This is a scam, I placed an order but no delivery, asked them why, they told me that they will provide a solution but nothing after that, no response. Do not ever order from here!

I ordered a gift from this website. The gift has not been delivered and they don't pick up the call. Pathetic service with Pathetic customer service. Scammers!

Terrible, scam. Avoid completely as you will lose your money.

I am very disappointed with this site! Scammers! What I ordered is far too different on what was delivered! It was wrapped poorly. The description said "24 cadburry chocolates" but there were only 3 unknown chocolates inside the box. The teddy bear was ugly and so small. The flowers were dry and not even wrapped properly and the color was different from the pictures. I didn't get my moneys worth. It was so expensive and they just stuffed it in the box and delivered it! Shame on you GIFTS AND IDEAS! Never again!

So disappointed and shocking as never expected they will deliver open box rather than gift wrapped even products totally different compared to what I paid for and choose. Spoiled my surprise gift and disgusting

I placed an order same day delivery, the cake I ordered, they delivered the wrong cake, my second package for same day delivery has never arrived, I got an email saying it was damaged in transit and will be delivered next day which is today
The package never arrived, no email no contact from the company
WhatsApp and fb messenger are an absolute waste of time they completely ignore you as you ask about delivery etc
I am starting to believe this is a scheme and if I knew of somewhere I could file an official complaint to get feedback I would this company is absolutely horrible and should not be allowed to be in this business

I ordered a cake for my nephews birthday. They charged me 100 $#*!ing dollars and delivered some cheap cake from a shop worth $17dollrs and these people forgot to remove the price tag from it. Alssssoooo they send card online on whstaspp what a disgusting joke When i tried to complain no one replied. So upset i wasted so much money

I ordered via this company for delivery for Xmas, the order never got delivered. I have logged many complaints yet the company do not follow up you just email saying give us 48 hours. Specifically Sam and Sarah I have emailed and not had any replies from. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

If anyone from gift ideas actually wants to contact me my order was ******* for deliver on 24th December. So getting on for a month ago…..

My gift orders should be delivered on December 30, but it did not. I spent about half on night on December 31 trying to communicate to this company and not successful due to provided phones were "not in service", no live support was available and I was redirected to virtual agent, virtual agent states that no such orders exists. Skype requested payment for message or call, Messagers and FB redirected to virtual agents. I placed complaint on FB, but it was removed in 2 hrs and I placed another one later. Finally, my orders were delivered. God Bless Bella. She did it by New Year! She made happy my grandson! She did awesome! Her rate is 5, but company rate is 0 (too much stress). I understand it's holiday time and maybe delays, but the clients should be notified and customer service available with live agents on website and on the phone. Thanks Bella for finding fruits replacement and delivering the gifts, she made my New Year's Eve!

Purchased fruits, biscuits and chocolates in a basket. What came is just fruits in a box!
Requested to deliver on specific time they did it in a wrong time.not ascertained service. Pictures of offers are fake and not real!

After I bought a hamper to be delivered, I read all the reviews and started to panic.
Happy to say my delivery got delivered on time. Didn't look like the photo but near enough to what I wanted and it wasn't awful or anything. It was nice. So happy that it got delivered.
I never write reviews however I thought encase someone else panics it does get delivered to Madrid.

I have used GiftsnIdeas services in past, every time I gave them benefit of doubt not delivering the right gift and on right time but this time they intentional scammed me.

1-They Won't deliver what they display on their website.
2- Never delivered parcel on the chosen date.
3- Mostly outsource in half of the amount you paid.
4- Unprofessional, scammer & untrustworthy.

I ordered a cake for my brother's birthday that cost $104.95. They delivered the wrong cake that was $58.95 (checked on their website). When I sent the photos of the cake they delivered, the reply was that they could give me 10% off the order for the inconvenience. I said, 'the fair thing to do is to give the difference back, not 10%'. Never heard back from them again. How can you charge me $104.95 for a cake that costs $58.95 and refuse to give me at least the difference back! Don't buy anything from this thieves!

This is a absolutely rubbish company! Do not order from there, I wish I did check this company before I ordered.my chosen gift wasnt available so they offered me 'chocolates with flowers '3 item gift set. Gift was not there after 9pm of the delivery date and only a branch of flowers delivered. FOR A MAN! YES! It's our anniversary, he got me some flowers for our anniversary, this is not what I expecting it to be. Now thanks God they are giving me 10%refund of my order, yes 10%, when I telling them it's not what I ordered, and ask for full refund.
I spent a whole day one our anniversary day, dealing with this company, thank you very much.

I ordered from Giftsnideas, not having done my research into reviews about this website. BIG MISTAKE! I ordered a same day delivery for an interstate birthday and at the end of the day received a phone call saying they were out of stock and wanted me to confirm ALL of my details again over the telephone including Credit Card number and my partner's details (irrelevant) which i refused to do. They declined to offer a refund - i pushed them and they finally agreed to refund. It is now 11 days later and still no refund. Got in touch with the customer service dept today who stated it will take an additional 8-10 business days to receive a refund. This is simply unacceptable, and appears to be a SCAM SITE. I would not recommend to others to use this website.

Complete useless website and employees. They just want your money, and you won't receive anything!
