They either blatantly don't deliver what your ordered stealing your money or if you keep pestering them they will deliver something of a much lower value thus keeping the difference.

My gift was supposed to be delivered in mid Mar and was delivered in mid April after multiple threatening calls to them, what they ultimately delivered was something completely different to what was advertised, it's a total scam

False advertising! Be wary of photos in this site. It is dubious enough that the items in the gift baskets are not itemized. When it gets delivered it is not the same as you ordered.

I ordered a Deluxe Fruit and Cheese Basket for my Aunt who's diabetic and what I got is a completely different basket with a value of half or less of what I paid! I tried calling, texting and messaging them but no reply! I was fooled by this website!

So a day after the order was scheduled to be delivered, I finally got a call from their customers service agent Mr. Ali aka. Alistar, not because of my numerous attempts to get in touch with them, but because of my review posted on sitejabber. He mentioned that the package was not delivered due to issues with their delivery agent and promised to deliver the package the next day. Also, he had requested that I amend/edit my review which I agreed on the condition that the package be delivered the next day as promised. 4 days on and as of writing this post, still nothing has been delivered, no proof of delivery and no response with regards my request for a refund. GiftsnIdeas is clearly a scam and I urge other customers facing the same issue to report this service provider to the relevant authorities so that they are investigated and blocked. I will be taking the time to report them to the FTC so that other people do not go through the same ordeal as I have. This has been the worst experience dealing with any online service provider and please stay clear of this vendor.

They forgot the message card. So my sister couldn't know who sent the gift :( at least she liked it!

Ordered gift baskets, one was golden moments basket and the other coffee gourmet.
- Delivery was late
- All products have been substituted for much lesser quality items.
- Raised my complaint to the seller and sent images for comparison. They denied what I was complaining on. Just by looking at the images you know they have deceived you.

I'm happy with the service about how they genuinely care about the customer satisfaction.

I ordered the chocolate gift for my friend back to Nepal unfortunately, less amount of chocolates were delivered and I put review for the service. After getting the review, I was being followed up by admin panel and after providing the evidence, they sincerely apologized and offered re-delivery. We didn't accept the redelivery offer neither we asked for refund, because the receiver was happy on what she got.

They kept follow up and re-delivered the order perfectly with apology. At very first I was not happy with the delivery but the way they approached us and cared about our satisfaction makes me to edit my review. I will definitely use this service again and recommend you guys to use it. Thanks.

Ordered for a friend in Barcelona, Spain. Did not exactly look like the picture so one star off, but it came out alright and I can tell they at least tried.
