This giftshop is a disaster! I ordered a christmas basket for my sister who lives in USA.
Where to start at...
First of all, the guy in the shop didn't write the exact delivery adress which I gave, so the UPS couldn't deliver the package bacause... they didn't know where to. How stupid and irresponsible you must be not to check if the adress on package is written correctly? Geezus!
Secondly, either way the gift couldn't be delivered on the date I chose. Maybe it happened due to weather conditions, maybe not, but in my case it had a hudge meaning so I got disapointed once again.
To make things worse, they didn't even add a note which was suppose to be attached to the basket I ordered. For God's sake, if I didn't finally tell my sis (yeah, I wanted to make a surprise) then she wouldn't even know that something was sent to her (she had to go to UPS office and pick the package herself) and from who.
Do not buy anything from these crooks!

Very poor service. They delivered the item 5 days late and refused to give a refund. There was no problem with address or anything else. Their customer service is non-existent as they keep repeating that no refund is possible. I would not shop here and look elsewhere.
I ordered and paid for a gift on the 2oth of Decemeber, i am still waiting for the gift to arrive 18 days later, the customer service people are not responding, for such a large compnay this is unacceotable i will never use them again, looks like i have lost my money

Bunch of lairs! I ordered a basket for my parents in Europe. They did not deliver on the day I wanted them to and what they delivered was not the same as pictured on their website. I contacted them to ask for refund since their website says satisfaction guarantee or your money back/replacement if you are not satisfied and first they told me it was normal not to deliver the same day and to have the gift different from what's described on the website.
Bunch of losers! The guys in India are useless, they hung up on my husband when he tried to talk to them...
Complete waste of time and money (I paid $90 for something that in Europe would cost $20)! Don't bother at all! You will be disappointed!

Giftanideas.com is fake website and fraud. I would like highly recommend NOT to order any gift. My personal experience with Giftsnidea is completely devasting.
I order gift for my friend in Germany from India. It cost $127. The Gift was never delievered. Stating the Address is incomplete so DPD courier co. Destory the gift. On top of this, they offered me 50% off on reshipment of the same good at the same address. Completely insane and i was shocked. NO REFUND, no one thr to answer your question or Query. India Support Center is insane. They have no clue whats going on. They have some local agent no information where they are located. As per the policy Express shipment should be sent via FedEx and they used DPD. I would like to file fraud case aganist them.

As per the information provided by our local agent, the couriers will destroy the shipment if it contains any perishable products. Since, this gift has flowers as well as chocolates, which are perishable, this gift was destroyed by the courier company.
However, we charge complete order value for reshipping a new order if the provided address is incorrect.
Since you are shopping for first time, as a sign of good gesture, we agreed to reship a new order for only half the price and we would be bearing the other 50% cost.
Please advise, if this is acceptable with you.

I ordered a Birthday gift basket from them. They didn't deliver it on time, all the support desks are in India and all of their "customer support agents" are useless!
Answer: I would contact your credit card company to dispute the charge
Answer: They will never get back. Forget getting back to you, they will not even get back to you even if you keep poking them.
Answer: No communication. No email. They will just take a lot of your fucking money and just keep it with them. They will not reply to your msgs. Now will be they bothered to help you out. They are a bunch of scammers.
Answer: Based on our experience, yes! They confirmed by phone it would be delived on the day but no.
