Never book through goibibo first think 100 times before booking

We have booked hotel for mussorie

At hotel hotel reprs. Told that booking iwth goibibo cancelled

If you pay 7500 only then you can enter in the hotel

Then goibibo reps. Told pay at that time it will be reimbursed to you

Now nobody taking action towards this

Never trust on goibibo

I always made my personal or official bookings through goibibo but since now onward I have touched my ears and advise not to use goibibo

1. I HAVE RECEIVED CONFIRMATION FOR HOTEL ROOM IN INDIA AND MADE THA PAYMENT ON 28 MAY 2016
2. AFTER A MONTH JUNE 2016 THEY CANCELLED MY BOOKING TO MAKE IT VAILABLE IN A HIGHER PRICE.
3. BECAUSE OF CANCELLATION ON THEIR BEHALF AND NOT FROM THE CUSTOMER I KINDLY ASKED TO BE REFUNDED WITH THE ADDED EXCHANGE RATE COSTS FROM MY BANK, AND THEY REFUSED.
4. THEIR REPLY WAS PRETENDING THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND.
5. IF ANY WOULD LIKE TO PROCEED IN LAW I AM WILLING TO JOIN AND SENT RELEVANT UNFORMATION OF THE ISSUE.

I request all of you don't ever book bus via goibibo... it is very pathetic... They gave some address of travel person... when I went at the said address... The person says they don't book bus to that particular location... These goibibo idiots don't have this much common sense that they should give bus no.to the customer... They gave two mobile number and that person not taking up phone... And bcoz of it I missed by bus... When you ask for your money back they don't even give a $#*!... Travel agency name sri balaji travels... in Bangalore... Please I request you all don't book bus from goibibo... Else you will be causing your money and time loss...
For goibibo team... $#*! off you morons... bastards... stop troubling people for your profit and greed...

I booked ticket from goibibo.com amt 3700 aproximate
I request it for cancellation.
They reply me to cancel it. But after 24 hr I checked the PNR status. The ticket was not cancelled. I call them on payble call service number. After talking 10 minuts they cabcelled my ticket assuring me that there will be no effect on GOCash balance (2000 point)
As they cancelled my ticket. Thier statment was
They deducted 2250/-+250/+200/-+discount offered by them.
They stated 872/- refund (after 5 to 10 days in my bank account)
My Go cash balance collapsed to ZERO
What a cheat company?

Bunch of cheaters. I had booked an entire package and cancelled only the flight since the flight which I had booked was been cancelled.

When I asked for refund this people refunded me only partial amount. I kept following up with them when they kept saying that the remaining amount refund is in progress.

Now this idiots suddenly return the remaining amount as go cash and say entire refund is done.

Worst people to deal with and talk with.

Well i'm a proprietor and run one guesthouse situated at Cherrapunjee by the name D-Cloud Guesthouse. Kindy Don't book any room from goibibo website, it will give you wrong information about the Guesthouse such as " room sold out at selected date". Avoid using goibibo for booking D-Cloud Guesthouse because as per my knowledge i have no business with this site. All the the image and information was stolen from google without my permission. For any right information about D-cloud Guesthouse kindly call at *******1358 or refer www.cherrapunjee.in n future.

To goibibo kindly delete any information related to D-cloud Guesthouse without any permission from D-Cloud Management level.

As subject title states, they're a complete shower of Bast*rds.

They cheat you in a very crooked way. They are not explicit in what the cancellation rules, charges are, and what they mean exaclty by their offer 'GET2000GC'. It doesn't mean that you can get Rs 2000 off your next purchase with them. Its only 5% of the 2000 cash back that you can use for your next ticket purchase with them.

From my experience, my advice would be - take you business elsewhere. The airline itself is the best option i think. No f*cking hassle of this sort.

The amount of time i have lost is what really riles me up, going behind one of their 'offers'.

Never again will i go anywhere near go ibimbo.

Very bad and cheater company, they have policy to cancel bonking, so I have cancelled it. They have called after many hours and say you are not able to cancel the ticket and re-booked my ticket again...

Recently I have booked a hotel at Amritsar, on 14 th Nov. And I have got a confirmation from goibibo regrading the booking. But when I reached the hotel on 14th, the hotel guys told me that goibibo wasn't sent them any email or vouchers regarding my booking, so they haven't booked any room for me. Also there wasn't any room available in that hotel on that day. So I was on road looking for an option with my family. I have called the customer care execute from 2PM to almost 7PM and they kept me in hold or dropped my call in between. I had a pathetic day and with god grace the hotel guys arranged me an alternative stay. But from goibibo team, no help and only frustration I had. If our country has an option to screw these guys, I would do it at any cost.

Please do not trust goibibo! They are cheat.

I booked a Hotel via goibibo portal, and received the confirmation that my booking was confirmed. However, on the day I was supposed to check-in I called in the Hotel directly and the hotel staff told me that they have already informed goibibo that the booking could not be confirmed as they here totally booked. By this time I was already on my way along with my Family. I called the goibibo support which was not supportive and very unprofessional. After a long turmoil I was offered another hotel.

I have booked an hotel name as jaky agrwal in raipur, hotel name is city palace. On date of 24oct check in nd 25 oct-checkout, when we reach in hotel hotel staff said that ths hotel has deteched with goibibo.nd i feel trouble very very much nd i hv make call mny times yr custmr servc but u didnt anythng for me... so i have dicidec to complaint as a high level through consumer court nd u have to rply my troublesness... make me call so i can undrstood u whts was the exact issue. *******3234

I had booked a room on 29 Sep. For 1 - 2 Oct and got a confirmation mail from Goibibo after payment. My booking id is HTL7H6HVMH. On the day of 1 Oct i got a call from Mrs. Manika Gupta and she said that my booking have been cancelled. At that time she said she will refund my money as i paid for booking.
Now i have already sent number of mails to support and Manika also. But they are not responding any of mail. I suggest every one not to use Goibibo. You can also check the online reviews. Almost booking made by Goibio cancelled and ther were not refund any amount.

I tried to book a flight from Bangalore to Patna via Kolkata 3 months back. But due to some technical error (this was confirmed by their technical team also) from their side the flight was not booked and amount was deducted from my credit card. Since then I have been trying to get it refunded. I have called the customer care almost trice a week. They will either say that our system is not working due to technical error on sever side or they will say that I will be getting the refund coming Tuesday/Wednesday, but that day has never come. I think that there is a sever technical issue with the Goibibo website and database/server due to which there is frequent error in booking and also customer care people are not able to respond us correctly and on time. Most of the time they end up saying please call us after sometime as we are not able to fetch your data.
So, please avoid booking through Goibibo website better to go for booking from respective airways website. You may get some discounts over Goibibo and think its cheaper but one day it will cost you much more than all the discounts you might have got till date and then you will curse them. So, better to take precaution than to go for cure (which I am trying).
In my advice just STOP booking through Goibibo.

We had booked for room in a resort using Goibibo.com. Instead of 27th September by mistaken we chose a different date and booked it. We realized the "next minute" when we received confirmation after payment. We immediately cancelled the same for which we got confirmation and also booked for the right date.

We awaited refund of 2000rs from goibibo however they denied to do so stating their cancelation policy doesnt allow them to. It was surprising to discover there was a room blocked on our name even after immediate cancelation? Also we were told by the goibibo that "their system is so fast that once payment is done money is transfered to resort and wouldn't be able to retrieve the same"

If their system was so fast they could've communicated to cancel the same with resort. We were unhappy talking to goibibo when they used terms such as - you are being mischievous. A customer calls for a complaint or concern and you do not use such terms as mischievous!

My request to Goibibo is not make such funds and tag a customer complaint as mischievous act! They had given conflicting reasons - " you have cancelled it and refund cannot be done, room is blocked on your name, it is perishable so therefore no refund.

Very unhappy with such service. It is good for you to understand the customer concern and look case by case.
