Avoid this site! I ordered a cake for a birthday present a week before the occassion and it was not delivered. Contacted customer service through email and chat and had several exchange responses that the address was incorrect when it was not. Spoke to them and said that they have attempted to deliver but the recipient was unavailable and when asked to reschedule, said that they could not deliver it asap as the place was far and if the recipeint could just pick it up in the city instead. Terrible! I could have just ordered someplace else that would really value their business and customer service. Did not hear from them anymore.]
After having placed my order, I received this mail from GiftsnIdeas. I complained, and they send me the stadard answer from Grace. I complained some more, and they promised me my money back within 6 days. Guess what? 1 year later - no money!

Up-date: March 3rd 2015 Having spend a lot of time chatting and e-mailing giftsnideas I still don't have the money. Usually they start by telling me that I got the money back ages ago, but after a while they find some brand new excuse why I still haven't gotten my money. Bottom line - 3 months, lots of contact, no money.
Up-date: February 2016: Still no money. But one year to the date after I stopped e-mailing them I start getting daily e-mail offers, like they think I must have forgotten about my money and the can con me again.

Horrible service. Told me they didn't have the cake I ordered but could send a substitute. Poor replacement that was half the cost when I looked on a the website they got it from. Poor presentation. Wish I had read the previous reviews. Emailed them and hope they give me back a partial refund

My sister finally got my order for her birthday, but I am very disappointed and very dissatisfied of the product because it was not the same as it was shown in the picture as I ordered. The boxes were not golden except they were cheap white boxes. It was not worth what I paid for. The boxes looks very cheap as well as the ribbon. If the boxes were cheap I'm pretty sure the Gourmet items where as cheap as the white boxes. I have already attempted to resolve this problem by contacting "Giftsnideas" several times via e-text in Facebook and e-mails and phone calls but no response. I already asked my Paypal account to look into my complain so I can get a refund for it was significantly not as described. If I can only rate zero star, but it will only accept 1 star. BUYER BEWARE! Reviews from people like us are very helpful.

They charged my credit card and never delivered the gift. I have tried to contact customer service and they only answer with standarized sentences. I have been asking for a refund for more than a month. Giftsnideas, basically, are thieves and they don´t care about customers.

Never trust this $#*!ing company, it's a cheater. I ordered a gift for my daughter's birthday in UK and the gift was never delivered. I called them many times to no avail, so I emailed to them demanding a refund. They tried to play with delaying tactic by saying that they needed time to check with their counter partners, to check with the department which dealing with delivery etc. and to my astonishment, not only they did not admit that the gift was not delivered, they asked my daughter to return the gift before they could make a refund. This is utterly nonsense! They did not deliver the gift and still have the gut to extort. I asked them to show the acknowledgment of recipient, they just keep silence until now... $#*!ing Giftnidea, go to hell!

DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE.
They are cheats. Their reviews must be fake and I contacted them numerous times and they kept asking for "time". 10 days after the order was meant to be ordered, I inquired again, and again, they asked for "time", then I got an email saying they were looking for an alternate supplier as there was a problem with their current one. Lord knows why it took my countless attempts to contact them to tell me this. Still no goods received. THEY ARE CHEATS AND LIARS. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.
Luckily I paid with visa and my wonderful RBC sent a dispute and issued a refund :)

Just want to echo everybody's else's sentiments. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING. Delivery not as promised. Live chat, just left with no response, so eventually you hang up. No response to emails. I am not even sure, where they are based, I can't get any info. They claim to be USA, but from the live chat I had, the quality of English would suggest those answering calls are certainly not in the USA. I am also wondering if the courier they supposedly used, LBCExpress, are one in the same-there website also offers "Live Chat", and don't respond to emails, either. Again can't find a postal address, to contact a MD or CEO. Crooks. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

Worst ever company. They are big fat cheaters. Don't ever order anything from here and waste your money. They dint deliver the product that I asked for which was actually overpriced at $80 but delivered a product which was just $15 worth. And it took them 2weeks to deliver that product. They are big time frauds. Please beware.

This is the worst site iv seen so far. They dont supply the gifts as per ur demand, they deliver the wrong gifts, n the worst part is the live chat available which is a ultimate crap. Awful service and still waiting for a refund a month later! I bought cupcakes and balloons for my cousins birthday... They arrived 4 days late... They are denying they were not delivered on time even thought florist that delivered them questioned the order as it stated deliver the 21st and this was now the 25th and I had requested a refund by the 23rd I have nothing but unhelpful emails saying on numerous occasions that they need 12 hours to sort this out and then I will be refunded and then totally denied that it was late in the first place... I was very disappointed with the service I got recently. I sent a gift to my family, not that they said the gift will get delayed, they couldn't give me an exact date of delivery. And amidst all my worries they deliver something which I did not select, where this was a gift basket, with a few good 10 items, they delivered only 4 and the delivered one did not look anything like what I saw on the web site! I will never order from them again, they did not promptly reply my complaints and queries thus I did not bother to call back and complain! I will not buy anything from them for sure!
