Guys be careful!
This a fraud company. They collect money online and don't provide any service. They are based in India and claim to have offices in Europe & USA. All their contact numbers are inactive and even the customer agents' names are fake.
Check below my conversation with their customer agent Jawad claiming he's "Robert"

I ordered a cake for my brother and paid for the expedited shipping. The customer care is non existent. None of their phone numbers (listed on their website) are working and a couple of numbers are registered to other companies. Even the skype ids are non-responsive.

Their live chat is the only one that responds and starts ignoring your messages/requests/status updates once they figure out that they screwed up with your order.

Advice to anyone who's planning to consider them. Please call up their customer care numbers and check for yourself.

The amount of stress, and anxiety this has caused is totally unreasonable and unacceptable on any level. Not only did the order/delivery arrive 5 days late. But it is totally not even what was ordered and paid for online. There was no message or card on the cake. The bouquet of flowers, turn out to be one rose. Total Scam. Would not refund the money back. Complained to about 4 different ppl in the company about their Shiiiit service and nobody cares. If you want a totally disappointment, and you want to waste your money, and you want to pay for extra stress and anxiety go ahead and order from this site.

Please stay away from this site... its a scam. I ordered from this website and my order never got delivered... first i got delivery message so i asked that no its not delivered... they replied saying ohh we apologize it was delivered to wrong addresss. Second time again the same thing... and when i asked for my money back suddenly they disappeared... no reply on website chat and no reply on email as well.
Its fraud... they are just taking money...

I ordered a present for a relative and I was told that it would be delivered on time. The date and time of delivery came and went and no sign of the present. When I contacted them to complain they gave some pathetic excuse and offered me a better present and a refund of 20% on my original purchase as an apology for the inconvenience. My family member eventually received a basket full of fruit not at all what I was told he would received. After several emails and a month and half later, the matter of my 20% refund is still pending. They did not keep their word and the present was a complete disappointment. I will never order again and I cannot recommend it! Awful!

Worst service i order for 3 item for my 10th anniversary. Cake, Teddy /chocolates and Lindor chocolate.

After having the cake my son and wife got food poisoned. I should say block this site and sue the company.

I spent 81$ for Lindor chocolate, they sent cheap chocolates worth of 20$. I was sending email and calling them for a week. In the end tehy returned 23$.

Such a fraud company. I never recommend this site to any one. Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY

I ordered three gifts to be delivered to Malaysia for Mother's Day - placed the order two weeks ahead to avoid delay only to find the one of the gifts got delivered on time - the other two were no where to be seen. I have been calling and texting the customer service, and eventually the two gift baskets arrived 6 days late. As if that wasn't bad enough, the worst thing was none of the gift baskets looked anything like what I paid for - they were cheap and completely a scam! I called the customer services endlessly and was told to "give us 24 hours to sort this out", "my manager is not in", "please allow us some time", it is still no resolved and nobody would actually call back. It's the worst experience and I have been totally ripped off for the amount I paid (close to $200) and I swear the items got delivered would have cost less then $50!

I ordered Lovely cake (# *******) for my brother's 50th B'day. On the day of delivery I got a call and said can't send the cake as it is not available and they can send flowers. As no option available, I asked them to suggest something with more value to compensate the their fault. Then they send me a picture of a flower pot and a nice box of chocolates which said to be cost more than the cake. Finally my brother got flowers (not as good as they promised) and just 125g Lindt chocolate pack. Never go for this people..

I ordered for Mother's day but I thought it best to be on an earlier date which was May 11. Until today (7 days after) it has not been delivered but I got an email after complaining to an Indian guy with a California number who advised it will be refunded in 5-7 days! When I replied in the email, they just said they'll find a solution in 48 hrs like I didn't state I asked for a refund! Please find other websites that are reliable. I wish I read this sooner. I wasted a lot of time for nothing and even made an overseas call for NOTHING. Don't make the same mistake.
