This site is not secure at all and they will steal your credit card number.

I ordered a birthday gift basket for a friend in another country. They could not deliver the product by the delivery date even though they processed my transaction. It took 2 days to speak with a customer service rep. And, they took 2 weeks to issue me a refund on my credit card. But what's worse was that my credit card number was subsequently used for all online shopping.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! Either their staff is stealing credit card numbers or their site has so many security holes that if you enter your credit card details, it'll get jacked. You've been warned.

Disgrace & Embarrassment

We placed an order for a "Fit for a King" fruit gift basket to be delivered in Jeddah.
We needed the very best basket and chose one of the most expensive available on the website, and assumed the basket would be the same/similar to the picture shown.
Unfortunately, when it arrived arrived, it was absolutely not what we ordered! There was barely any fruit, and extremely disappointing as this was an important gift for a special person. As you can see from the side by side pictures of what was offered and what they got, this is a disgrace and an embarrassment to us!

Ordered a luxury gift basket for an employee and for no reason at all, they cancelled the order and then emailed me saying so, my employee then didn't receive anything on his birthday and they are keeping the funds for 12 days... Not impressed at all.

I order birthday gift teddy for $150. They delivered flowers after a week and after numerous e-mail and web chat they refund me $15. They are cheater not able to reach them via mobile. Don't trust and waste your money. Iam looking for their registered address to take severe action on this cheater. Pls spread around don't get cheated by this kind of cheater business and spoil your memorable moments. Order not delivered but they declared As delivered and no response.

Hi, I have never done this before but your horrible customer service is driving me to write this post now.

I had placed an order with your company on 28th July for an order to be delivered on 10th Aug. After I placed my order I never got a confirmation from your end and I had to constantly follow up with your staff (on your online chat which was frustrating as your helpline numbers dont work 24/7 as advertised on your website) to check the order status. On 11th Aug I was told that the order has been delivered, only because I enquired about it. The order actually never got delivered and your staff told me that they are checking with the supplier. This checking with the Supplier went on till 14th Aug when after multiple follow ups my order got delivered, which I am thankful considering the reviews you had online and feel bad for the customers whose money you have taken and not delivered the product.

My ordeal does not end here, the package delivered was such cheap looking and was not worth the money I paid for. Also, the order had missing items which I have been following everyday since and I have had zero help from the staff. Everyday I call them and people keep giving excuses that our manager will call now, will call tomorrow... and that never happens!

It has reached a point where the helpdesk people have started saying they have done their job and its the managers who are not following up. This is so frustrating since I seem to be talking to the same set of people with no resolution to this issue.

2 weeks ago a guy called Ali called me saying he is the manager and promised me that the missing items would be delivered and if not they refund my amount. Forget about the embarrassment I had to face since the such cheap quality stuff got delivered, what is even worse is this torture for having to follow up with these people everyday. This is adding to my mental health being impacted due to the stress.

This company is as bad as their online reviews. Please do not buy anything from them and if you do please be prepared to deal with the constant helpless follow ups! Needless to say, this is the last time i have ever ordered from here. Biggest mistake ever!

How I wish I had read all these reviews before I, too, fell into this trap. I'm located in Brisbane, and my husband is in Saudi Arabia for a project and unable to come home due to Covid. His big 60th birthday is all on his own, and I wanted to surprise him with a few lovely items from a Meat and Cheeseboard gift set. The photo looked lovely, and even though the price was a bit steep ($191 AUD), I thought maybe things are imported and delivery costs, etc.

Not only did the delivery not arrive on time, and was days late, but also contained none of the items on the picture as advertised. For a cheeseboard that supposed to contain, well, cheese, there was not a single piece of cheese included in the set. Instead he received mystery meat (slice of some kind of luncheon) that I wouldn't trust to give to my dog to eat, it just didn't resemble anything I ever bought as per what was advertised. Gourmet mustard and highland tea was replaced with cheap supermarket brand mustard and Lipton tea that is worth no more than $2. Instead of gourmet crackers, he received packets of Ritz. Bottom line, everything in this extortionately priced gift basket, allegedly worth $191, could be worth no more than $30. There was no cutting board included either, except a few slots of wood roughly put together, and a cheap supermarket knife to cut the nonexistent cheese.

Furthermore, it was incredibly difficult to get in touch with the company to chase up the order that was late. Like other people, I would not give any stars if I could, and buyer beware. This is inching into scam territory, and I feel robbed, not only of my money but the nice experience I was hoping to give my husband on his birthday. If I could post photos, I would. I wish there was a way to report these scammers and get this company investigated for this unethical deceit and false advertising.

I feel embarrassed that my husband received what he did. It looks like the cheapest possible product, for the most extortionate price I've ever seen. It's incredibly upsetting, so to anyone thinking of buying from them, hold on to your wallet and look elsewhere.

I ordered from this website last 11th August. As per website they have same-day delivery but no delivery happened. I guess this website is a scam, only getting money from the people. This website is the worst online shop you could ever encounter. So please don't order from them. They are the worst of all the worst I promised.

I am passionate about chocolate. That is why I ordered this chocolate basket for my friend. Unfortunately, I got A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT ONE, with leas products and NONE of the products shown on the product photo online. Compared with the photos below.
I have several times asked customer service to look into the details of this delivery without any successful solution. So disappointed! My gift recipient was not amused. No solution given. Money wasted!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. I ordered a birthday gift for a friend, a teddy bear and she did not receive it. The customer service is horrendous - I received no confirmation email, then an email 3 weeks after the due delivery time saying it was delivered, but it wasn't. My money was stolen and they refuse to acknowledge the fact and my frustration. I am appalled how they can sleep at night stealing and lying like this.

The item delivered is completely different to the item I ordered. Though I paid for express delivery and it was guaranteed that the delivery would be on the same day, the item got delivered 2 days later.

I ordered a teddy and chocolates combo. Both the items were substituted. I am not sure why they even provided the items in the display if they had no stock of them.

I don't think they are worth even 1 star.

When I entered the destination of my order it said guaranteed next day delivery. After 2 days I attempted to chat online with customer service who said they would check and get back with me. They never did. I did this at least 10 times and I'm pretty sure it was the same 2-3 people every time I chatted. Finally got on a chat with someone who gave me real information. She said since my delivery was "out of the state" (not sure where because it seemed like it was located in Malaysia where I was sending) it would have to be shipped. The shipping would take 5-7 business days and delivery another 5 days. So my overnight guarantee order took 12 days. He finally got the package and it is nothing even close to what I ordered. I started a chat asking for my money back. I got the standard "we will get back with you". I'll never see that money and the gift basket is full of Asian items that my boyfriend won't even eat. See pictures attached of ordered versus received. So disappointed.

This is my first time to order items from this shop and it is absolutely the worst experience ever! I and my bf bought flowers from this scam shop 1week before my mom's birthday. They called me 2days before the birthday that they cannot deliver the item due to COVID! He said the only option is to send it on June 1,2020. So before June 1, I have decided to cancel my order and get a full refund. So they send me an email stating that they will payback through the bank we used. So now I am still following up on the refund and it's already June 10! This site is a complete scam. I should have read the reviews first before I ordered to them.

Ps: they also have the worst customer service!

They are the worst company to deal with. They literally took 200$ from me and my order wasnt even delivered. It was like a charity that I didn't even want to do. These morons will not even reply to your msgs in the live chat and the mother$#*!ers won't refund the money too. They are robbing you blind. They are a bunch of fraudsters who are not at all concerned about your special day. The only thing they can do for you is to ruin your day. Do not order with them at any cost. I wouldn't order for free too. These are just robbing the world blindly.
They are not even a company.
They will worsen your day. Do not order with them.

Disappointing service! My order was cancelled on the date of delivery and even after 3 weeks, my refund has not been processed. There was also minimal and lag responses to emails sent.

I ordered the deluxe sweet tooth hamper for delivery to my partner in Italy, a 200 basket. What was delivered was a plant with some packets of biscuits and chocolates from the supermarket and the reason I ordered was for the jam and they didn't even include. My Partner was so disappointed asking why I would waste money to send this. It did more harm than good. DO NOT USE!

The company makes delivery promises that they do not keep. My order has still not been delivered even though I paid for same day delivery. My father's birthday gift have not reached him. This is the most unreliable service. This company should close and stop misleading and lying to their customers. I only chose them because of the same day delivery promise, and because they probably bargain on people believing their false promise, they will keep exploiting new paying customers, however I doubt that anyone has used them twice. If GiftnIdeas cannot do honest business and make promises they can actually keep, they should be put out of business.

Ordered for same day delivery (7th May) but suddenly found out it was rescheduled for next day. Spoke with an agent and confirmed with the supplier it's for delivery that day but my sister never received any delivery. Ff-up and was told it was rescheduled to 11th May without any advise and now it's 13th May and still no delivery. Very frustrating, agents keep on pasting the same responses. Beginning to thing that this might be a scam.

This company needs to know that business is business even during Covit-19. If they cannot make delivery on time, don't mark my mother's day gift " delivered" on Sunday, then when I went on live chat, told me that it will be delivered on Tuesday. When I asked for explanation, this lady simply not responded. They took my money quickly, though. Will not recommend this company to anyone. Terrible experience!
