I booked a ticket through Booking.com (managed by Gotogate) to return to Cyprus, but I was denied exit from Russia due to citizenship-related travel restrictions – a clear case of force majeure beyond my control. I never used the ticket. Air Serbia referred me back to Gotogate/Booking.com, but none of them took responsibility or offered a refund. I tried to change a flight which I had scheduled on the wrong day (my fault) and your rebook for the flight I wanted was more than double the cost of just buying a new ticket. What!?!
All the add on options at the end are clearly designed to confuse and add extra $ to the cost of a flight for consumers and put dollars in your pocket. Your system is NOT customer friendly.

I had the price and then it said there has been a $14 increase. So I reloaded the site on another tab made my selections again. Gave me a cheaper price then before. Got to payment hit pay now and then again it upcharged me $14 at the end.

Found a fantastic deal on the website and when I went to book, everything was going well, put in my credit card information then hit purchase. Then I gotta pop up that my flight went up by $45 because of high interest in this booking.
Easy to book flight, no many questions asked. I personally recommend to others.
