I was excited to get the second batch of 2 glasses I ordered, but when I took them out of the case, they were obliviously not my prescription. The lenses were much too thick, single vision, and nowhere near my prescription, so obviously some orders were mixed up. I arranged to return them within an hour, an easy process, but still very disappointed. I had to take a selfie to see how they looked because I couldn't see myself in a mirror. My first two pair were no problem, so they had the right numbers. We'll see how the reorder goes.
Try on online doesn't always work well
Avoid! Customer service isn't bad, it doesn't exist. No online help, can't call and they won't return emails. Use FramesDirect or something.

Glassesusa.com is a very good company. I would recommend it highly. Where I live we don't get mail delivered to our home address, we have to go to the Post office. Even though glasses usa.com only had my physical address, I received my glasses at the post office.(Awesome). The glasses are really good quality. They come with a case and a cleaning cloth. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for glasses.
I had ordered glasses (two separate orders) from this company prior and somehow, they managed to screw up one of my orders and this was after sending them the prescriptions twice as they requested! After receiving one order, I cancelled the order eventually after they couldn't get it right. Had to go back to them again, (unfortunately), because I lost the pair I got from them. I didn't want to, but had NO choice because they had the prescription and told them EXACTLY that I needed another pair identical to the pair I had ordered. I had to hunt the original order number and give it to them and ordered the pair.
I placed the order and asked (and paid) for the order to be expedited. This was on Mon 11/13 and checked status on the order seeing it had gone into production on Tues 11/14. I then checked back at the end of the week to check status on order and was told by a chat agent that they had NO update on the order. That the order would be escalated to the order dept to check status and that I would be notified of status... never heard from anyone on this, so I contacted them again today (a week later) and STILL no status on the order with them giving me the same response! To me, it seems like "the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing" with this company! I would NOT recommend them to anyone!
Been trying to get a renewed prescription filled for almost a month and it seems " the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing"! I have submitted my replacement prescriptions at least 3 times and every time I reach back to them for status on my so-called order, it's like starting over again in their chat box as if they don't know what is going on... very frustrating... next time, and if there is a next time, I will order the glasses locally where I know I won't have this issue... they cost a little more, but believe me, it will be well worth than having to deal with a mail order company!
I bought Oakley prescription glasses and gave them the frame size. The lenses are perfect but the frames are not even close and the details of the frame size are not recorded on the order. Very disappointed as I have many Oakley sunglasses that I bought off the shelf that fit fine.

I ordered glasses skeptically based on the cheap price and easy ordering. The glasses are top grade and my precise prescription. I saved hundreds of dollars and ordered an extra pair.

Ordered new glasses, sent wrong glasses. Returned for refund. Promised right order. Now 30 days and never came. Want another 2 weeks. Can't talk to anyone. Hours dead end phone, promised sms links never sent. Chat drops you while typing. Live help is no help just empty promises & delay tactics. Refunds take another 10-14 days.

I was sent tracking for my order and all tracking stopped. You can't talk to a person it's automated. No one gets back to you. They take your money though. I have recommended to family members because ordering was so easy. I told everyone not to bother. The only reason they got 1 star is ordering was east.

My overall experience with this company has been unsatisfactory. The customer service, including the live chat, and website functionality fell short of expectations. The most recent issue with an incorrect order of prescription Prada sunglasses, after a significant wait, only added to the disappointment. I would not patronize this business again and would advise others to seek alternative providers.

Very simple and straightforward ordering process and delivery was on time. Great communication throughout the process.
I received the glasses just fine and on time however I didn't open them right away and when I did, I found there wasn't any magnification (just readers). By this time my 30 days was past. So I have glasses that are useless. I get it.
It is impossible to get a response over assistance from a live person. Their email box responds as not monitored, and their phone system does not allow an option to talk to a representative.
I had an urgent need and cannot get a hold of anybody. The service lovers are unacceptable given the amount of money you spend for prescription glasses.

I have purchased glasses before. Glasses USA site provides many good choices and is fairly easy to use. However, I did have some difficulty figuring out how to use my previously uploaded photo. At one point I accidentally clicked on a models photo and for the longest time I could not get my photo back. Once I got it back, it was easy to look at all the choices and make my decision and fill my order. One thing I would do different given the choice would be shipping. The standard shipping used Easy Post and it took too many days to get to me. My other glasses were broken and I was anxious to get the new pair and next time I would pay more for expedited shipping.
I had progressive lenses made and they were incorrect. I tried to take a little longer to adjust to the new glasses because I was also trying contact lenses with my eye doctor. Now, it is past their refund/return date and there is NO way to reach someone in person. Either on the phone or in chat. It is all created to keep them making money and keep the unsatisfied customers away from them. I am out over $300 and now must go elsewhere to get the right prescription. The current one was so bad that I almost passed out at work, and have strained my eyes so badly I need a new prescription. Thanks for nothing!
I paid extra for express shipping. Glasses shipped October 26th received November 3rd. They ship with DSL. Not express

I really love the "try on" option. It made finding a great pair of glasses really easy, and I didn't have to make an appointment and drive to it.
I had an earlier prescription from a year back and I noticed that I needed new glasses. I've ordered from Glasses USA before and they never dissapoint with quick quality product with shipping.
Save yourself the aggravation
After much consideration, placed order for everyday and prescription sunglasses. Placed order day 1, day 3 stated in production allow 6 days to complete, day 11 still in production and nothing from GlassesUSA and no one can tell me anything other than in production. Cancelled order and will take my business elsewhere

Answer: So far it's been a month and still NO glasses, or tracking info. Much longer than the seven to ten buisness days- in Still waiting.
Answer: I got the same B. S. handed to me. After more than double the stated time and lack of response, I cancelled my order and notified my credit card company.

Answer: Dealing with them right now and thats a NO. Horrible customer service and they will loop hole you to no end so that they dont have to give you a refund on their product that does not work. My eyes literally work better without their glasses on my face.
Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
