Very easy and very quick turnaround time. Easy to navigate website and so simple to select an option. This is my second time getting glasses here and will always come back and recommend to my family and friends.
Many frames to choose from. Fast shipping. Prices seemed good. Really nice styles and name brands.
The style selection is excellent. The rx and measurements were spot on, I could see well but the anti reflective coating was terrible. Ghost images made them useless for night driving, and irritating even with indoor lighting! The progressive design was tolerable.
You advertise so many great deals but then they don't apply to anything. Frustrating. Your virtual try on is intrusive and needlessly stores my data. Didn't ask for my PD values! Huh? NO ONE AVAILABLE TO TALK TO UNLESS YOU CHOOSE NEW ORDER.

The virtual try on helped me pick my glasses. Then I just needed to enter my prescription and finalized the order.
I had never bought glasses online before but am so glad I did! The live try-on feature of the website helped me to imagine what the glasses would look like on me, and having all the measurements for frame sizes easily available helped too.
I have used GlassesUSA to fill my prescription glasses and have purchased 6 pairs of glasses. In the past, I have not had a problem, but on my last order the glasses were lost in shipping. I am very disappointed to report that if something does go wrong with your order, you are just out of luck. There are no agents to answer a call, just a chat bot that will not help solve your problem. The best the bot could do was say someone would contact me in 2 business days. That never happened. Email goes to an unanswered email account, which they reply back to you and tell you it is not monitored. Based on my experience, I would avoid doing business with them as they will not be there to help if something goes wrong. I am working with my credit card company to have the charges reversed as the company is not reachable

Uploading my prescription made ordering glasses easy, and being able to filter styles and sizes help narrow down the options, allowing me to find the right glasses for me.
I ordered my glasses on Dec 7 asked for the express and I have yet to receive my glasses while they did refund me my shipping money I've been waiting still for my glasses and I've yet to get them

Was shipped in a FEDEX envelope without packing or box. Both lenses had been popped out and the frames scratched due to the poor packaging. When I emailed the listed email on the site I got a response that the emails "Please be aware that this email inbox is not actively monitored." and was directed to a Chat bot that can not respond on my issues. Very disappointed after always having previously been happy.

I have bought 2 pair of glasses from GlassesUSA before and been satisfied. This pair is the only time I have had a problem but I feel helpless trying to fix it. Glasses have been stuck in production for almost a week and a half when its supposed to be 3 or less days and I haven't found a way to talk to real person.

It's nearly impossible to talk to a human! My shipping is completely outside the time frame, and they use DHL! There are zero, I repeat ZERO humans on the phone. It only loops you around and tells you to go online. The online chat bot tells you to talk to the robot THREE times before it actually allows you to talk to a person. The person was just a robot too! Scripted responses and links to more paperwork to cancel and get a refund. My experience couldn't be worse.
Tl;dr- don't buy from this place thinking the shipping will be better domestically. Ironically the Chinese glasses are WAY FASTER, and the exact same quality.

I received my order but the glasses was not in the envelope there was nothing in the envelope I tried to notify the company but that was a joke everything is thru a chat I could not make them understand nothing was in the envelope at all so I disputed the charge with PayPal they just informed me that they denied my request because the package was delivered to me! Yes it was delivered but there was nothing in the package! So please beware because when there is a problem like I had they won't stand behind there product or service. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone ever!

Been a customer for about 2 years. Crushed a 370.00 pair of Rx Ray Bans. I had the "enhanced" warranty for 34.00 when purchased. Contacted the company- they charged me only 35.00 for a deductible. AND FULLY and respectfully sent me a brand new identical pair!
Ordered in Mid November, did not receive until Mid December. Called customer service, Company contracts with a phone service in India at the start of December, I was told that the issue would be escalated and I would get expedited shipping. None of this happend, I received my glasses 2 weeks later. The call center is a joke, there is no way to talk to anyone that can do anything, it is just sad when a company trades good customer service just to make an extra buck. Very poor customer service.

I have ordered from GlassesUSA twice because they offer affordable options for glasses and contacts. The website is easy to order from and the virtual try on feature is great. Although, my most recent pair of glasses get very smudgey quite fast and already have a crack in the corner of the lenses since two weeks of wearing them. This time I spent more on the recommended lenses for my prescription, but I wish I went with the basic lenses because they lasted me longer than these have.

Answer: Our production times vary between each prescription and lens type we produce. By far our glasses are produced and delivered before the times stated in our shipping policy. In some cases, unfortunately, glasses might not pass quality assurance, which means they need to be remade. This unfortunately means that we have to start again from scratch, but as a rule we do not send out any glasses that did not meet our quality standards. Shipping times are unfortunately mostly beyond our control as we depend upon our carriers to deliver the products in a timely manner. Our delivery department works toe to toe with all of our carriers to make sure our glasses are delivered as promptly as possible. We also offer a variety of shipping options that ensure a faster delivery for any interested customers, but our customers need to keep in mind shipping times do not include production time. Our customer service is available by phone, email, chat and social media around the clock, 24\7. We can be easily reached at any time, including weekends and holidays at all times to answer any questions and concerns. Our dedicated customer service team works around the clock to make sure any and all issues are taken care of. We are always working on improving all of the above, whether by opening new facilities, working and negotiating our agreements with carriers or expanding our customer service team and making them more efficient. Answer: I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.
