I asked if this would fit my truck like it should I was told it would. When it came in it is for a different model of truck. My truck is a 2021 ram 2500 crewcab which has a hump in the floor this console is completely flat along the base so there is a gap under the front of the console.

I found the jack that I needed and ordered it. A few days later it arrived. I will put it in my new Bronco Sport and hope I never have to use it.

Go-Parts was the only place that had my check valve for a 2001 Saturn and the part they sold me was indeed OEM (GM). Very happy experience and highly recommended to use for car parts. S. Zuniga

I knocked out my passenger side mirror while backing out of my garage. The housing for the mirror had a couple of pieces knocked out of the casing, but the mirror mechanism appeared intact. The local auto body shop said I needed to replace the entire thing, which would cost over $800 for the new mirror and installation. My car is from 2009, so it wasn't worth spending so much on it.

It finally occurred to me to see if there was a way to just replace the mirror glass itself, since I didn't care that the outside housing was chipped. I ordered the mirror with backing plate and was amazed that I could just snap it into place myself in less than 5 minutes.

From now on, I'll check Go-Parts for anything auto-related that needs replacing before buying anything through a repair shop.

Gave year, make, model, and engineer size and still received the wrong one. Have sent the information they requested and pictures and have not received any email response since.

I received my part quickly and was not left waiting even on a holiday weekend. Great job!

Other than being in the dark about when my shipment would arrive with no tracking number or no email saying the order had shipped it was good.

The part I ordered arrived damaged. I am still waiting to hear back from Go-Parts regarding a replacement.

They stayed true to the specs described on the item and the replacement side mirror fitted perfectly on my car. Also the part was pretty cheap compared to getting it from the car dealership.

Please send me RMA number to return the unit. The unit is for 1999 C43 and doesn't match what was ordered.

The grille arrived from FedEx with a hole in the box and the grille inside was broken.

I received the wrong part I triple checked with the AI portion of the website and it said it was correct but upon opening the box it is not correct

I tryed Jegs they sent wrong fan, I tryed NPD, they sent wrong fan, I tryed Rock Auto, they didnt have it. But Go Parts had it! They even showed the specs for mount bore, blade pitch and O. D., for the engine cooling fan blade for my 1968 SS396 El Camino. Happy about the whole affair.

My part came with gas leaking thru the box its in my garage because gas was still coming out the pump. And it stunk up house and gas on my floor. Also I never canceled the warranty or like you put it refused it.
