Most of the shoes on this site aren't even at their warehouses. I waited two weeks and then they said that the seller canceled and that I would get a refund in 3-5 business days. Been 5 days still haven't got my money. So for 3 weeks they've had my money and I still don't have any shoes. Go anywhere else to order your shoes

I ordered a pair of Jordans, returned them the very next day with the shipping label that they provided and are literally now refusing to refund my money. You cannot even call the sham of a company, they respond with emails from different people and ultimately said I needed to contact my financial institution to get the money back that they said they would refund me once they received the sneakers. Did not happen. Do not order anything from this company

DON'T DO IT!

WORST COMPANY EVER! STAY AWAY! I purchased a sweatshirt for my son and spent an arm and half a leg. After waiting for their verification, I finally received a sweatshirt that fit an alien, not a human being. Not sure how this sells? I tried to return it immediately and was told "too bad," however, I could sell it through the ALIAS app and link both accounts together. After creating another account with another company I followed COMPLETE directions and even bought a box for the other half of my leg so there would be no damage or problems. (Aside note: sadly, in order to sell the sweatshirt quickly, I had to sell it for half the price I paid originally). When it went back through their verification process, they said, "too bad, it's considered USED!" They proceeded to charge my credit card for the other arm (without even discussing this further with me) and shipped this stupid, ugly sweatshirt back. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? USED? My son tried this on ONCE! So I tried contacting both GOAT and ALIAS via emails because God forbid, there is no customer service phone number. I received an email from GOAT stating they are going to expedite this issue. HOWEVER, another winkle has formed on my face waiting for their expediting process. Also, I asked ALIAS to deactivate my account and was asked to confirm the deactivation...seriously? My email wasn't enough confirmation? After sending the request again, I still have not had it deactivated.
LOOK AWAY PEOPLE, DON'T SHOP THERE. If you don't get something you like, then you will get no help or support.

I asked for refund As went to wrong address on my Apple Pay after I changed it to new address. The gift was late for bday so I asked for return and after months no return label sent and it said pending months later. No response from them either. Never will I buy again after this experience and will use stock x

I order the Kobe sneakers for my son for Xmas size11. They delivered a size 9. I could reacted them right away send all the pictures they wanted and nothing
I contacted them so many times via the goat support because you can never call. And no one was able to do anything or help. I will never order from them again. It is horrible how they treat you.they made the mistake and would not own it. The shoes were too small for my son. Anyway I made the mistake and I hope you guys don't as well

I ordered a pair of New Balance sneakers in the color "Sea Salt" which are a beige & white color, they delivered "Moonbeam" which are a pink & purple. They have NO customer service number or online chat. I've sent multiple emails requesting how to go about an exchange/return/refund or store credit as I am flexible on rectifying the error and they have not responded once. It has been 3 weeks of emailing and trying to reach out and there has been no communication whatsoever. I filed a dispute with my credit card.

I bought them for Christmas, and as soon as I saw they didn't fit I put them right back into the box and returned them. They denied my return and never gave me money back or an exchange in shoes. My shoes were in perfect condition and still no return.

Returns process deliberately made difficult, credit note only option despite being entitled to refund. No replies to emails, very poor customer service. You have been warned! Worst company I've dealt with in years I'll never use them again and I'll tell everyone about how appalling they are

I have had two experiences with Goat now and they have both been terrible. The customer service is non-existent and any issues you have with your purchase will go completely unnoticed. I have never been "ghosted" by customer service before, but after three weeks of trying to get a resolution, I've given up. Don't waste your time or money on this company.

Do not purchase from them! I tried them out paid for a pair of bran new sneaks and when I got them they were defected, used scuffed and stained. Crazy cause when trying to get your money back they force you to do business with them by only offering store credit...theves! If your such the "GOAT" and business like you would be honoring your customers and allowing them to have a refund of they're money back not store credit who would want to spend money with you again after a bad experience...it's a set up and their the only ones winning on their end...lol Donald Trump voice FAKE NEWS GOAT IS FAKE NEWS...getting out in people 💯

Return Process is a Scam

I received the shoes and had my daughter try them on immediately due to their three day return period. They were too big so we started the return that same day. She literally had one shoe on for less than 10 seconds. I get an email saying my return was denied due to creasing. It is obvious that the shoes were either this way when they were shipped or they just don't want to deal with the return. I honestly didn't see creasing but literally had my daughter try them on and then put them back in the box. I have ordered several shoes from GOAT and never had an issue with the shoes. This was the first time I needed to do a return for sizing and with this experience I will never order again. The return process is a scam. You can't deal with a real person and I still can't wrap it head around how these shoes were any different from what they shipped to me.

The tshirt I ordered for my grandson was a very odd size, a small neck, 3 x width but short. I requested a refund and after a number of emails and requests for photos stringing me along, they finally said the sale was final. The other item I ordered was cancelled. I would never try to buy something from this organization.

Imagine ordering shoes your size but for some reason they happen to run about 1.5 sizes smaller than usual. Don't quite understand that, but OK. Now imagine returning expensive sneakers & then getting hit w/ a nearly 30% restocking fee which is what they deducted from the amount I originally paid.

Add to this the fact U have no way of communicating w/ them unless U download their stupid app & initiate return through there. Oh, & U have 48 hours from receipt of merchandise to get it over to the shipping carrier location otherwise the return isn't valid.

Seriously, WTF was I thinking ordering from these scammers? TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. U WILL REGRET IT! If I could give them negative stars I would. I'm not too concerned though. Luckily they're sooooooo bad it's only a matter of time before they're outta business. Rot in hell losers!

P.S. To add insult to injury... NO REFUNDS, only store credit. I'm contacting my CC company & placing a claim on these scammers!

Customer service is horrible. You can get in touch to speak with anyone via phone on email. I placed my order November 11,2023 and still never received my outfits. FAKE company. I wouldn't advise anyone to order from them. Rip offs. Ruined my Christmas.
