I purchased Nike Jordan Retro OG through Flight Club, which is a subsidiary of Goat. The sneakers shipped from Hong Kong. No customer service, no live person to speak to. Flight Club and Goat both GUARUNTEE authenticity. I had to dispute the transaction through AMEX, which is how I determined Goat owns Flight Club. AMEX listed Goat's phone number, but no answer. Terrible company with zero integrity.
Awful customer service! The first time my boyfriend bought me panda dunks for my birthday but he ordered men's size instead of women's! You only have 3 days to make the return and he did not make an account when he ordered them so we had to email them and they didn't get back to me in time. So I had to sale them for 30$ less than he bought them for. If you want to talk to anyone you can only talk to a robot through a chat or through email. They really need a phone number to call because I could have made my return before the 3 days if they had a number. They don't send any return labels with their orders. So a week later I sold them to someone and went on goat and purchased the same shoe in women's size. This time the shoes came with a lot of defects and missing paint. And I ordered the brand new in the box dunks. I'm not even sure if these are real. But there were scuffs and stains. How did it take them so long to verify but they missed all the damage on the shoes? I sent them the picture of the black paint missing on the toe area and the other marks and they only offered me 8$ credit if I wanted to keep them. I told them I prefer just to return them and they said they would give me 134$ back because they don't give you the $14.50 shipping back which that is understandable but I paid $163 so really I should get $149 back! So they are just going to steel 15$ from me? They do not care about there customers at all! And if you do decide to return you only get store credit like who wants another pair of y'all messed up fake shoes! They will not get business from me ever again!
THESE shoes were never worn. They were tried on and did not fit. I shipped them back in the exact condition that I received them in. Their so-called "team" stated that there is utmost care in their process of checking merchandise. This company has fraudulently sold me shoes that were subpar in the first place and then refused to take them back and said they were worn and damaged by me. To accuse customers of wearing and "scuffing" shoes is disgusting and fraudulent.
So this is my first experience ordering from GOAT.
I ordered myself a pair of trainers from the website for £200 I am from the UK and by accident I had ordered the wrong size. On the website the policy states you can contact a customer service representing to cancel your order if it's within the (3 hour mark) which it was.
They said that they were unable to cancel my order even though I placed my order about 10 minutes. They said that they were not able to cancel or refund my order there and then, which I find an absolutely disgusting, they are happy taking customers money, but don't listen to the me when I made a simple mistake that could of been resolved. They said that they weren't able to cancel even though I just ordered 10 mins prior to our conversation. I should have done my research properly, not to have ordered from this unhelpful terrible company who lacks basic customer service skills and are very unhelpful when it comes to a customers query.
I ordered shoes a month ago. Have not received. Shows them circling JFK. Contacted support no response. Not using goat again. I've used other sites before, never had this problem.
I have never had to deal with such a low quality of costumers service, still waiting on my order that's I placed over a month ago April 3rd 2023, today May 8th 2023.

Goat app is $#*!. They scam. Quickly takes youre money for these items people really want and DONT sell them to you. And sometimes items are fake. So them and their sellers scam people who buy items off that APP.
