Even if airlines refund the flight amount, these guys deduct addiional fees and hold the amount.

After being advised by Goibibo that we can fly to New Zealand via Singapore, I booked a flight to New Zealand for 22nd September 2020. The Passenger was not allowed to board the flight due to some restrictions from Singapore government which Goibibo was not aware of. The ticket amount was not refunded and also the booking suddenly could not be found on Goibibo website for rescheduling. Despite many attempts I could not reach their customer service. Day Light Robbery and Horrendous service!
Goibibo is a fraud, we booked our tickets on goibibo and in the mid night we were waiting for our bus to come and later we got to know that the bus is bounded and then we are trying to contact on customer care no. But no response since 10 days and I have not got my refund yet.

I want to tell each and every one dont book ticket from Goibibo. If the ticket is cancelled by airline or customer itself that forgot about the refund from Goibibo.
They will not pay you in any circumstance even if you file a case will not workout.
I dont want anybody to suffer like me. I lost 39,255 INR which I booked on 12/03/2020 and today is 1/12/2021 with this everyone get an idea how this people are cheating customer and they filling their pockets and becoming richer.
Never book any hotel through Ibibo. They cancelled our booking on their own at the last moment. There is no way we can connect with them since the customer care automated teller says that booking has been cancelled. That's it and nothing else.
Worst service ever. You cannot even complain anywhere. Goibibo should be shut down. They are just fraudsters
Worst app no customer care support i have a booking for Visakhapatnam to Bangalore but I didn't received any message but money have been deducted from my account. So I did the other booking after 2 hours without my notice both the tickets are booked and we realized that on the journey date and there is no option for cancelation the ticket cost 2625/- very worst service they not even responding for the emails
Do not ever use Go Ibibo they are least bothered to help you in case you guys are stuck. They will promise a call back and will never do. Or even if they do they will say SORRY and can't help you.
They make false claims and promises and even ask for more money once the reservation is booked.
AWFUL EXPERIENCE -- DO NOT TRUST THEM
Booked a Resort room through Goibibo and immediately received a confirmation e-mail. Voila, and I was all set for the day. The resort was located around 150 kms from my place.
I reached the resort on time and was amazed seeing the location, and good crowd. In the back of my head, got a feeling it was already full. Anyways, I reached the reception and there, to my utmost bewilderment, came to know that my booking wasn't available. And that's how, in a broad daylight, the nightmare begun.
I've booked Kerala Tickets from Chandigarh. My departure flight is Indigo and my Return Flight is Vistara. This option is suggested to me by Goibibo platform itself. Due to Covid; Indigo canceled their flights for my departure and gave a refund for the same. But Goibibo charged double the convenience fees for the same. Vistara didn't cancel the flights so I see no option than to postpone by flights. Vistara gave me the option to keep my ticket OPEN till 30th Sept. I've opted for that plan with the thought to utilize my money that time. Covid cases kept on increasing in Kerala and most of the states in Kerala are under lockdown. I requested Vistara and Goibibo multiple times to either increase time for OPEN ticket or at least give me a refund. Airlines refused for refund and Goibibo refused to help on this matter. I see no other option than to apply for any possbible tax refunds on the flights. I have requested the same in Vistara and they processed the refund of approx. Rs. 590 per passenger. Today I got call from Goibibio and they said they will have cancellation charges of approx Rs. 550 per passenger so any refund won't be possible. I suffered loss of approx Rs. 40,000 in this entire booking and Goibibio didn't cooperate in this whole matter. Their support team is pathetic and I told them to at least find some resolution for the same but they are good for nothing. I won't recommend anyone to opt Goibibo as their travel partner and won't even recommend to opt Vistara for any flight bookings. I'm pretty sure lot of people had similar experiences so feel free to share their experiences aswel.
Since I have booked flights on April 2021 and due to delay of flight the flight has been cancelled automatically n we raised for refund on the same day still we are waiting for the refund it's been more than 7 months ther is no refund. Wen we approach they were like they will refund with 7 working days bt still we fighting for reversal. I SUGGEST UPCOMING PEOPLES TO APPROACH GOIBIBO FOR BOOKING. Sucha utter waste customer service n services. I will give -100 for services. Waste of money time. Sucha yuck
In the site they should clearly mention in bold letters that PCR antigen test is required/ mandatory for check in. Only taking money is mandatory for these ppl. Just a few hours before my check in I was informed about the requirements of PCR test for covid. If I knew I had to run around for a covid test I would not have booked in this resort in the first place. I cancelled the booking which had a cancellation policy. But they have not refunded my *******/-. I will never in my life book from here again after this loss. Very unethical.
Please be beware it a fraud company. They are trained manipulative customer service agents who will play the game. Horrible travel company.
Worst service I have ever seen, they deducted the amount and never gave me confirmation for the booking, there is no way you can contact them, no freaking way, you guys are $#*!, someone should take legal action against them
I am using upi payment for train booking and the amount is deducted from my account and the process was failed on your side and take to the home screen. I am contacting goibibo but doesn't get any reply

I booked tickets, money got debited but no ticket was issued. Running pillar to post to reach out to their customer service numbers posted and also the emails that were posted in websites. The emails are returning back without being delivered. Unfortunately, I do not have any proof of purchase Looks like I have been cheated.

Fully corrupted and useless company, zero courtesy, non-cooperative staff, don't even deserve 1 star, wastes your whole time with arguments and nothing useful, only bull$#*! one liner they keep on muttering "sorry, I understand, but i apologize I can not do anything ", why the hell you have opened a company who does not even serve the purpose to their clients, full robbery market it is only looting hard earned incomes of so many innocent people. Worst decision to book any cab or flight from this server. Totally exhausting experience one should never opt for. Making so many people fool.
Incident: I booked cab for my parents from Pune to Mumbai for their flight from Mumbai but as cab driver reached 45 minutes late, my parents missed their flight. Cab driver was so slow and dint even bother to fast fast to cover the distance in time. Being older in age, they were to deal with so much harassment from this stupid Goibibo unit.
In all this scenario, Goibibo showed no courtesy, no refund, no compensation, zero cooperation and were uttering simple one liner "sorry mam, I understand your concern, but we can not do anything in this matter"
I don't understand how would their sorry resolve this issue? They had nothing to offer... they could have given some complimentary ticket for next flight or anything could be possible but simple sorry
Worst decision to rely on such a stupid services. Deleting this app forever. And won't ever wish to use this.
I have taken out tickets for Jet Airways through goibibo till date no refund received from goibibo also deleted the tickets from history also no response from goibibo team.

Convince charges have been deducted 2000rs and not getting refund back if ask they are giving lame excuses. As per there policy if airline cancel the booking they are not suppose to deduct.
Worst experience customer service executive don't want help customer, they don't bother what situation customer facing
They just have their own rules and they r stick to it, and cherry on the top they will not connect you with their senior after requesting or may be seniors also doesn't want to talk they don't want waste their precious time with customers,
