Should take actions regarding tracking bus link and customer care worst service, sometimes won't show buses as per other applications

Booked Royal Reve hotel, Secunderabad for 2 nights thru #goibibo. Room with dirty toilet was provided. On discussing with Manager, was told that for online booking we keep separate rooms and for walk-ins we have separate rooms. Steps near the toilets were slippery, hence checked-out in 1 day itself.

Royal Reve Hotel refused to refund the amount for 1 night. Goibibo too took the side of the Hotel and refused a refund.

In future, please BE CAREFUL before booking any hotels through GOIBIBO... You will end up with a sub-standard room and no refund!

I am waiting for a refund from goibibo and there is no customer support available. All links get redirected to their app. Very poor service

Dont book with these people. You book throughthem, after reaching hotel, hotel peoplemay saythaydont have agreement with goibibo. This is my second experience. Also they dont refund if you cancel the book. Big cheating. Dont suggest goibibo anymore.

The biggest cheater is, in order to get customers, they give you a coupon.
While the booking amount was showing ******* after booking it changed to *******.

Don't trust them. Try other apps instead of Goibibo and MakeMyTrip.

They charged my bank account and their email response was that the transaction failed! Can't get hold of customer service. Please stay away from these fraudster's- it's worse then one star rating

Fraud Travel Agent List on their site. They aggressively promote fraud agent and deceive their customer with very bad cancellation policy

Booked sonar bangla taki through GOibibi for 10. 4. 2022 but due to family emergency wanted to modify date but Goibibo is not capable enough to convince the hotel to change my requested date. Paid 7086/ and the total money will be eaten by the hotel and the travel agent Goibibo. Won't book any more through Goibibo neither will ask any one to do so.

Yes, never book from Goibibo. They have also cheated us and not refunded any amount nor providing a proper response from their call center.

We have booked Ahm to Nashik and Nashik to Ahmedabad flights on 1st Feb and booking was made on 31st Jan at noon time.

I got call from TrueJet that their flight Nashik to Ahmedabad has been canceled and they will also update the provider goibibo. They just informed so that I can plan out better.

Then I called up to the call center and one nice guy from call center told me that TrueJet is bogus and frequently canceling their operations. You will get full refund for that and my Ahm to Nashik flight he made a promise to make it open-ended after lot of discussions.

Now after a more than a month I am waiting for a refund but these people do not do anything. Instead, they close my tickets.

Its look like they do open cheat with some fraud Flight operators and maintain money from innocent people. I will also going to complaint about him on PMO portal as well as aware mass audience regarding their wrong doing.

Not satisfy any services of Goibibo. They are regret to refund my cancellation charges in covid situation after confirmation received from Airlines.

In fact there is no customer support. What a waste website, these guys don't have an option to login without India mobile number, what does people who booked from outside India do?
I mean common, you got to have an option for signing in using email number. So pissed off with my flight booking with goibibo. I will NEVER EVER book with this site again

The worst company provides a refund and holds the money for a very long time (45 days). Always wrong commitment.
