I booked and cancelled my tickets on 2nd from asansol to bhagalpur still I didn't get refund of 801/- they are not responding also in call

Cheeting company

This is a Fraud Company, They are keep on deducting monay from Credit Card for the last few months, and there is no resopnce from them for my email. Hence please stop opting card payment with Goibibo

In Dictionary, we need to add a synonym for Scammers and Cheaters, immediate meaning should be Goibibo. They never run a customer service with human, instead they run with autobots who does only template responses. Worst every company and never trust this. Biggest cheaters in Airlines travel agency! NEVER EVER TRUST AND USE GOIBIBO

Very fishy company

I just got severely cheated by goibibo. After received a booking confirmation of a hotel with booking ID, few days later they called, demanding more money otherwise they would cancel my booking! After I denied paying more, they canceled my booking but scaringly showing In the system that I as a customer canceled the booking... harrowing experience

Goibibo customer care

Worst Customer care. Idiot robot is chatting. No one to assist. All the no's available in Google are false. It will not route you to any executive.
My flight got cancelled. I received refund from indigo for cancellation of flight. But I didn't receive amount which I paid extra for front seat. Pls careful while paying for the seat. These cheaters will not refund you that amount.

I booked hotel once. Due to technical issue amount debited but not received to hotel. It is with goibibo people. Tired of following up via mail. No response. So pls careful while booking hotels.

Another incident, I booked ticket in march for Nov travel. Unfortunately due to covid I didn't travel. Nd cancelled booking in Nov. They didn't return my money as the booking was older than 6 month (march). Again so many mail exchange to get the amount.

So choice is yours think before using it. It's too good nd flexible for bookings but worst when it comes to Refund nd customer care

I booked a cab on 13th feb and after booking the date jumped to 17th feb. And the partial money got deducted from my account. For cancellation I could not reach any of these useless people because they do not have any customer care cell to contact. This looks like cheating people. Please boycott them.

Goibibo is a fraud

I booked a international flight with goibibo, Lufthansa airlines. Due to pandemic the airlines cancelled the flight for everyone. Airlines confirmed the refund but goibibo looted my money and have not refunded my money until now. Please don't believe these frauds and don't book airline tickets with these third rated cheap fellows who are looting money from their customers

I had a bad experience booking through goibbibo. Its a very bad website with no value for customers. I booked hotel through goibbibo and for the price the hotel was horrible in the covid situation with no precautions and sanitization. Room was bad, bathroom door broken. Intercom absent. No hot water. Ac was not working. I paid almost 3k for a night for such horrible facilities. I immigration informed with pictures but didn't get any response back from goibbibo team. I urge noone to book anything through goibbibo.

I booked a international flight ticket... due to COVID flights have been rescheduled. There was no single phone call or email from customer care or neither they responded back on my multiple emails and phone calls.:(

It has been about 11 months of my booking. And I even I don't have any single representative to assist on cancellation or postponement.

The only thing that responds to the queries is the useless and helpless BOT chat
Never ever I would book a ticket in IBIBO again. And please DON'T.

There is no single physical representative or office except in Gurugram

"I STRONGLY RECOMMEND TRAVELLERS NOT TO BOOK TRIPS OR TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE"
They will make you feel SORRY for the booking. Please don't spoil your HOLIDAY with IBIBO as I did.

I booked my ticket through goibibo due to corona issue flight got cancelled airline has refunded the money to goibibo even after 10 months not got the money from goibibo. When asked repliing that that not received cash has got only virtual money very funny. Shall give valet points. I have asked money to be refunded i dont want any valet points as i have booked as guest

Goibibo is not refunding money of cancelled flights during lockdown. And moreover, there are no email or contacts to tell them about issue. It is like, They have taken money and doesn't answer any questions.

Big scam fraud goibibo
December 24, 2020

I have tried to book a hotel but the booking was failed and the amount got deducted by Goibibo, verified with bank that merchant got the amount. It was allowed me to book the hotel without sign in the Goibibo so now they were telling that there is no booking in your number or email ID.
Be careful guys, before booking anything first sign the Goibibo.

Booked Hotel, along with hotel booking they were offering Covid insurance 299/ per person for duration of 16 days from date of travel. I opted for that option and they promptly charged me 99*4=396 and added this to total payment. They did not even ask for names of all guests for hotel stay. The insurance offered was through ManipalSigna. Ideally I should not even call as it should be a smooth process but I never got details for insurance so I called customer support. The lady tried to understand the case and put me on long hold (she did say it will be long hold) to check with backend team. She came back saying that I have not taken insurance as THEIR voucher does not say so and the amount mentioned on voucher was what I had paid, which was 396/- (99*4) less that what was paid by me. I said I have made payment which includes 396 and she was quoting less amount paid by me and I have bank details to show that amount deducted includes 396 as well. She insisted that they have received the amount mentioned on voucher, even though amount was paid through my debit card on goibibo app payment gateway. I tried explaining to her that the voucher is for hotel stay and amount on it for hotel but for insurance the payment may be bifurcated separately. Then she asked me for my bank statement to prove I had made higher payment. I gave the same too, post that complete silence, no revert, no communication, cheap way of Goibibo to make money, the way used by fly by night operators

Worst Booking Experience! I wish I could rate negative. I booked a ticket for first week of Dec 2020, now due new covid norms post Diwali i planned to cancel my Ticket, but the cancellation option on the site does not work. Nor we were able to contact via call as they do not have manual customer support. They only have a BOT. We had to reach to the airlines and get it cancelled. Now when i need my refund their refund claim feature in the app is not working, tried reaching them multiple times but no answer these guys don't respond at all. They have the worst customer service ever. The calls doesn't connect. The app is terrible. There is no way to connect to them. I saw tons of complains stating the same issue. Do not ever book via them.
Also I have booked an international flight which got cancelled by airlines in April 2020. The refund of that flight also is pending

We were always used to choose goibibo for all our flight and stay bookings. This terrible experience happened to us during our visit to Goa in the last week of Novemeber 2020. We had made the full payment in a hotel named Regent Laguna for 3 days. This booking was for our full family including my old Mom and a small kid. After a tired journey, we reached the hotel and our booking showed to be cancelled. The hotel people seemed to be helpless and did not respond well. We kept calling goibibo helpdesk and after a lot of struggle the call got connected. Even thought they accepted it to be their mistake. We had to keep making mutiple calls and hold the line for hours to get this issue sorted out. Hope you can realise the kind of situation our family went through. How can people rely on such a booking website. What if the same incident happens with our flight ticket and what about the value of money we are spending on.
We even requested for an alternate booking either with upgraded amenities or on the same scale, as the hotel people did not seemed to be welcoming after this incident. Goibibo team was not willing to hear our problem too. Altogether we had the worst experience only due to the kind of unreliable service provided by this booking portal.

STAY AWAY!

My flight (From Delhi - Copenhagen) was cancelled by the airline due to covid-19. This happened in march, my flight was on April 9th. There's no way of getting in contact with Goibibo, their customer contact number is a scam and doesn't give you the option to talk to an actual human being, their Gia bot online can't give you any answers either, there's no emails to get in contact with customer support.
On the app they constantly push the refund day, first it was supposed to be by November, then it became November 30th, now it has again been pushed to Jan. 9-29 2021.

Do yourself a favour and stay away, they'll take your money and leave you high and dry.

Without a doubt the worst experience I've had dealing with any online company.
