Shipping time is way too long within US. Shipping charged for each item if I buy 3 item shipping will cost you $45. Can't get my money back, return item stays as a credit form. They selling good stuff but too much inconvenience. I would never shop again.
My son tried to buy twice a pair of shows in the last past month...both time he waited a week and the the money came back becasue the product was sold out! It is kind a joke! Never try again!
This website is a scam. They send old used shoes charging for new ones. They dont take returns and kwep charging for shipping even for returns. Stay away from it.
This was my second pair of the same shoes trying to get. 1st ones were lost with UPS. GOAT issued a replacement this time with DHL delivery. However these were never received either. Tracking showed they were but I have a doorbell camera and was at home at so time they showed delivered. I have contacted both GOAT and DHL each person is saying not their fault. I disputed with my credit card company and they issued a refund. Goat is telling me they have contacted DHL. DHL claims GOAT has never reached out to them in this matter. Therefore both companies will not take the blame. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. They will lie their way out of this. Very dissatisfied costumer. Thank you
My son purchased shoes from GOAT website, we never received the item. GOAT was provided false DHL tracking number. "Thieves". We have made many complains file with the COAT customer service, but their response was very planed to not provide your relevant info and time passing. Finally they told us to claims for missing packages (however our package was not missed or stolen, GOAT was provided false tracking number). GOAT was refused to proceed with our missing packages claim, because it was over one month.
So I order air Jordan 4s (red cement) it's been "delivered" at met person on the 14th of last month. I still haven't received anything, I called ups and they said I have to wait on GOAT response, I talked to my bank( bank of america) nothing as well. Goat doesn't want to return my money back. I have done a police report about my shoes and still they decide not to cooperate. I feel like they have such HORRIBLE customer service and don't even have a working phone number but could sell expensive $#*! shoes!
Bottom line I used after pay 299 shipping and handling included buying cement 4

They gave me store credit of 250 so you stuck having to buy shoes from them. Then I still had to pay after pay so basically I lost 600 dollars on some cement 4s, truthfully I think they were being spiteful

I've sent several emails over the course of a week asking for my return label to be sent to me to return the defected shoes I received.
After I sent several emails and finally got a response I sent another email saying please send me a return label so that I can ship the shoes back. Still no response and still no return label.

Do not order from this site. Awful customer service overpriced and unprofessional. Returns are a joke might as well throw your money in the gutter. Worst site I have ever ordered from and or dealt with.
Sneakers didn't fit were never worn returned immediately per their request and it took 25 emails to say I can have a credit not even a return and not for the full amount. Never again! Buyer beware!
First time doing business with this company despite all the negative reviews, they gave me severe anxiety. I had absolutely no issues I'm 100% satisfied with my shoes right size right order right shoe I paid for the overnight delivery they were here in less than 24 hours, I mean I have no complaints at all. I feel bad for all those people. They have bad experiences but I don't buy or sell used shoes either online so I have no choice five stars thank you goat. I will definitely be here to make another purchase.
Ordered shoes, came too small. Sent it back the very next morning. Email came stating we used them and damaged. No money back, you can consign ( specially after they lied to you, you will trust them again) or they will send it back to you on your cost! Terrible experience. Save your money stay away!
I ordered air max 97's from GOAT and even though the site says that it comes new in the box, i received a used shoe that has been scuffed. Customer support did not help at all.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. They don't stand by their 3 hour cancellation window. Then they make you either keep the shoe or receive store credit. This will be my last time ordering from here. I tried to cancel the order two minutes after it was placed. The other sad part is Benji sends me a tracking number for UPS and the sneakers will be delivered thru DHL what an idiot. He lied clearly because I'm signed up with DHL shipping and got confirmation of a shipment. Find another site that will honor what they state.
They're not verified or legit shoes. I ordered some shoe for my son. They were larger and wider than the same shoe he tried on in store. I tried to return them and they said they can't be returned because they were "used" scammmmmmmm!
Send around 30 pairs of shoes using Goat. Now a part got lost and they do nothing to find out where my gear is by contacting carrier DPD. So they stole my gear. Never use GOAT
Horrible customer service. No human interaction. You have to download an app just to initiate a return. For a simple return because if wrong size they make you jump through too many hoops and ZERO human interaction. You cannot even correspond with them via the app. They use pre designed phrases so you have to pick from those and NOT write what you want. Total joke! Do not buy from this site. I never will again! Buyer beware.
Website sucks, customer service sucks, prices/fees suck, no one will help you if you ever have an issue, if you send shoes they have a good chance of getting stolen or "lost", uses UPS which is also a horrible experience, made a claim for my lost package and instead of paying me they paid goat. Overall bad experience only use if desperate
