Love the website and the selection, however I've ordered 3 different pairs of glasses and only 1 was created with the correct prescription.
Company did not fill my contact prescription as written by the doctor. They put in wrong add power for left multi focal lens. Two hours after ordering it, they told me it was too late to cancel order. The order was not shipped and was headed to processing. The chat guy did not know the difference in sph and add power on the prescription. I guess Glasses USA can violate the law and modify the doctors prescription which they did in my case. The right and left lenses should have different add powers.
I've purchased several glasses from them over a decade.
First couple of pairs were absolutely basic cheapest frames and no lenses special material/treatment, and I got what I paid for, no complains.
Last year I purchased basic sunglasses (with vision adj. Lenses) and a bit more premium glasses frame + lenses and some more bells and whistles to get quality.
Not 15 months later the frame broke from just regular wear and tear (not ball to the face or kids yanking them out of my face, just regular handling).
Customer service hides behind robotic answer that 12months warranty period is over and they will not have anything to do with the product. I am just asking to have the perfect condition lenses remounted in a new equivalent frame.
Not pleased at all.

Cust. Representative finally reached out and reevaluated my demand for 15mo warranty instead of 12. They d rather assemble and ship me a replacement unit per initial order rather than wait for my lenses and remount them. I understand it is not worth the management of material hassle.
I was quite surprised by the speed at which feedback from sitejabber's to GlassesUSA then back to me, then the order and finally the shipment happened. Overall 24h! That is incredible.
Lost my prescription sunglasses on vacation and got my replacement pair quickly
Lousy customer service. No followup once order placed. Delivery time is very slow (they use USPS, so that's a start to the problem). I paid for expedited delivery. After 14 days of no glasses, I canceled my 2nd order. First order had similar slow delivery problems, and the glasses did not fit.
Both pairs of glasses recieved were just as I had ordered.
Prescription was exactly as indicated and the fit is exceptional.
The glasses I originally selected didn't fit as expected. I followed the online exchange instructions and received a new style that was perfect. The process was easy, no cost and timely.
It's super easy to order glasses and they are very prompt...mine were a little too big and the return was also very easy...
GlassesUSA makes it so easy to shop for glasses! I love their filter feature as it helped me find a stylish pair I liked quickly. I also appreciate the fact that I can upload a picture of my prescription because it guarantees they receive the information correctly.
I just searched and found the frames I Iiked added the len choice and just like that Iwas done. Placed my order and within a week they were here. I love them
Made a return within the firms return policy. USPS tracking indicates the return was received, but my GlassesUSA account has not been credited. When you contact the firm you cannot get through the phone system or the chat system to talk to a person. When I enter my order number the system just tells me I am to late to make a return.

Frames broken within 1m. They asked for a pic of broken frames, then turns around and tell me to send them back before they'll send out a replacement pair ( which took 2 weeks to come). Process is ridiculous.
A+++, from scheduling to install was a great experience! Tech is very knowledgeable, good manners an very professional. This was my first time using them an I'm happy I did. Bill W., you did a great job!
I placed an order for a new pair of glasses. I was told to expect them within ~2 weeks. There was "an issue" with my order and it was incredibly difficult to speak with anybody from the company regarding my order and what happened. Everytime i was met with a "oh they will get back to you in a couple days" or "please give us 4 business days to update you regarding your order".
After not hearing from them for ~4 weeks, i decided to go ahead and cancel my order and move forward with a different company. Horrible experience and compensation for their failure to get me the glasses i ordered.
I 10/10 DO NOT reccomend ordering glasses through this website/company.

Your company support has gone way down. From the past two orders, there were never any issues. However, the third time was just a crap-show. I had a couple of questions that needed to be answered. Your numbers that are supposed to help a customer out with problems turn out to be NOTHING but a circle of aggravation after aggravation! After three days of endless emails and using your Bot AI system, By the way, it all does the same! It sends you endless loops without results to the problem(s) or questions. Then, after all this, I finally got on the line with an actual human; she talked to me like I wasn't there or had a question about a problem. I finally said okay, whatever. I guarantee that I will never do business with your company ever again. If I had these problems, which were simple questions to a problem, that could have been taken care of in a matter of minutes by someone who takes care of customer service and not disdain the customer like I was bothering her with a problem! Good grief! If I had the pain of being run around in a circle with chat and endless emails, I can't even imagine what other customers go through! Pathetic!
Ordered very expensive glasses, paid for Express shipping. A month later and no shipping info. Chatted with support, they lost my order and now started making them. As a sorry they have me a coupon for my next order. I will never order from here again. I still haven't received shipping info...

Please rearrange your settings to ease the selection process. At present your selection of items is quite outstanding, however when viewing a individual item rather than returning to where you were in the search field, your system does not allow you to return to where you left off or am I missing something?
Ordered 3 pairs from here. The 1st pair was absolutely perfect. The 2nd pair I returned because the were extremely loose on my face so i exchanged them for a different pair. The 3rd pair were lopsided so i asked to exchange them for the same pair. Unfortunately they apparently no longer carry the pair i Ordered so i received an email asking what pair i like to exchange them for. I received this email on Friday at almost 3pm. I have yet to get an email back so i did the chat and was informed that it could be another 3 business days before i hear anything. I'm am very unsatisfied on how this transaction is going. I guess I will shop around next time. I'm very disappointed in the turnaround time.

I have never ordered glasses online. I loved it! The glasses looked great and I could see well.
The WORST customer service I've ever dealt with.
I'm not trying to be hyperbolic here - it's terrible. I ordered two pairs of glasses form the company - they only delivered one. I got in contact to ask where the other was and they told me someone would be in touch within 48 hours.
Three days later, I checked back in. Nothing - they said give us another 48 hours. I have gone to their live chat team FOUR TIMES and each time they say the same thing and have me fill out the same form stating that my glasses were not delivered and then the form at the end says someone will be in contact in 48 hours... but at this point its been over two weeks.
I tried calling - and it points me to the website. I tried asking for a complaints email address from the customer service chat, but they directed me to *******@glassesusa.com - which just sends an automated message that 'this inbox is not monitored' so what am I supposed to do?
Every time its the same robot/terribly trained customer service agent who has no idea where my glasses are and whose only function is to "pass this on to our delivery team" who... at this point, I'm not sure even exist.
I really don't know what to do anymore- the service from this company is just so bad!

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. Answer: There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
