The website seems to be run from the US. I ordered a gift to be delivered in Russia. Since it didn't happen on the requested day, I was already afraid it was a scam. Stupid me, I should've read reviews first!
However, the day after the gift arrived. It was just like described, flowers were fresh, teddy bear cute and fluffy.
Thus, I don't know what problems other people have, I certainly didn't have one in the end. Did I get lucky because it was taken care of by their honest Russian partners and not the lazy American guys? I don't know. Maybe.
Just taking away one star, a) because of the delay and b) because customer support is honestly useless.
Very bad experience. Instead of a happy and enjoyable moment for my mother's day, I ended up my day with so much of frustration and anger. I have waited for several hours and contacted their customer services for 5 times, but every time they came up with excuses for not delivering the flowers. At the end of they day as they indicated in the website at 7:00pm, due to their undelivered flowers, I have requested for refund via emails and live chat but no replies. I called all their stated phone numbers and all are dead like their services. They are nonsense and never recommend their services to anyone. SCAMMERS!
I have never written a bad review before. But I have to this time, so that other people will stay away from this company. I paid good money for a box of 28 fine chocolates for a friend's birthday in Sweden. But not only it was late which missed her birthday but also it was substituted with a very small bunch of white lily flowers and two pieces of chocolates without notifying me. I contacted their LiveChat but the agent seemed to be multi-tasking all the time as he only responded to my messages every 2 or 3 minutes. The agent told me to send an email to the customer service. I did. That was four days ago and I haven't heard back from them at all.
I am extremely disappointed with the product and service provided by this company. Will never order anything from them again.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! WOULD SUGGEST NO ONE TO ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE A SPAM! THEY DEDUCT YOUR MONEY AND NOTHING IS BEEN REACHED ANYWHERE. AND NO ONE HAS THE COURTESY TO REPLY ON THEIR SO CALLED LIVE CHAT!
I ordered box of chocolates for my friend in Northern Ireland, but it never arrived. I tried chasing GiftsnIdeas for a refund but it seems it is a scam, as it has no professional customer service but only someone who answer's on his mobile occasionally and then hangs up on you. AVOID!
Bad Service. Very Horrible! I will not recommend Giftsnideas if you wish to surprise someone to send a gift. They are not helpful and No Passion about the Service. Very Bad.
I'm actually more sad than angry. Due to the unprecedented and difficult situation in the world, we are dependent on the kindness and honesty of both individuals and companies.
My wonderful baby brother was admitted to a German hospital just last week, found out he had a brain tumour and underwent brain surgery! All by himself, no one next to him. We wanted to show some love and send flowers. Made a huge mistake and used giftnideas for next day delivery.
1) The flowers (with vase and chocolate) wa never delivered
2) Contacted chat support service as no phone number was valid (including overseas ones) - told will await confirmation from suppliers and I would be emailed
3) I wasn't emailed, my brother left hospital and still no flowers nor message from this scam company
4) Contacted them for refund & was told that recipient didn't not accept delivery. They could arrange new delivery date for additional 1/2 of the price.
Is this a joke? Are they sincerely convinced they will be able to continue to fool people?
I'm going to report them to Scamwatch and all websites I can find so one will have the same experience.
Shame on you! Taking people's money in vulnerable situations.
I ordered an Easter basket was told it would be delivered on Friday its Saturday night and still no delivery, cant reach them on the phone been emailing and texting them for 2 days and cant gets straight answer from them, horrible business, never again would I do business with this company even if they offered me something for free
We did get our cake and for the price i suppose it was reasonable and delivered during the virus outbreak son-it was good it arrived

I wanted to deliver a cake and some flowers to my wife for my wedding anniversary on the 6th of April. I clearly asked many times before placing the order on the 1st whether they could deliver it ON TIME where they insisted they could do it without fail. On the 5th night i receive an email saying they cannot deliver the cake and roses due to a suppliers' issue and happened to chat to this girl "PRESTY" on their help line and she's telling me that they can deliver it on the 22nd. (My weeding anniversary is on the 6th and they want to deliver the gift on 22nd) the $#*!tiest customer service $#*! i've spoken to.
I highly recommend not to even try this service for any of your gift deliveries.
I ordered from them super sweet snack basket gift and they sent the cheap price basket with 4-5 ingredients and charged me extra for shipping. Extremely disappointed. Looking forward to hear from you.
Purchased Ferrero Roche chocolates as a gift for anniversary. This company is joke! Charged a reasonable amount of money for what would of been a lovely gesture. To be disgusting and not worth the money that was paid. And didnt call the alternative numbers just throw the parcel over a 6.5ft high electric gate! Company should be ashamed to advertise items they look amazing and then when it gets delivered its looks nothing like product or quality, or quantity. Yet they pride themselves in being the only international gift delivery across 184 countries! Here is what I ordered. And how it was received. I was told I would have an email from them 24-48hrs after complaint started on 5th, I have had to chase them to find out and they are giving partial refund of 10% which is nothing compared to what I paid. This is disgusting!
My boyfriend has paid about $400 for products he did not order! Valentines baskets was supposed to contain totally different items and not cheap local products I get from a supermarket for $20. Inside the basket there were total of 10 items, including 2 snickers bars! Snickers for $400! None of these items was what we paid for! Phone numbers are of course disconnected, not replying to emails, reviews on Facebook are hidden. Customer service was supposed to be working 24/7! They're liars and scammers, should be fined and jailed! Why nobody takes actions to block these swindlers!? I attach 3 pictures, 2 are scans of what we ordered and the photo of what we actually got.
I have irdered for a valentines day gift though this $#*! company, which charged more than 50% of the price of the gift, saying that its special charges. #******* dated 13 feb 2020. The customer care is horrible and consists, a bunch of $#*!s, who are interested to play PubG or Mobile Legends. And Shane, Mary, Poorna, all are CSR and good for nothing. Lately, csr was asking me that the order will be processed on 17 or 18 of feb. The ever worst and utter floap company, please dont order anything with this company.
This is just a scam, I have bought some flowers a teddy and a cake and after I made the payment got 10 emails saying that I need to send some ID. So I did and was told everything was alright and would be sent for her to receive on Valentine's Day. On that day I contacted them to see if everything was alright and was told they could only deliver the flowers on that day. So I went to a different website and bought another flowers which after realise that is from the same supplier. When you try to contact them and you choose questions about an Item you bought there will be over an hour waiting but if you press you just want to ask something for an item you would like to buy they get back to you straight away. Not even sure if my girlfriend will receive anything. Stay away plus when talking to them they always change from one operator to a different one. This is the biggest scam people I have ever dealt with. Do not waste your money! Very disappointed with this and I am going to report them. Next time I know to do some research before buying something. My girlfriend friend is really mad luckily I took screen shots of everything to show her and when I am going to report them. Over ******* baht lost
Yes indeed, I also wonder how this fraud company is still running its scam business without being sued. I have recently ordered a birthday cake (USD. 79.95) but was not delivered on the date requested. However, two days later they bought a cheap cake from a nearby store close to the recipient address and delivered it, shamelessly, with the tag attached to it showing the price (USD. 18.99!) They sent me an email with a photo of the cake I ordered rather than the cheap one they actually delivered two days later.
Didn't deliver on the day requested even though we were assured on the phone that it would. Friends were "polite" about the little basket of "?" that they received. I am furious as cost a fortune.
Ordered a gift basket for a last working day of a colleague, 2 working days in advance. Received the e-mail confirmation, all looked good. Got a weird phone call at midnight the day before delivery, someone asking my full credit card details (which of course I didn't provide), whilst the gift was fully provide. The individual didn't identify them as being from this company, and was very rude. Eventually I understood they attempted to verify the delivery (which was already fully confirmed online, and paid).
Day of delivery, item did not arrive. Phone numbers of CS don't work. When I contacted through live chat I was told "the order is on it's way, and will be delivered soon". By 6 PM, still no delivery, and contacted again via live chat, and was told "it will not be delivered today, maybe tomorrow".
Of course outraged, and I demanded a refund. The live chat employee told me this would be processed within a week. Almost 3 weeks further now, still no refund. Every time I contact them, they come up with another excuse, and tell me the refund will take another week or so.
Have of course cancelled the transaction with my credit card company as well. However did want to share my experience, as nobody should use this company, it's an obvious scam.
Anyone that is scammed by these people, please file a complaint with BBB (consumer council) in Texas - https://dallas.app.bbb.org/, and through the online scam reporting platform https://www.econsumer.gov/en. You don't have to be from the US to complain, the company's head office is in the US, therefore the complaint will be reviewed by BBB. If multiple complaints come in, both econsumer and BBB can determine if they are indeed malpracticing, and would be able to file criminal charges against this scamming company.
We are Tristar International placed orders for 6 corporate hampers to be delivered to the Philippines only to be advised a day prior to the expected delivery date that the supplier does not have the hamper in stock. After multiple failed communications and delayed responses we finally heard back and were given options for substitute items (all of which unacceptable for the amount paid). We came to an agreement and were told delivery will be made the following day, however this was not the case and at this point deliveries were delayed by two weeks. When the deliveries were finally made it was split and two days apart, the contents were not those which were selected by us, most disappointing of all giftsnideas believed delivering two hampers in paper bags was considered acceptable we were embarrassed that the company's name was associated with these deliveries.
The organisation claims to operate on a corporate level and customers expect a certain level of trust, reliability and quality in both the products ordered and the service providedClearly they have failed us as paying customers.
The service provided was disappointing and unreliable! Avoid at all costs!
My first time experience with this website and the gift was not delivered on the day and constant follow ups resulted in only false promises. Obsolutely DONOT RECOMMEND this website.

Answer: They will never get back. Forget getting back to you, they will not even get back to you even if you keep poking them.
Answer: No communication. No email. They will just take a lot of your fucking money and just keep it with them. They will not reply to your msgs. Now will be they bothered to help you out. They are a bunch of scammers.
