Goat's 'quality assurance' team 'authenticated' a pair of Nike Invincible ZoomX that were ultimately knockoffs. Though superficially identical, the coloration throughout the rubber outsole started flaking, cracking, and peeling off within 30 minutes of my first leisurely stroll to break them in. When I submitted pictures of these shoes, they told me that it was due to 'normal wear and tear' or 'a cosmetic defect from Nike', and I needed to take it up with them. After speaking to Nike, they assured me the shoes were forgeries and they could not assist me further.
I'm extremely disappointed and now out $250 because of these avaricious scheisters. Buyer beware, because they just recently paid a $2,000,000 fine to the FTC for failing to protect customers who had been defrauded in such instances.
Unless they respond with a sincere apology, refund, and/or new shoes I will never, and I mean never, use this wretched retailer again.
Orderd a pair of $300 sneakers and today is May 2nd and still no order received. Tried reaching out for concrete solutions and no response. GOAT.com is fraudulent and should be investigated!
I bought a pair of shoes that was supposed to be authentic and new and received were full of defects that GOAT. Com claimed to be authentic and see no issues. The stitching were hanging out a few inches and the insoles looked like they were from another shoe altered to fit the ones I received to say the least.
GOAT offers terrible refund policies, and terrible customer service. I bought my son a pair of shoes to find out they were too small. He only took one shoe out of the box, and we returned immediately with the GOAT inspection tag still on top. The return costed $50 (admin fee and shipping to return). Out of $170 purchase, I would receive $118 back. The GOAT received the shoes in less than 5 business days from our receipt and denied the return. The return was denied because they said the shoes are discolored. The shoes were returned in the same shape as received and inspected by them. GOAT told me I had two option: 1 pay $14.95 to have them returned to me or resale them for an admin fee they would take off the top. Must I remind you, I already paid $50 to just get them returned. I am currently still battling with them today, I received a notice that they had been put up for resale, when I have told them several times, I just want my money back! I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughters birthday. S/H was about $15.00. The shoes didn't fit right. Almost $50.00 in total was deducted from my original credit card purchase price. Not only did they charge (overcharge) for S/H, they also charged for restocking. Wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company. Very SAD!
AWFULL SERVICE. NEVER USE IT AGAIN
I have been trying to receive my package for 25 days now. First, it was shipped but got stuck with the carrier and was then returned to GOAT. Now, they are asking me to pay extra to have it sent again. When I ask why, they say my address is incorrect—even though I have successfully received two previous orders at this same address. They seem unable to resolve my issue, and now I'm just trying to get a refund, but so far, without success.
Upd: I've paid by myself this $29 to ship my parcel from Goat storage again. But made a mistake in address line. I reached the customer service at that moment and asked to cancel (so that nothing would change and the parcel would be in goat storage as it was) or help to make changes in address. They refused. They refused to cancel it. They refused to add a house to address line. SO THIS IS THE WAY HOW THEY "RESOLVE THE ISSUE"
I ordered Jordan's from these guys. Got the shoes and started inspecting them myself. One shoe had discoloration. Then the shoes didn't even have tongue tags and scrapes by the sole. The wanna give me a partial refund when their sole purpose is to inspect shoes and didn't do that right.
Buyer Beware. I recently made a purchase on this website and was given the wrong size. Being a loyal Addidas customer I know my correct size, however in choosing it on this website what I received is not what I was expecting... they are way too large. When I inquired to do an exchange or return. I was told they do not accept returns. So, I'm now out my hard earned $$$ and no new kicks.

Goat does not provide Ana's supper if your shoes go missing. There are better company with better customer support. Sell on goat at your own risk.
Would rate zero stars if possible. GOAT just did me real dirty as well. Sent me defective, possibly fake $375 Jordans and won't honor them in any way. Fu$* GOAT. Don't buy from them at all. They don't care about doing right by their customers, they only care about taking your money!
Do Not order anything from these people. If you have one issue with the shipping, you are out of luck. While ordering I was prompted that I could change the address and I was never given that option. Needless to say the sneakers I ordered are going to the wrong address, I contacted customer service within minutes of the order. They told me to wait and contact UPS, which I did on several occasions to no avail. They told me that GOAT would need to remove the restrictions in order for me to have the package shipped elsewhere. Unfortunately, GOAT does not have any type of customer service besides an email address And all they have provided me in the last three days is the suggestion to go to my old apartment building and somehow find the new tenant that lives there and ask them if they can give me the sneakers once they're delivered. I would really advise not using this organization and finding one that has an actual phone number in case you have a problem.
I ordered sneakers here and paid for the inspection before shipping, as I am in Ukraine. No one checked anything, one us8 sneaker and another us9 were sent unpaired. They don't go to contact, they don't want to do anything, they don't want a replacement or a refund! Cheated with verification 🤬 Fraudsters! They are waiting for the return period to expire. I do not recommend buying here if you are not from the USA. Ask to see a photo and video of the product before sending!
GOAT shipped me the wrong size of shoes. Very disappointing as this was a gift. Further disappointing that GOAT requires me to pay shipping costs and sticking fee to get the wrong shoes retuned. Spend your money elsewhere.
Please save your time and money. This company is not what they portray to be and their authentication service is non-existence. I ordered a pair of Prada shoes supposed to be brand new. They had the seller ship the item or notified me they did. They "passed" the inspection meaning they are real and accurately described in the website. It turns out to be completely fraud. They send a completely different style and size. I don't even know if they are actually real since they came in those white storage bags instead of the nice ones you get from Prada. Also shipping address was from Hong Kong two days after notifying me the seller shipped it to them. No way everything shipped that fast. I emailed them about it and they first offered store credit. I will never shop here and will not recommend them to anyone I know. I disputed it with my card and send the shoes back to them. Yet after sending back the shoes they were still giving me the roundabout and didn't try to resolve this.
Yeezy 700v3 Dark Glow is no good. I purchase a pair from GOAT for my son in September and less than 2 months later the glue has lifted. Now my son cannot wear over $400 pair of shows that I am still paying for.
BUYER BE AWARE. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I received counterfeited shoes and even after sending the photos they requested, photos of the shoes the sent me side by side with a another pair I have that is real, for comparison, they refuse to give me instructions to return the shoes and say they will not be able to assist me with my return.

We ordered 4 items. The inconvenience of having to place 4 separate orders was annoying to start with. When the first order arrived (an essentials hoodie) we were shocked to see that the logo was only half ironed on. When I contacted GOAT the return process was a hassle, so I took the chance and ironed them on myself and kept the defective merchandise. The next 2 orders arrived (both shoes) and they were fine. When our final order arrived they sent a kids medium polo jacket instead of an adult size. It took a week and no less than 6-8 emails back and forth with many pictures for them to finally agree to accept the return. Then I had to wait the week for them to receive the return for them to finally issue my refund. EXCEPT they didn't give me a refund only a lousy store credit. Why would I ever want to deal with a company that has a 50% failure rate. I'm now struggling to get an actual refund.
This is my second time selling them shoes the first time they lied and said they had scuffs on them that was a lie. This time they say it is a issue with the shoe and that is a lie. They do that to take more money out so they can sell them for more if you going to sell do not do it on there they are scammers
On May 10,2024 for her birthday my granddaughter asked for a pair of shoes (Wmns Dunk Low 'Photon Dust'). She sent me a link to GOAT.com and I ordered them for her. The order was to be shipped directly to her. I went out of town May 17 and did not return until June 7. It was then that she told me the shoes were too small. So I reached out to the company and asked to exchange them. I was told they didn't have a range of sizes. So I said I wanted a refund. The policy of this company is to request a refund within 3 days! Really? That's ridiculous! Anyway, Nick, the person who has been emailing me apparently, was going to waive that and let me return them. I could find NO EMAILS from my original order so he finally provided me with the order number. I tried to log in (I use 2 different email addresses) and I had trouble. Finally I got it where I had the correct order email address and I used the credentials I had set up for it, and it said it was INCORRECT! I have changed the password 3 times in the last few days. I had to download the GOAT app to start the refund. When I tried to do that, I had to change the password on my account another time to get it to work. Then it said to put in the authentication code that was texted to me. I tried that THREE times. You have 1 minute to do it. In the app there was no way to get a keyboard to put in the numbers. This is the most ridiculously run company I have EVER dealt with. I don't know if I'll ever get to return the shoes for a refund, but this I do know, I'm NEVER ordering anything from this secretive and difficult to deal with website again. And if you want to save yourself a lot of aggravation, you'll do the same.
