To be honest, I gave 3 stars because I had issues with the 2nd day air and if my package would arrive on time, and also trying to contact someone in customer service. Once I did contact a person in customer service, they were very helpful, and made sure my order would arrive as needed, which it did. However, the purse I ordered came and the leather was very tacky and sticky. While the appearance is exactly as described, I still need to find someone to repair the leather.

This is what I love about Fashionphile. I spotted this Tiffany ring that I don't believe is actually available anymore. The right size with platinum and rubies. My husband had been wanting to replace my yellow gold band with a platinum band and Ruby is the stone to celebrate 40 years of marriage. It was my first time purchasing a Chanel bag from Fashionphile. I bought one in "new" condition. The bag was impeccable in every way EXCEPT that it did not come with an Authenticity card! I contacted the company and was told they don't always get them. Since the bag was NEW I would have expected it would be with the bag. I paid twice what the bag normally retails for and I have no backup for authenticity. Very disappointing! I received to reply to my request for it. I am not sure if I will ever take that chance again!

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my experience with Fashionphile.
I purchased a Gucci Dionysus GG Supreme Canvas bag described as being in "very good condition" and paid a high value consistent with a luxury item. This purchase represented a long-term personal goal and a significant financial investment.
Due to international logistics, the item was delivered to a friend residing in the United States and only reached me some time after the purchase. After finally receiving the bag and using it only once, the coated canvas began to deteriorate with minimal friction from normal handling. In my view, this does not constitute normal wear and tear, but rather a hidden defect that was not apparent at the time of purchase.
I made several attempts to contact Fashionphile through the Help Center, none of which were answered. When I contacted the company by phone, I was informed that no action would be taken solely because the return period had expired, without any technical analysis or evaluation of the defect itself.
Additionally, I did not receive an invoice nor any formal documentation certifying the authenticity of the item. This is especially concerning when purchasing a high-value luxury product from a specialized resale company and left me with legitimate concerns regarding transparency and authenticity, which were never addressed.
The only alternative suggested by the company was to resell the bag through its own platform for an estimated value approximately 50% lower than the amount originally paid. This suggestion is unreasonable, particularly because the bag is currently in an unusable and severely deteriorated condition due to the defect, and would likely not even be accepted for resale in its current state.
Beyond the significant financial loss, this situation caused considerable frustration, emotional distress, and insecurity. A luxury item that was a dream purchase could only be used once and failed to meet even basic expectations of quality and durability.
I am requesting that Fashionphile properly review this case, taking into account the nature of the defect, the lack of response through formal communication channels, the absence of essential documentation, and the legitimate expectations associated with a high-value luxury purchase.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Fashionphile to consumers who expect transparency, accountability, and fair treatment when issues arise.
Fashionphile usually always has what I want, and if they don't, it's coming soon. Their Reserve option is icing on the cake. In my experience, the condition of the bag has always been better than what I expected. A++
The site was easy to navigate. The product was as described and it was packaged so nicely in a dustbag and stuffed to keep the bag from crushing. And customer service was so he, Paul when I called to ask about how to authenticate the bag.
