I ordered jordan 4, they came quickly, everything was tracked online and on time, excellent condition of sneakers and box. Satisfied with the service.
I had bought a pair of Common Projects through the GOAT app and it was marked as authentic. Sure enough I also thought it was authentic...until a pair I bought from Saks Fifth (authorized seller) arrived in the mail. Everything above the sole looked legit but the sole itself was a DEAD giveaway! The quality speaks for itself! No idea how this would've passed their "checks".
I've been selling on goat for a whole year I have 400 pairs of dead stock shoes never worn these shoes have sat in the box in a separate room for years that nobody goes in. I sold shoes just fine for the first couple of months then out of nowhere last summer every single and I mean every single pair of shoes I send in they claim there's an odor to my shoes which there clearly isn't. I've had the employees at ups smell them before I box them up and they all said there's no smell they just smell like brand new shoes. Idk why they're shoe specialist keep lying and $#*!ing with me but I can no longer make money to pay my bills on the site because of this. I don't know or understand why I'm singled out. When I send the same shoes they deny to StockX I never have a problem in fact StockX has never denied my shoes and claim they smelled like anything. So why is it only when I send these shoes to goat. Smh out of 100 pairs of shoes they've sent back 80 of them probably. When I mail the same shoes to StockX I get paid. It makes zero sense
It's crazy how I order a pair of sneakers and it's taking almost a month to come in because they said they don't find my package. It's not right at all. I have no problems with three pairs of sneakers now the fourth pair it's a big problem I will not be fine. Nothing else and this site.
I have been shopping online for more than two decades, first time I have come to use the word scammers.
They have sent me the wrong item, confirmed one thing and two days later they changed their confirmation in the app. I had informed them immediately and yet they still sent the wrong item despite of being informed. One month in, no meaningful replies, rather than encouraging me to sent the item back and received goat credit minus shipping costs - goat credit!
My 10 cents, keep away from them, there are similar stores which are fare more reliable than them.
Never buying from them again. They sent me a pair of shoes in the incorrect size. I ordered a size 9. They sent me one Left 9.5 us mens, and one Right us mens 8.5. Right shoe is 1 whole size smaller, and they are MISMATCHED sizes! They refuse to issue a cash refund even though they messed up the order. Even when "GOAT Credit" is given, these bozo's deduct the shipping fee TWICE ($29) and expect you to be happy with that level of customer service. These clowns should not be in business. Shady business tactics. NEVER buying from them ever again.

As soon as you get your purchase which usually is paid for by by high prices, GOAT/Alias will send you a a phishing email link to trick you into selling at low offer price, without any confirmation
I bought a pair of Jordan 4s and the condition of the shoes were absolutely rotten. The GOAT company is not responding and is refusing to give a refund. I do not recommend this website.
My young daughter was scammed for over $400 pair of shoes that she never received. The customer service refused to refund the money claiming that their return policy doesn't cover undelivered products. Your best bet is to file a dispute with your bank or credit card company. Don't Trust Goat and don't give them your credit card.
I had a very horrible experience with this company. I purchased a pair of dunk sneakers from them that costed 283.00$ when they arrived at my house, I tried them on for a few seconds and just walked to see if they were comfortable they were too big. After that I immediately dropped them to ups to ship them back the same time they arrived at my house. The scammers at this location refused to give me my refund saying that the shoes were used, When they were in perfect good condition. The photos that I attached to this review are the photos they sent me explaining that they have defects and signs of use. They are ignorant to look at a small piece of dust on the bottom of a shoe which doesn't make sense and to deny my right to receive a refund Like the nerve this company has to cheat someone and rob them! I filed a claim with my bank and it got denied. Therefore save yourself time and money and don't purchase from this scam of a company
This business has poor practice. I recently bought a few pair of Jordans and Nikes from GOAT. I received a pair and requested a return the same day and sent them back via UPS in less the. 24hrs. I was later denied a return for unworn wrinkled shoes. I later received Jordan cherry 11s not only was the stitch peeling from a "NEW" shoes and the pattern on the white area of the shoe was indented and not matching. The inner soles were tagged with a nine USA sticker and there were glue scuff marks on the toe. This company has its pros when shipping from USA, but the return policy is not only crooked but is a SCAM. Screw GOAT! The triangular points are peeling and I just got this shoe less them 6 hours ago. They have never been worn, but the authenticity is a thumbs down. Not to mention an employee stated they're not giving out verification cards which seems very weird being that I just received a pair of shoes with a verification card last week! Poor QC/Verification team on these past few orders. And the items I purchase are new not used! The customer is just suppose to roll with an employee saying "yes, your order was verified". Poor QC and crooked practice by GOAT! Not to mention there's no phone customer service which sucks even more!
They sold me a pair of fake "new" Jordan's. They were held together using rubber cement. They made the entire house smell horrible. I believe that they resold them after I sent them back because they were reposted for sale.
Please don't give them your business. They will not care if you have a problem. My items never arrived to the address I entered into the system. They made my Apple Pay address as the default. I had not even updated that information and never thought that I needed to be concerned about this with GOAT. I enter a shipping address which makes no sense if you are going to not use it. My advice just like others I have seen online, STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY. SHOP WITH ANOTHER COMPANY….
Ordered 2 weeks ago and they haven't even shipped to goat and they won't get back to me. Tried emailing no luck
I ordered 2 pair of expensive shoes and both shoes showed signs of poor quality (tears and discoloration)within the first 2 months. Poor customer service as well. I will never purchase anything from here again.
