This is a great hotel and the kids loved the room, breakfast was wonderful and they had a wide selection of food. Nice place and location rooms are very nice overall this is a great hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

I haven't received the refund of my two bus canceled tickets. The first is from March 4,2023, which was canceled by the bus operator whose PNR no. 48D8GKR9 and Second on 10 March I did it myself. PNR no. 48TH9YA7 whose refund is yet to come and goibibo is showing complete of 4th March and refund of 10th March. But I don't have any refund amount credit. Then it should be understood that Goibibo Chor Har.

No emergency help useless to call customer service. Showing something and giving disgusting bus. Don't book the tickets from goibibo itz waste of money they charging alot and giving worst service.

This company has an AI set up to inadvertently change your dates on ticket at the last stage. You get a ticket reserved for a farther date, You cancel they get commission and hold the millions of refund for a week, It is a win win situation. A scam legitimisation. Please dont even bother to book any tickets. Ditch and degrade this fraudster company to stop scamming millions- you can never reach the customer service by phone either.

My booking ID GOBUSIOS833DE8B55A. I am in the bus while writing this feedback to you. My bus got breakdown in the midnight 12:30 AM and they didn't provided any alternative bus and they didn't took any action on this till morning. Mechanic came by 7:30 AM and bus again started by 8:30 AM. I have raised a complaint with goibibo by around 7:15 AM I didn't received any response till now. Surprisingly my complaint status was closed. I tried to reach the customer care number but the call didn't connected. My day wasted completely. Worst experience with Ibibo.

I have booked Magnum resort hotel from 29th dec-1st Jan, it was confirmed the first week and after 10-15 days i got a call that the hotel is denying the checkin, hence the reservation will get cancel. The booking was pre paid fully and it was non refundable. Goibibo is not helping us to either get the confirmation from same place or book any alternate option. Our money is stuck and time is flying we are not getting any help. I have been calling every 3 days the customer support and what I hear is they will call us back come back but nothing is happening. I have spoke to many people from support people like kajal sharma, raksha KUMARI, priyanka, bandana manjhi, shubham, taran and few of them promised to get some output within 2 hrs or 30 mins or a day but whenever I call I have been asked to wait for 72 hrs and I am waiting it just wasting my time and giving me mental trauma as I can see with there support they can deny booking at very last minute and I will leave with nothing in my hand.
I am not understanding what is the blocker? Why they cant book alternate hotel if booked hotel denied the check-in? Why it is taking so long? Why no action can be taken? Or get confirmation with the same hotel?

I booked a room through Goibibo in Town house OAK central suites (Calicut) booking ID-HTLDSAU7ZTFXRZ3G,PNR *******496 but when I reached at the property they denied my booking after long arguments and contacting customer care managed to check inn but the bed was too small which can hardly accommodate 2 while my booking was for 3 also they refused my request for extra bed and hotel staff where very rude to us, I been using Goibibo for online booking from last few years but I am surprised that why Goibibo is supporting such properties any how I am going to file a suite in consumer court by showing difficulties I faced

We have booked from goibibo for xoxo hostel in Goa & 10 sept, 2022 we have talked with the manager of xoxo hostel Goa property to reconfirm and they inform us only boys are not allowed at this property, so we asked for a refund because online goibigo there is not mention only boys are not allowed, still there is no support from customer service not pic up call, don't waste your money

I have book cab for nizamuddin railway station ti lakshay hotel haridwar. One cab book from goibibo and one with other agency. Goibibo has calculate 255 kilometer and other cab calculate 200 kilometers. I has book for destination was one fix so kilometers why calculate also driver was cheated in route option who was responsible for wrong calculation. Company has charge extra kilometers payment with me i complaint in customer care but they have no response. So i requset to all brother never book a cab with this company. Cheater company

Wanted to review Shagun Hotel at Vadodara, Gujarat. One worst experience. While I wanted to add my Review and Rating on GoiBibo website, GoiBibo is not providing an option. It is very funny that they have an option to give Ratings but NOT review.
Raised a ticket for this and it was dragged for over 2 weeks and closed without proper resolution.

Feel that they are trying to protect notorious hotels. NOT good from customer perspective.

Had booked a cab. No cab arrived at stipulated time, no prior intimation for cancelling.No help through customer care.My booking amount got wasted to such ignorant people and trip also mismanaged. On aug 15 2022 i booked a bus from Coimbatore to bangalore but i got reminder message before departing but while entering in the bus my seat was booked to some other passenger and my name was not found in passengers list and i completely worried in the last minute and fully disappointed because in mid night i can't choose any buses also I tried to reach goibibo but i am not getting proper reply from and then and my ticket amount is 890 rupees not yet refunded highly disappointed with goibibo here after i won't book anything in goibibo
