I received different emails after booking - saying different things about my flight, such that I am so confused about what to believe. Until I check in and successfully fly to my destination, I think I have regrets booking with this airline.
The ticket price should be the ticket price not every single thing an additional charge - what looked like it would be around 120 for us turned into nearly 400
Very bad. I purchased one ticket and saw that I had 24 hrs to cancel which I needed. I then tried to purchase 2 additional tickets and at the end of the process after I gave my credit card info and everything, the price increased so it was a bait and switch. I was told I couldn't cancel the initial ticket I purchased so you do not honor what you explicitly say on your site when purchasing. Then you do bait and switch pricing. I will never use this site or booking.com again. Thanks for the scam. Who knows what will happen next. Shame on you. Consumers shouldn't have to go through all this. It's ridiculous.

Quick and easy, I had to look for a bunch of info and it took awhile and I was worried it would kick me out and start again, but it didn't and then it went smooth, would use the service again in the future.
Its fast to buy ticket but no telephone number to contact to call in case i want to ask more questions or if i want to add another person

It's extremely lame that a message pops up AFTER i hit 'pay' saying the price has gone up. After much time spent comparing prices, I choose this site for a low price and I pay more for it. AND it appears i've been charged twice (I expect to see one of the charges reversed in short order).

Very easy to use despite having a few negative reviews online. I have a great experience with the service. They are improving and make a positive progress. Definitely 5 Stars from me. Recommend it!
You did not give me the PNR, just an e ticket. Had to contact British Airways to get it. Also have fraudulent add on charge possibilities to increase your revenue, i. E. $8.00+ option to be protected if your airline goes bankrupt. I guess you want to make it hard for customer to deal directly with the airline for extra costs such as seat bookings, etc. that you could benefit from. Will not use your company again.

If you decide to cancel your booking, they keep the finders fee. I do not think it is fair.
The only reason I used GoToGate because the airline's website glitched. I should have waited. Now I am out of $45.
