The whole experience of on line booking for my Airline ticket was excellent!
I bought a ticket and cancelled it less than 1 hour later, within the airline's 2-hour full refund policy. The agent from Gotogate/Booking confirmed in writing via chat that I would receive a full refund of 1377. 99 BRL. I accepted the cancellation only because of this written guarantee. 3+ days later, I have no refund, only generic responses saying "we're waiting for the airline." This is unacceptable. I paid Gotogate, not the airline. They cancelled my booking and now refuse to process the refund as promised. I have full chat transcripts, case number, and all proof — and I'm now taking legal steps to recover not just the amount, but also damages for this abusive handling. Booking/Gotogate must be held accountable.
They publish a low price on all their networks (gotogate, Mytrip, Flightnetwork - all owned by the same company) and then after you enter all the details of the passengers, then they suddenly increase the price by 50%! I had to book this time, but in the future I will make sure to not click on any of their offers

This is my 45th flight to go for a business trip, I was looking for a reasonable price ticket. Finally I got it here.
The booking process was incredibly smooth and easy. Everything was clearly explained, and it only took a few moments to complete. I appreciated the user-friendly layout and quick confirmation. It made me feel confident and taken care of right from the start.
The price is always higher than they advertised. Even if you don't get any of the hundreds extras they offer you. This is the last time I will buy from them. At the end I have paid the same price as the airline's website, with a much worse experience. I just bought because I have done the whole process and I didn't want to do it again.

Easy to use to book my airline. My first time to use this booking service.
So many "bugs" on the website. Not easy to browse. I had to try to complete my transaction at least 4 times. After filling out the data, the system repeatedly sent me back to the same pages. Besides, there are many unnecessary fields to fill out. "Go To Gate" kept changing rates several times while trying to book. The fares went up, but I needed to travel.
I booked a ticket through Booking.com (managed by Gotogate) to return to Cyprus, but I was denied exit from Russia due to citizenship-related travel restrictions – a clear case of force majeure beyond my control. I never used the ticket. Air Serbia referred me back to Gotogate/Booking.com, but none of them took responsibility or offered a refund. They only proposed a rebooking with extra fees, which I could not use. I've already filed a chargeback and will continue with public complaints and legal steps if necessary. It's deeply unfair to lose money in situations where the traveler had no choice. I strongly advise others to avoid this platform – if anything goes wrong, you're completely alone.
