saying that they are not able to make the change and that I should solve it with the airline.

I wish I read the reviews before booking my tickets with this fraud travel agent. I booked flight tickets for my family for Chennai to Delhi from July 13th-july 16th on July 13th. The website showed a return date of Aug 12th, but I cleared that option and chose July 16th. Before confirming the ticket I checked the departure time and passenger details. I noticed it only after I got the confirmation email. So I called them immediately to cancel or change (as there is no way you can do it online, their website is awful that there is no option to change your ticket. The only way is to call them) and had to wait endlessly. Since nobody attended the call, I disconnected after 3 hours. I paid $800 for our tickets and wanted to cancel the ticket within 24 hours to get back my money. They didnt attend my call the entire day. When I called the Airlines, they said they toId me to work with the travel agent. I called them again after returning from vacation. After waiting for an hour the customer service staff spoke to me. He said that I should have called within 24 hours of booking the ticket to cancel or change tickets. I explained my situation to the Customer service representative almost 5-8 times, he kept saying that they couldnt help me. He asked me for proof when I told him that their website has some issue and it incorrectly assigned the return dates. I got frustrated and asked him if I could speak with his supervisor. He took my phone number and told me that his supervisor would call me in the next 5 minutes. They never called me back. I was left to deal with severe stress and anxiety due to loss of money. I was helpless, disappointed and extremely frustrated with GoToGate. This website comes first in google search. PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR VALUABLE MONEY ON THIS FRAUDULENT WEBSITE. They should be reported as SCAM website...
I had my return flights booked through Go to gate for my holiday December 2021. During my holiday, I had been informed that my return was cancelled. So I started to chase if I could get the alternative arranged or the refund made. Their response was so slow (usually would take 3-4 days or even had to send them multiple emails to get their response), nothing confirmed then I had to arrange my own separate booking of flights to return back to AUS.
After returning back, I chased for refund. Same slow, vague responses continued... They tell to contact in the number in web site. There is no easy way to find the contact number first. The number they have goes to Automatic response and tells you to go to website. I've not been ale to speak to anyone yet other than emails.
Here, it's July 2023, I'm still chasing a solution to this.

I used to work in the travel industry, so making a change to an itinerary would have been no issue, if I could have done it myself. Yesterday I was on hold for 45 minutes only to be told that their staff would contact me within 3 days to make the change. Today I decided to cancel and book with the airline directly especially since they now have lower fares. I can't get past their voicemail options. While on hold, there is a repeated message about receiving a refund. This must be a problem. Order # LL5I10
Worst customer service ever. When asking to add a bag to my flight they insisted on 20GBP to respond to my mails, I sent many reminders! I added my bag directly with the airline.
After my flight departed they emailed me two weeks later explaining how to add a bag. A lot of good that was. I will never use this agency again as they are unresponsive and just want money from people.
Booked my flights with Go to Gate for myself, husband and 3 kids. Kept getting email & text confirmations regarding the flights. Got to airport for 6:30pm flight from Zurich to Rome only to find out that the flight had been cancelled "some time ago" and we had been rebooked on the 11am flight that same day.
After emailing and trying to call I got no response after 3 weeks so today I called. After being on hold for 3 hours I asked the man to listen to what I was saying as he just kept talking over the top of me, so he hung up on me. No refund or compensation for the accommodation we lost in Rome or that we had to pay for that night waiting for our new flights the next day. And not payment for the new flights either.

I booked few flights throgh their website about 8 moths ago. As soon as I finalized and payed the total, one of their customer agent called me and asked for more money saying that booking cannot be made since prices gone up (like it's beengoing up inevery second that I took to made the reservation), So ultimately I ended up paying so much more.
One of my flights was cancelled by the airline and when I inquired the airline told me they have refunded to the booking agent but that money never received. Everytime I ask they say they will refund within another 5 weeks. Plus you will have to hold for ages to speak to a customer care agent. So DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
Getting a ticket is nice and easy, they offer cancelling insurance for a decent price (until you see it's only for valid medical reasons, and that it's written in small characters) and is a nightmare to move/cancel flights. The hotline is horrible, you cannot change anything on the website, you have to call their $#*!ty hotline, and they can charhe huge fees for smal transactions. Do not get fooled!

It's the worst agency ever and the worst experience I've had so far. They sent me an email the day before my flight confirming my flight, I then checked with the airline company and the flight had been cancelled A WEEK before! They never notified me and when I called they didn't know what to say. Their English is terrible, I had to call 10 times and they didn't re book any flight for me nor gave me a refund. I'm going to fight as much as I can, i already cancelled the transaction through my credit card and called the credit card company, they are on my side and will help me as much as they can. This agency is just terrible, I don't know how they are still operating. It's a shame!
I purchased a flexible ticket to be able to change my flight at no cost and their phones were down for 2-3 days, which is the only way you were allowed to change your flight. They then told me that they would not honor the flexible ticket and it took them 6 months to call me back. Do not use them! The hold lines are also hours before you will ever speak to someone. I will never use them again, they are the worst!
