Ordered a pair of shoes and the delivery company keeps sending me texts saying they will be delivered and they never come. Then another text saying the delivery has been rescheduled and the shoes do not come. Am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
Ordered my son a pair of the panda dunks for school on Wednesday 8/16 and had them delivered today 8/18 at 7pm. Very pleased with how quick the delivery was and 10/10 on the panda dunks.
Long story short, I'd avoid GOAT by all means, The customer service is horrible, No phone support you send a email then wait a week for a response, I ordered shoes never received my order, I contacted them after a week they finally responded but was helpful at all. They advised me to file a police report I did so and they still didn't help me, never received new order or refund, STICK TO STOCKX
I ordered a month ago some shoes and I haven't revived either the shoes neither refund.
Goat doesn't even have a customer service line. It's through email which never gets answered!

It took several weeks to receive my order. After two sellers it got shipped. It took about 4 weeks and 2 days. The app said that everything was new but the box was in bad condition. Overall I would not recommend buying from this website.
Purchase shoes a hour later get a email confirmation look at the confirmation notice shipping address is wrong contacted them numerous of times was told wait till they ship and call the carrier I'm asking anyone that have had a bad experience to to email me so we can get rid of this company I'm currently working with the FTC and IC3 in reference to this matter my email is *******@yahoo.com
I ordered a pair of mens 9.5 dunks. After 3 days, the seller sent the item to GOAT for verification. Something was wrong as GOAT had to find a "replacement" pair and the order was updated back to "Seller Packaging". However, GOAT decided a fair replacement pair would be a women's 9.5 and made me wait a month to get a pair of womens shoes that wouldn't fit so I could do the unnecessary return dance where it costs me money for returning it. Never been so annoyed at a company that lies directly to your face. You cannot trust GOAT. Order at your own risk. They will not be there to help.
CORRECTION: GOAT did come through and decide to refund the money before shipping after really giving them a hard time. They were insisting they were not going to to do that for the first 2 weeks.
Mannnn I never have a problem with GOAT! I've been a customer for years. Then all of a sudden they use this new delivery company and I haven't received my sneakers that I ordered a month ago. ATP I don't even want them anymore smh

Ordered the fruity Pebble dunks for my daughter. One shoe was wrinkled the other shoe string was shredded very badly. If they verify these shoes they should never happen. I will no longer order from them ever again
I ordered a pair of Air Jordan Olympic 7 back in February. I received the order and they seemed to be in good condition minus the numbers on the heel of the shoe cracking and falling off. I wore them once just to get a feel of the sneaker and never wore them again after deciding to get the heel number fixed first. My 2nd time wearing them this week in July while walking I heard a popping noise and the entire bottom sole was detaching from the shoe. I spent $400 for this poorly crafted shoe just to be falling apart before the 3rd wear. I usually order from Goat with no problem but this is just unacceptable! I can't trust this company anymore
Goat is nothing to me rn I bought me $255 Yeezy slides from them and I never got the shoes or my money back when I wanted my money back smh
Received sneakers, bought for a gift. Imagine my frustration and the frustration of the birthday boy who, having opened the gift, saw that the sole on the sneakers was damaged and peeled off? I do not recommend this site to anyone, because they sell defective goods and refuse to return the money.

I recommend using StockX because Goat's customer service is terrible. My package went missing (DHL probably stole it) and they refuse to refund. I filed an affidavit and BBB complaint to no avail. I will no longer use this company nor recommend this bad company.
