I bought a ticket 2 days ago, and I just contacted the airline, and there is no reservation.
PLEASE NEVER USE GOTOGATE

It's my first time experiencing with such a trashy. Omg! Stay away from this fraud unless you want to donate your money and energy

I've been waiting and repeatedly calling to get my change fees refund back (150 $) for 8 month. After more than a dozen phone calls, they actually processed my refund, refunding me 26$ (the price of their flexible ticket insurance)! After calling back, they acknowledged a mistake, said they will escalate the issue, but again refused to provide any timeline for when this issue will be corrected. Every time I call now, they are lying to my face saying the issue will be resolved in 5 - 7 days and nothing happens.

I lost 375 dollars because this site booked my destination to the wrong city and in order to pay for the cancelation, I had to pay fees with the airline, when it was the GoToGates responsibility. I will never use them again!

I booked through Booking.com which is using Gotogate for the flights reservations.
Scammers, shame on Booking.com too! Keeping my money for a fake flight reservation.

Do not use this company just run away
I advise you guy to read all the comment I think they are in India to still your money

You spent money for a flight and now you have no flight and loss of your money due to misconduct from the company GOTOGATE that you have paid to them.

Thankyou for they have an insurance covered to this OTAs business. The consumer spent and loss now could claim back all from this fraud and criminal business accomplices which is supported and corporate with. The amount they took from you could be a person few months of hard earn salary or the last hope.

WHY DON'T JUST VICE VERSA.
DON'T LET THOSE VESTED INTEREST SYSTEM RUIN YOUR LIFE. HUMAN BEING! IF THOSE LAW,RULES,TERMS UNDER CONTROL BY HUMAN ARE UNFAIRLY AND ALL OF THESE WORK ROBOT CAN BE DONE AS WELL (WE DON'T NEED YOUR CHARGE OF PER PERSON BY DEALING WITH "GOTOGATE")

Instead of using my card that they charged, they use their own card, and then when you get the refund. They will never let you know that you would get some money, you'll have to contact them and they will charge you additional 56 dollars to get your own money back.

The worst agency to deal with lack of customer service, and supervisor that most of the times won't get back to you. They also use the airline as an excuse for refunds. I encourage you to pay a little more and book with a different agency and save yourself a headache.

They make fake booking and never answer calls or emails. We didn't receive real ticket number and we tried reach them hundreds times but they hang up the phone after waiting 1 hour

The airline has refunded to them about my ticket refund! They just hold and don't give back to me! Called again and again and they even gave me a fraud number to discuss. I have no idea where can to sue them! They a fraud company! Very bad! They own me more than 2000CAD!

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. When I called to cancel a flight within 24 hours, I was told I will have to pay a cancellation penalty as the airlines will charge the same. Upon talking to the airlines (Air India) I was told its free of cost cancellation as the cancellation is within 24 hours. It's unfortunate to see Go to Gate lie outrightly and denying helping without a cost. I could sense I was engaging in a conversation with a bunch of Liars. NEVER BOOK Using Go to Gate.

I bought a ticket. Realized I gave the wrong return date. After 95 days I still have not received my REFUND DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE?

Estando en Paris hice check in en línea, minutos después me llega un correo informando que mi vuelo se cancelaba y me dieron la opcion de reembolso o esperar el siguiente vuelo disponible. Solicité mi reembolso y no lo obtuve porque segun ellos por el hecho de haber hecho el check in en linea es la prueba de que me dieron el servicio! Asco de servicio. Bien dicen que lo barato sale caro...

I bought a ticket a year ago from Gotogate, but for an unseen event, I had to cancel my flight, I asked for a refund but they said they cannot refund my money back instead they gave me credit to travel with THEM again although it was my money which I had to have total control of it! Although I have paid for late cancellation and other features where they have a long list of promises ( but all chargeable!), yet they did not do as they say! All I have received was this answer: WE DON'T KNOW mum TALK TO THE AIRLINE YOU BOOKED YOUR FLIGHT WITH". To make you buy purchase, GOTOGATE promises protecting your flight, refund your unseen cancellations, APP check in, free customer guide, etc! But in reality this is all a cover up for their airline to sell tickets! They charged me £200 for cancel the flight for admin fees!?
Last but not least, the customer services is untrusted, sometimes you wait on the line for a good 1 hour, and sometimes they answer you after 5 minutes but not helpful.
The prices also are not reasonable compare to other airline agencies.
I will not travel by them again and recommend to avoid it at any costs!

We booked a flight through "Go to Gate/Booking.com" in Dec 2022 for Jan 17th 2023.
The flight was cancelled by airline, and airline forwarded our refund to "go to gate" within 2 days. It's been over 3 months and "Go to Gate is not refunding the money! I have called numerous times for our refund; the only answer we receive is that "it is in processing, no time-line" and no other option is provided for inquiry by "Go to Gate" help line. Very Unethical conduct; stay away from them!

Do not book through go to gate. They will not want to help you or process you refund. Will never book with them again!

Bought this scam insurance. No refund. They request copious amounts of paperwork and evidence to support a refund I did not even bother with the ridiculous forms because I know the stress won't get my refund anyways. Scam! They would refunded already if they were serious ad I requested and they have previous info.Will report to BBB shortly. They shoukd just refund me as I bought the insurance.
