The hotel was not at all as how it was in the pics on their website. On the website it said it was a 3 star hotel, and picture of the hotel showed that it was a great star hotel. When I went there the hotel wasn't even painted. There was a very bad smell and it was a very low class cheap hotel. The hotels name is "blue chip korai s inn" in Koramangala, Bangalore. If anyone is staying in Bangalore they can just go to the hotel and see how the real hotel looks like and then compare it with the goibibo website description. When I called the website they said they were sorry and asked me to adjust coz they can't refund the amount! And they said that they were "NOT RESPONSIBLE" for the wrong information provided by the hotel on their website.! When I placed a negative review, revealing about the hotel and the goibibo's customer response they just removed the review! And to my shock they added 4 reviews about how beautiful the hotel is! This is the level to which the goibibo goes to protect the hotels which pay them a hefty commission.
Please don't believe go ibibo bus services its totally layer and girls and lady not safe with go ibibo travel. All conductor and driver take nasa and drink. Me and my wife face this problam.
Refund of amount when the ticket was not issued.
This is in regards to the Bus journey from Bangalore to Hyderabad for 5th of June, 2015, for which the booking was made on 5th June (Around 1:30 am) itself.

The transaction was very much processed and amount (Rs. 4650) was debited from my account, but the transaction was shown as unsuccessful and no ticket has been issued to me.
So when we reached out to the team, they said the concerned bank would refund the same amount within the stipulated time. But when we reached out to our bank they said they are not in any receipt of refund confirmation.
I have written to the management along with the customer support team, but sadly its useless. Moreover in the Customer Care which apparently serves 24*7 you do not even get an option to talk to the customer care personnel, to whom you can talk on one to one basis.
Horrible experience with GOIBIBO and request all the people who are reading this to never book use their services going forward if they do not want to lose their money. Its a fraud and an unethical company, really need to inquire how this company is still running after so many complaints by customers.

I am Aditya Sharma and goibibo forced me write this review, it's was one of the most pathetic, frustrating experience ever with this site and there bookings, we had a hotel booking confirmed and next we get to know on the day of our stay that booking is been cancelled, we had to suffer a last minute cancellation, and trauma of journeying more than 500 km and wasting time and precious holiday which meant lot to my family,
The Hotel resort was Daman Ganga Valley resort which denied our booking blaming on website and there system problem, and what more they tried giving me a another hotel which does not come close to what actually I booked for and finally I had to drop my plan for vacation and return back to my place. It was a big upset and all because some stupid service provider which did not cross verified before booking, it was a pathetic experience with goibibo not for me but also for my family and friend who used it for the first time, and to rub salt on wound what they provide is 500 rupees gift voucher which is still to be received, disgusting, it's like we have fooled paying all the money and getting cheated on money is still with them as they say It would take 5-7 working days.

For the information of all the users of goibibo, make sure to follow up for your cancellation. If you put ticket cancellation request at goibibo they will not cancel your mail and then tell you that you were no show so nothing will be refunded to you. This the kind of experience I have faced at this website. Attaching mail sent by goibibo.
Also note that they said 25th August that refund will be processed and then after after 8 months the goibibo team is saying that till date they have not processed the refund. This is the kind of service they are providing.
Wrong Refund:
I had booked the Hotel ticket for Rs 3744. As per cancellation policy mentioned in the mail received from the GoIbibo, if ticket is cancelled before 6th Feb 2015 then only 25% cancellation charges would be applicable and rest would be refundable.
However amount refunded was only Rs 2184 which is about 42% cancellation charge.
I had applied coupon code: JAN15 after which i got discount of Rs 2496 and i finally paid Rs 3744. But they applied 25% to Rs 6240 (Amount before discount) and deducted Rs 1560 from Rs 3744. This was not mentioned anywhere in the cancellation policy. This is totally unethical and you are cheating your customers.
I do not recommend anyone to book from this site. As they have lot of hidden charges.

Very bad and cheater company, they have policy to cancel bonking, so I have cancelled it. They have called after many hours and say you are not able to cancel the ticket and re-booked my ticket again...

DO AWARE TO BOOK TICKET WITH GOIBIDO
This happens to be one of the worst travel booking sites. I booked a ticket thru them which was given to me as a confirmed bus ticket however when I reached the boarding point the bus operator said that the bus is already full and had no vacant seats. The goibibo guy told me that the bus is not having any seats as such he will issue a refund and asked me at that time to search for some other bus. One month has passed and no refund has been initiated. Moreover they just dont know of there was an issue. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST AFTER SALE CUSTOMER HANDLING AND ZERO % BOOKING FAITH. ITS A FRAUD SITE..
Site is good. But payment agent attached to this page is very bad...
