I wasn't too satisfied with my order. I received just a small solenoid that works as the pump, but I didn't receive the complete pump that was being sold on the picture.

I received my part, but it was defective. It was a heater control panel for my car. I installed the unit and it did not work. I did manage to Frankenstein together my old unit and the one that was sent to me. It's functioning, but I'm not happy about having to modify my purchase. I sent an email, but there was no response.

Ordered ignition coils for my 2007 Honda CRV. Since this was original replacement I wanted to stick with Original Mfg recommendation. Albeit my car had 215k on the odometer and this was the first plug and coil change so wanted to keep it to original specs. Ordering was quick and cheaper than my local automotive stores. Installation was a breeze, thanks to YouTube a novice like myself did this in about an hour.
Order arrived on time and no problem.
It would have been nice if you sold the mounting hardware with the item.

I asked if this would fit my truck like it should I was told it would. When it came in it is for a different model of truck. My truck is a 2021 ram 2500 crewcab which has a hump in the floor this console is completely flat along the base so there is a gap under the front of the console.

This was the only place I could source the seatbelt assembly I needed for my 2008 Matrix. I was so excited to see the $79 price. Got to checkout and the shipping was $100. Ridiculous. But I needed the part. To be fair, the part was in excellent shape and fit my vehicle. Just charge a fair price and fair shipping.

I knocked out my passenger side mirror while backing out of my garage. The housing for the mirror had a couple of pieces knocked out of the casing, but the mirror mechanism appeared intact. The local auto body shop said I needed to replace the entire thing, which would cost over $800 for the new mirror and installation. My car is from 2009, so it wasn't worth spending so much on it.
It finally occurred to me to see if there was a way to just replace the mirror glass itself, since I didn't care that the outside housing was chipped. I ordered the mirror with backing plate and was amazed that I could just snap it into place myself in less than 5 minutes.
From now on, I'll check Go-Parts for anything auto-related that needs replacing before buying anything through a repair shop.
