Had ordered a cake & flowers. Cake was delivered without a gift message & had a name called Masqood as senderr. My sister did not even know it was a gift from me & sent it back. Finally I rang & told my sister to let her know I have sent the cake. No gift message, card. Charged $85. Charged $105 for flowers and they still have not been delivered. How do I stop people from being de-frauded. This business should not be operating. $200 for nothing.

A very disappointing experience with your business. Infact when I looked around, it is not only me but there is a whole bunch of negative review. I guess you have 90% negative review. I ordered 4 items for my client in Philippines. You charged me premium for same day delivery but finally when it got delivered, I saw it is not what was ordered. A very cheap sorting of different items were delivered. You guys also failed to deliver in next 48 hours for a same day delivery that you charged me. Overall, this is definitely cheating a customer when you commit something but deliver totally different. As a result of this, I had a very embarrassing situation with my customer. I escalated to your customer support on live chat and they became non-responsive the next day. I tried calling your support number multiple times but it never connected me to anyone. All in all, the experience is a very bad one and I hope people read your reviews before they order from you unlike me who just went ahead and paid and got cheated.

I am in the process of escalating this case to the ministry of corporate affairs, consumer forum and payment gateway for closure of this business. Please share your statement with me on xproweb256 (at) gmail.com to support the case. Business like this should be shut down.

FRAUD ALERT Do not order from this site,
Save yourself from a head ache these guys say their a gift delivery site but DO NOT deliver at all.

Made an order on the 16th of Feb, was advised delivery on the 21st of Feb.

22nd of Feb no delivery
23rd of Feb still no delivery

Reached out to the company spoke to Michael who advised order was delayed and will be delivered today the 23rd.

24th no still no delivery, spoke to a Krish who has advised it will be sent today. Did not feel confident with that response so messaged them again 3 hours later was advised delayed again and wioll be sent tomorrow.

25th of Feb today, no delivery, spoke to Michael again this time they advised the address was wrong. Checked the order receipt and the order was placed correctly. Demanding a refund now, being beat around the bush. Will keep this post updated.

Dear all... Dont fall into the trap of this company. They are just giving ads and will take ur money...

I have ordered a Valentine gift to be sent to my fiancee in Vietnam for her Valentine Gift.
The order was made a week earlier just to make sure, even though they offered same day delivery service.
I have checked and reconfirmed on the day prior and was advised that the delivery was on schedule for the following day, which is the Valentine Day.

At midday I contacted the company again and was told that I need to send my ID first before they can organise the delivery. Then when everything was satisfied, the company has advised me that the supplier had run out some of the items that I have ordered.

After a long conversation, I agreed to have them to deliver one item only, which is the flowers.
But 7 hours later at 10PM Vietnam time, the delivery is still no where to be seen.

No one in the live chat were able to provide any answer on where the delivery is at. Then they are just transferring me from one person to the other. My credibility was tarnished by them as my fiancee thought I forgot or lie about sending the gift to her. I will never use their service again.

Scammers. Asked for uploading my ID photos after charging me for a gift and the same day delivery. They don't answer calls. You have to chat to bot on their website. Then someone with heavy indian accent called me and told me if I dont provide my ID photos, they will not deliver the order. I opened a dispute this those scammers and cancelled credit card. Will keep you posted.

I ordered chocolate gift basked as a gift. Delivery was delayed for 3 days and my friend received a pineapple instead. I paid $140 dollars for a gift basket and they received a tiny PINEAPPLE!

I placed a Valentine Day order on January 25, for February 14 delivery. They wrote me 2 days later that 1/2 of my order couldn't be filled and offered replacement or additional flowers. I went on live chat 2 hours after the email and wanted to cancel that order and order something else. I was told it was shipped already! Then I was told it was delivered, and it wasn't delivered. I disputed the charge with my cc company because this company won't reply anymore.
STAY AWAY!

The website is so $#*!ty whenever you refresh the page you lose the customer service staff you're talking to. I talked to 5 of them who ensured that my gifts will arrive on time, however, on the delivery day they said that a birthday cake will not be delivered for my friend's birthday. Also, they send no emails whatsoever to update their customers. You have to keep going to the website and check yourself. The $#*!tiest service and website I have ever seen in my life. Please don't use them at ALL.

If you're thinking of using this website, DON'T! Save yourself the headache and disappointment. They are absolutely SCAMMERS! I ordered a cake for my sister and when it arrived, it was NOT the cake I ordered. I understand there's a substitution policy BUT the cakes cost they sent my sister was NOT even half of what I paid. I contacted their customer service and they gave me a BS answer that the cake delivered costs more than what I paid which is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE as I have checked with where they got the cake! They think their customers are that dumb not to know. DO NOT ORDER OR WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THESE SCAMMERS!

Made a purchased of 4 orders, -asked for refund after finding the bad reviews, regretted. Called to refund, and cancel within the same day, find out all the numbers are directed to the same so I try and place- asked how is this possible when I'm calling internationals, was told the calls end to same one country due to the service branch, however it's FAKE ADVERTISING, excusing for refunds and kept lying about the time during to get emails.

PLEASE DON'T use this service it's MISLEADING AND FRAUD

I had placed my order 15 days in advance to ensure that the birthday -gift basket would arrive on 20th of Nov. I was ensured by Amy, Mary, Krish and Sam. Getting lip service from the Agents. The Gift has yet to arrive, now they estimated on Monday 23rd of November 2020. They are refusing to give me a full refund or cancel the order. Its not my mistake that they do not know how to estimated delivery timings and schedules. They have offered at 15% refund. What is money, then hearing or seeing the joy of your love open a present on their birthday. Based on the customer service received for 2 days now, its the worst I have ever dealt with. I will never order anything from this company again. Reading my chat messages, saying sorry we will check. We will update you. If and when it comes, the issue, ITS Late! Ms. VERY UnHappy -Marian
