My son normally wears a large and the size I got looked like XXL. I asked for an exchange and they would not do it. I spent over 50$ and it was a Christmas gift for my son.

Be aware of their "no return" policy. If they feel like it they'll issue a credit to your account but unlikely. I return a pair of shoes the next day after receiving them. They declined credit/ exchange without giving a reason. No more GOAT for me nor my kids.
So I recently purchased a pair of new shoes from GOAT that showed up used. There were creases in the shoe, the outer sole was dirty, there were even stains on the fabric, and last but no least sock lint still inside the shoe. Not sure how, but I was told that they passed inspection and that I was not allowed to refund them. I asked for a discount and was denied that too. I gave them money for something I didn't receive in the condition it was said to be in and I was treated like a criminal for it.
I report it to my form of payment still under investigation I contact carrier swift company never hear of it though chat they said contact seller etc. the carrier has a phone number that is not complete and goat don't even have a customer service phone number
I ordered air Jordan 1 retro high og. Charged me for it 400.50. Never received them, box was empty, delivered courier UPS
The worst site to deal with, no live person, no phone number, 4 weeks of emails explaining to them the photo of the "delivery proof" is actual proof that they delivered to the wrong address, after weeks of back and forth between UPS and GOAT I was told that they denied my refund. I will dispute this with the bank tomorrow and hopefully get a refund. I WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN.
The shipping takes forever, it gave me a date of arrival before i ordered & after 2 days later it gave me a longer date. & and it's telling me my shipment is on hold. I also been to get in contact with DHL & goat i got no answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

It took them over 2 days to respond to 1 email, and then they wanted me to create a profile on their app to start the refund process rather than just posting it to their address which seemed to be to hard for them to understand. 2 weeks later of constant back and forth emails and the lady Cherrylen basically said that i was saying the address was incorrect that it was delivered to which I never did and then I asked to speak to her manager as by this time I had wasted so much of my time.

Plz don't shop with Goat! StockX is way cheaper & faster! There's no way u can get anyone on the phone! Plz I repeat before u buy anything from Goat to price check with StockX. They don't respond to emails as well. The seller can literally take up to 2 weeks before they send your product to Goat for verification yet Goat rushes to confirm your debit card! Goat is a scam that I think orders off of StockX themselves! They charged me $200 more for a pair of shoes than StockX. Go look for yourselves!
I placed an order #******* on 11-01-2023. It was promptly shipped, and I received a tracking code. However, after a couple of days, the tracking information indicated that it was initially put on hold and then shipped back to the sender. Upon contacting their Customer Care team, they stated that, according to their records, the shipment is still in transit. When I requested a screenshot as confirmation, they ceased responding. I opened another request, but it was closed as resolved without any reply.
This has been an unpleasant experience with customer service. As of now, I haven't received my order, nor have I received a refund.
