Everything was fine except I thought the price of lenses was factored into the price displayed for each item. I guess it sounded too good to be true...
I ordered glasses and on their website they were in production for 3 weeks and I could only get someone to chat and he did not care at all. I finally asked to cancel the order and get a refund which still has not happened.
Had the glasses 1 week and they already got scratch even though I paid for scratch resistance. I am not hard on my glasses, keep them in case or bag when I'm not wearing them. Disappointed.
I am super unhappy with my order over $600 + dollars later. Gave them a second shot to correct the problem. Sent the glasses back overnight with UPS tracking from Orlando to Atlanta on October 6th. I was told they would start production right away if I emailed a confirmation #. I did & they started 4 days later. Wasted $$$ on overnight shipping. I was told 3-5 days production (glasses 3 & sunglasses were 5). My order said in production (I could get ZERO answers through cust. Service) from October 10th until October 25th... 15 DAYS! & now I get to wait another 7-10 days to receive them through there shipping service. No live support unless you are placing a new order SALES only & there bot customer service couldn't help at all. Customer service supervisor attemped to call on the 25th. (I included a photo) I was unable to answer & recieved an email 20 min later. The only attempt ever was the day they finally were shipped which I already verified myself online that morning FINALLY. So $600+ invested...maybe I'll have something I can wear at somepoint. I'm just glad I'm able to function without them. I know some people aren't.

So I ordered a single vision lens and after 9 days in production I tried to call the company with no avail. You can't talk to a live person! I finally started a chat online with a rep only to be told they are still in production and they would email when they ship. After another day passes they ship. I paid for the 3 day shipping so I got them the next day.(This was the only good thing about the whole process). I ordered a pair of Coach small frame glasses. I actually went to the local eyewear store to try these in before I ordered so I would know exactly what I was getting and how they would look. Well as you can see in the pictures the glasses that came are the Coach ones I wanted but the glasses are all jacked up. They can't even close good. They are crooked. The ear pieces are totally bent. When you open the glasses up they feel like they are going to break at any minute. The small frame is small but the ear pieces are bent and x large! I am requesting a full refund and will never ever buy from this company again! On a side note the prescription was correct in the lens. (I laid my glasses beside the new ones I received for reference)

Simple and fast, I do not have insurance so by going on line I was able to save at least 100.00. This is my third time purchasing glasses.
I had called after I placed my order online to confirm that I would get clear progressive lenses and to inquire if an upgrade fee would be charged for the clear lenses. I talked to and followed up with email verification of my order with Kylie, Tyler, Thomas and others, but the glasses have been sent to me two times now with tinted lenses. The prescription is probably perfect, but the lenses are tinted, not clear.

I ordered contact six weeks ago, and I still have not received them. I also do not have an expected receipt date for them. Customer Service is awful. You cannot talk to anybody just get AI nonsense. Claims they will email you with update but they don't. No call back from supervisor as requested and still no idea when I will get my contacts but I was charged for them! Don't buy from them!

This company is awful they lost my glasses in the mail and never sent a new pair like they said they would. Also never refunded me either. Complete scam and proof at the bottom! Still have yet to receive my refund as well it's been 2 months now.

I never received my order. It tells you to call the number and the number just send you back to their website to talk with the AI. It is impossible to get a hold of a real person for this business. I have been asking where my glasses were for two weeks and they keep telling me way two more days, wait two more days to get an update on my order. I have never had a business that went so out of its way to not have to deal with the customer. I can't speak to the quality of the glasses because I never received them but if you ever have an issue, this company is not on your side to get it fixed. It is incredibly frustrating.

I'm very disappointed in Glasses USA for the way the glasses arrived no box just threw in a bag not even any bubble wrap. Iit shows the lack of care even the green Ray Ban glasses case came bent out of place.you can even contact anybody to give feedback at this company only robot help. I doubt I will do business with this company again!

Ordered my glasses 1 day later was told they were in production, a week goes by I got an email saying due to complications my order was delayed and they would be shipped out in 4-6 business days. Long story short I ended up canceling the order due never receiving my order after I waited over a month and a half don't recommend.

Promised 6 days of production and 3 to 5 days shipping as I payed to expedite. I ordered on Oct 8th...it's now the 25th and website says shipped but no tracking info and no expected delivery date. Don't promise it if you can't deliver. I hope from the reviews below I'm not disappointed in the quality or I'll be on here again
The online shopping experience is very easy to use and navigate. They have a rigorous selection process, but not tedious. I've purchased glasses from an online store in the past. It was so bad, I swore I would not ever go through that again. My last pair was purchased from the store in my optometrist's office. My wife suggested that we give these guys a shot since they have such good reviews. GlassesUSA doesn't require you to print out that silly template for positioning and sizing. They have a much more sophisticated digital alignment process. This is much better for those of us that have ditched the demon home use desktop printers. I was encouraged by how thorough the form was and how easy the alignment tool was to use. The glasses fit perfectly and are dead on the money for prescription accuracy. Great job GlassesUSA
No word on an order after three weeks. "Live chat" is not live but a robot that can resend the order but cannot find it to say what is eh delay. A phone call just gives a option tree with no option to speak to a real person.

I purchased my glasses here for the first time and paid for the most expensive and fast shipping option that was available. The site said it would take six days to make my glasses. It took eight days. The shipping option said "express" but UPS has the delivery scheduled for four days after the glasses were shipped on a day I won't even be home. What express option takes that long to ship? USPS express is a two day guarantee. I feel like this site charged me for fast shipping and gave me cheap garbage anyway. Half a month will have passed from the time of ordering to the time I get my glasses.

Well past 6 business days and no update. I used chat function and was told the glasses "didn't pass inspection" and was told wait another 4 business days, 6 more days since it is Friday, and see if they have shipped yet. Was what I was told. Horrible. Never again will I depend on them.

The order was processed within ten days of the order
Almost 2 weeks later and they still have not shipped my order. I have called them multiple times this week and their customer service wont help. They have taken my money and not shipped anything.

Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Answer: There should be, they are horrible! They have 0 customer service- you can not speak to a live person! It's totally automated and inefficient if you need help in anyway!

Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
