On 21 November I ordered glasses from this place and canceled on the 30th. I was supposed to receive a refund in 5 to 10 business days. It's December 14th and no refund. Customer service is all BOTS so no help there. I have no idea if I I'll ever see a refund. I'll be out about $270. Stay away from this company.
So I ordered glasses from glasses usa on 3 Nov on the 20th I attempted to contact them because, according to their records, my glasses were still in production. After dealing with automated customer service and not getting any acceptable service I decided to cancel. On the 21st a live rep from glassesusa called and asked for a second chance and like a fool I decided to give them one. I reordered on the 21st and was assured that the glasses would be in the mail in 6 business days. Taking Thanksgiving into consideration I figured the glasses should be out for delivery on the 30th. I checked their website, my glasses were still in production. I called. Again, the automated service giving the same info as the first time around. I canceled the glasses. Drove to America's Best and ordered my glasses, which is what I should have done in the first place. It was sooo much easier and $30.00 cheaper
Too. I am done with online glasses. From now on its brick and mortar.
Happy with my new glasses. They look nice and the progressive lens is great.
They are as bad as it gets. The absolute worst absolutely zero customer service. They took money out won't return it. If you accidentally make a purchase with them call your bank and report it as fraud as quickly as possible. That's the most effective way to keep them from stealing from you.

It appears that the contact lenses that you ordered did not match the product on your prescription. As per current eyewear regulations, no retailer is able to provide you with a product that you are not prescribed.

Best quality product of the four I have ordered. I think it was the polycarbonate lenses that made the difference although this is a more expensive option. The only issue was the DHL Shipper. Even though Mobleton GA is right next door, it took over 10 days to reach me. I had the same issue with the other three pairs.
Very simple process. Style and fit was very good. Prescription was very accurate.
I ordered a pair of prescription eye glasses and sun glasses. I also paid for expedited shipping.I received an email stating my order has been shipped. It is December 8 and I still have yet to receive my order nor can I track my order. When I try to contact customer service all that is available is an AI robot via chat that repeats the same info. Save your money and go else where. This place is a scam!

First set of glasses I got fit great but I couldn't see quite as well for reading as my current glasses. I requested an exchange and that time sent an exact prescription from a recent eye exam. It seemed to take a long time to get the second pair, and there is no way they could have used my prescription to make them because I couldn't see anything with them. I processed yet another exchange and had a very hard time getting the store credit to work trying to order the next pair. Very disappointed so far. I just successfully used the store credit to order, and am so hopeful this third pair is usable. I love the style of the glasses and the fit but I have to be able to see with them!
Update: Received glasses and they were about like original pair. Great fit and see fine except for fine detail up close.

I would never order from this company again. As a first time customer, I placed an order for glasses that had three upgrades (the standard lens package, hydrophoic lenses and the blue light lenses) and after using a discount code (Save50) the purchase should have only cost me $100. However, GlassesUSA did not give me one of the upgrades (blue light lenses) that I was supposed to receive and charged me $121 omitting the $50 discount that I was suppose to receive based on the online order. When I contacted Customer Service, they made me pay an additional $29 for the blue light lenses upgrade and said it would take 7-10 business days for me to receive a $50 credit that I was suppose to receive to begin with. It took me going through the chat and calling the customer service line to get a resolution, that I am not certain will be correct. I have informed the agent that assisted me that if I do not receive email confirmation of the $50 rebate within 72 hours, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. As a first time customer, I am very unhappy with the service that I received and will not be a repeat customer in the future!

These limitations are based on the frame and the lens package being ordered. Only one discount coupon per order can be applied. It appears that you did not apply a discount coupon nor select blue light lenses on the original order. The frame you selected was eligible for progressive lenses. We have the Find My Size option to enter your frame measurements to see which overall size would be the best fit for you. We also have a Custom filtering option under Size that allows you to search based on the lens and temple/arm measurements.

It shouldn't take 1-2 days for you to pick up a phone and call my doctor for rx verification. Its not worth the $10 savings go elsewhere.

I have long been a customer of GlassesUSA, and I have recommended their products to many. I'm so sad to say that I will no longer be doing either of those things. My family never received our glasses. UPS informed GlassesUSA that our merchandise was stolen in transit, and customer service was indifferent to the issue. I struggled to reach anyone, and whenever I did, I was told not to worry because someone from the "delivery department" would contact me "soon." I waited three weeks and contacted customer service for updates throughout. On my last attempt, the agent prematurely disconnected when I asked for more specific contact information. I was distraught. I opened an investigation with my bank because I was out nearly $250. Still, no response or apology from GlassesUSA. I ordered November 4th, 2023.

I can appreciate the automation in the chat and standard emails but any follow up is impossible to get ahold of anyone. The glasses I wanted were out of stock, I had no idea if they were back in production or not.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
