I have always been your elite customer but this time i caught your fraud

Today i was trying to book a hotel for two n was shocked to sww how you guys play with the price!

When i was searching a normal availability in delhi for a hotel for 01may17 i was getting a hotel room with all inclusive cost of rs3547/- but the strange part is that i have RS*******/- in my Go cash & RS500/- in my Gocash but after signing in still the hotel cost was same RS3547/- after adjusting both of the discounts

WHERE THE HECK IS THE DISCOUNT? & WHAT IS THE BENEFIT OF USING GO CASH IF WE HAVE TO PAY THE SAME AMOUNT! YOU GUYS ARE A TOTAL FRAUD WILL REACH OUT TO EVERYONE N LET THEM KNOW ABOUT YOU SCAMMERS SO THAT NO BODY WILL OPT YOUR SERVICES!

I was booking an international flight and one domestic flight was included. Because of which, I was unable to use the promo code for Rs. 10K cash back.

When booking the flight, my international flight was not booked for some reason but still they went ahead and booked my domestic flights. Later on, they called and told that the flight prices has been increased, so either you need to pay the difference or we can refund you. I asked for the cancellation but then they mentioned that the domestic flights are booked and cancelling that will charge Rs. 4K plus goibibo handling charges. I was like, what the...

They make you stuck. Will never come back to GoIbibo and will ask everyone in my circle to boycott.

Is there any option for not giving even a single star? THEY DON"T DESERVE ANY.

It's totally fraud Agency, as I booked the ticket from Dubai to Goa in my wife's name miss Neetan, via Mumbai on date 30.01.2017, when she reached Mumbai, boarding pass not has been issued to her By Airlines executive saying that, goibibo has not made the payment to the airlines. As she was traveling alone she doesn't have money with only she was having 200AED but ticket rate was 4000 rupees. But my question is why Goibibo has not made the payment to the Airline, when I have paid for booking through Goibibo? I called from Dubai to their customer care support lines, ************** many people are in this loop like Mr ankush, miss simran, shrusti,, just I requested them to get her only one boarding pass to her of any airlines or any time, but no one has helped her... she fell down on the floors,,, of airport... this is the total dirty and fraud Agency for this I'm filing the case As Fraud Agency against goibibo. Call me on **************

I would recommend you to please make sure every time before booking anthing on goibibo make sure u read terms n condition otherwise theese pepole are ready to bury hole in ur pocket.

I was regular customer made more than 25 bookings in 1 year and it was pretty good for me one day suddenly I got to know they changed their policies and because of that I have been charged. Goibibi should make your customer aware for any change in policy you make. Atlest give him relaxation for the first time but no they were ready to loose customer however were not ready for wavier.

I have cancelled all my bookings now and moved to make my trip.

So please make sure everytime yes EVERYTIME you need to check there policies before booking.

I booked the hotel from goibibo. At the time of booking the hotel in Port Blair (hotel hilltop international) I selected 2 guests and I read the cancellation policy which was refundable with some term and conditions. But after booking the hotel they changed the number of guest as 1 and cancelation policy non-refundable.

After fighting them hard. They told me if you want to add one more guest you need to pay extra amount+ taxes.

All, pls dont do any bus booking using goibibo. I have a very bad experience on 26th jan where i had to travel from bglr to goa. The bus delayed by 2 hours to reach to my boarding point. The bus driver didn't knew the route to drive from bangalore to Goa. It was the Ebenezer travel bus. The driver took 18 hours to reach goa from bangalore.
My return journey to Bangalore from goa was troublesome too. Goibobo charge the tickets on a very higher cost saying as a supreme sleeper bus where as at last moment they change the bus with worst bus condition and passengers had to keep calling the travels on bus nos, seat nos. My seat was claimed by 3 passengers on the bus they changed too. Pls stay away from goibobo on booking any form of tickets.

They make new policies when it comes to refunding your amount on cancellation. They say the hotel has this cancellation policy and on contacting that hotel you come to know there is no such policy. They do not have their policies written anywhere and by the name of policies they will not refund your money. So be careful whenever you use Goibibo. It might be a trap. I was a regular customer of Goibibo but last few experiences were pathetic and I can never use it again. Make my trip is a better option to go for.

Most hotels in 3 star category and under 3 stars have one issue or the other or multiple issues. Looks like many of the reviews are cooked up, at least one or two for each hotel. The worst issue with most hotels in India are attached bath &/ washrooms. Often room size is very small for two persons/family. Sometimes rotten food is served.
Now for the 5 star hotels. What goibibo.com never tells you is the hidden taxes. This includes min bar bills.

I booked Flight ticket after seeing their advertisement Gobiobo 2000 cash back by paying them more Rs. 700 for ticket.

On enquiry for non getting of COUPON from them they replied you did not perform Goibobo Cash 2000 option.

I CHEATED BY THEM and in my life history that is First Time...

Go Ibibo is fraud website made by a bunch of fraudulent idiots having no sense of ethical business neither shame nor any standards.

They claim to book hotels for you but in actual those are cheap and low graded hotels that go ibibo sells to people at more than double rental while making a fraudulent claim that go ibibo provides discounts.

In actual they choose only the worst possible hotels, flights and products.

They make fake advertisements at their website showing something else while the actual pictures show the dirty and fake face of cheapness of Go Ibibo. Here in the attachments are the photos of a 4 star equivalent property according to Go Ibibo.

Next step Go Ibibo acts cheap in providing resolution to complaints and doing such activities, then as normal clients, have no any option left rather than taking this complaint at consumers courts.

I strongly recommend every person cheated by Go Ibibo to launch their complaints at nearby consumer courts against this fraudulent company.

Go Ibibo neither have any ethics nor any shame after wasting people's time, money and this company and its fraud employees feel great being over smart doing these fraudulent activities.

Government must black list this company.

I had an issue that my payement went through for an air ticket and my ticket was not booked due to some hike which it didnt show at the time of booking. The company charged me 500rs extra after i completed my payement for the ticket which was not correct according to me as this is cheating as if i have paid and the payement has gone through then i am not responsible for any kind of hike. I asked your team that they should not ask me for extra money as after succesfully completing the payement they are telling after half an hour that tour tucket is not booked due to hike but in the end after hours of conversation i got nothing and i had to pay the money. Before paying the extra 500rs also it was showing you have paid 3000 and after my payement also when i got the ticket it showed you have paid 3000 that means the ticket was booked previosly only but i was not give the ticket so i belive i have been cheated and so i will never use your app of goibibo for any future bookings as you guyz are cheaters.

I would advice all who are planning in future to use Goibibo, to think 100 times before they do that. We were a family with two kids on a trip to golden triangle.
I booked my first ever trip through them, I was promised a decent category of hotel and payments were made in advance and when I reached on site, the sight of the hotels booked by them were horrible, mice roaming out from one room to other, no clean bedspreads, bathroom was unusable. First day we somehow used it hoping it was only night stay and moved then to other city as per the itinerary. The sight of the hotel in the other city was the same. When i called for support, the manager tells me, "this is what we can book, you can stay if you want or do what ever you want", unbelievable response. The day 3 went for us looking for a hotel only and no sight seeing. We managed to stay somewhere else. I think it is the responsibility of this travel company to ensure they precheck the standards of the hotels that is provided to their customers. They cannot simply depend on the hotel website pictures.We were in an unknown city and travelled on this travel company. NEVER EVER USE GOIBIBO. SHAME ON THEIR SERVICES

The transport company and the guides though were excellent, however I understood from them that the Guruji Travels operates independently and takes care that they provide good service. 5 stars to Guruji Travels.
