Firstly, their website was not user-friendly at all. I encountered glitches while trying to search for flights, and the interface was confusing to navigate. It took me much longer than it should have to find suitable flight options.
Booked flight 25 days before and they suddenly changed the date without concern. When questioned they opened a case and close it without resolving. PLS do not use this site at all. Customer care dosent respond for hrs will keeo you on hold

I was booked the flight to delhi to Jaipur they were provide the lot of things like food service and refreshment was really i was booked a economy class ticket. And they so hygenic and they were always asking time to time if you need anything else or provide a good services.and I want to again travel and using the Goibibo thanks Goibibo provides a goods facilities.and also they have flats discounts on hotels also.

Booked a hotel from goibibo recently, the hotel denied providing the breakfast and i called goibibo and they immiedrlt called hoteliee and they gave me breakfast and dinner both now. Good

Booked a bus booking with goibibo, the bus driver did not stopped the bus at the pickup point. It was 2 km away, I took another convenyance to that location. When i called goibibo to complaint they refunded 200 rupues as a compensation. Its not about money but the bus driver should have been their where it was mentioned. Still, i liked the goibibo service as they called me, followed up with me & bus operator multiple times to resolve/investigate the issue.

Below text sent to goibibo in mail as well as on Twitter but they denied to pay difference payment.
I had booked a bus trip through goibibo app on 9 july 23 for travelling pune to jodhpur by multi axle Volvo of Jakhar travels (paid 3049.50 INR) instead of that they provided ordinary A/C bus and as selected the pickup point while booking. They had changed that too. Which caused financial loss and mental harrasment.
Please arrange to pay the difference of fare of Volvo and normal ac bus and Rs 150 which was spent in reaching the new pick up location should also be paid.
We understand that you had booked a multi-axle Volvo bus with Jakhar Travels for your trip from Pune to Jodhpur. However, you were provided with an ordinary A/C bus instead, and the pickup point was changed without prior notice. We can imagine how frustrating and disappointing this must have been for you.

WORST, LIFE THREATENING EXPERIENCE on Goibibo platform during my journey to Hyderabad...Cheated med during hotel booking. All they say is Hotel process doesn't allow reimbursement and we are trying our best. What they do is just put money into their pocket by cheating you. I was threatened by this hotel owner (Parivaar Green Park, Kamareddy) and they didn't take any steps against the hotel. Now I know why a majority of customers are SO DISSATISFIED by their goibibo experience
I have Lock the Price of Flight on ******* giving 2994, After one day when i go to confirm booking, it shows to pay *******-, when i called customer care they said that we will refund amount, you continue payment. We continued payment and then they denied that they is no system of Refund. They are Cheat.

I made a flight booking due to some medical emergency I had to make a date change on urgent basis I tried to connect with customer support of Goibibo they help me with date change. Customer care team is very helpful and with their support I completed my journey thanks a lot to Goibibo
My overall experience with goibibo was good, customer service team are very cooperative and helpful.
My booking got cancelled in 9th may 2023.After that I tried every possible way to contact the goibibo to know my refund status. But they are just ignoring everything. Even I can't able to contact through customer care also.All types of dealing are undergoing in Ai bot. There is no way we can contact the human beings in the company.
The site failed and booked aticket for may 16 instead of may 11.hyd to aurangabad.endlessly calling but no response.the frauds should check the records and resolve but the executives talk nonsense and simply say we are working on it.the supervisor sushmita releases the call.it is mafia.no sr...management escalations possible.if you want to cheat people say so directly.ministry of civil aviation has to be informed.the CEO is sleeping i guess.if he can wake up and resolve it will save his co..
Worst experience! Never book for Goibibo as it is fraud. I booked a bus and it never came. Later I get to know that there is nothing like it.

I would personally advise everyone to never book through Gobibo. Because I had booked on 15th April. Went there and saw that the hotel is not active.Then on what basis do these people book. And now my amount is also of less return.Very disgusting.
