We used this service in early December to send a $150 gift basket to our staff overseas, over 15 emails later and the hamper was finally delivered to the office (Mall of Asia - not hard to find) - the hamper that arrived in no way resembled the one ordered, content, quality and presentation all bad.
Oh cant i give 0/5. Such a fraud website. Dont end up wasting your money. If you order something they will send something else which is very cheap then they wont give you a refund they will just substitute it. The worst place to send gifts.: (

I bought a basket of chocolates for slightly over 70$ to be delivered in China. The itinerary was supposed to include mostly Cadbury & Hersheys chocolates. Unfortunately absolutely none of these items or items the mentioned were there. The packaging also looked completely different. The personalised message was a fragment of two sentences.
The man delivering the goods seemed intoxicated, was quite rude and didn't know to find a common landmark in a popular region. Quite disappointed with the overall experience and wouldn't recommend anyone to spend such a large sum of money for a poorly delivered promise.

My brother ordered an wedding anniversary 3 lb White chocolate cheesecake for us on 18 jan 2015 to be delivered on 19 jan 2015. The total amount of cake is US$76.08 but after 4 days on 22 Jan 2015 a parcel was left at my doorstep without any knock containing 2 packs each of 475 grams Crofters Strawberry cheesecake from frozen foods from grocery stores, price of $7 each.
They don't respond to calls that are made to customer care or just hung up the calls and there is whole lot of waiting for live chat and no proper solution is provided.
There is no decency and sense of feelings attached to gifts that are being send from family.
Its high time you guys are playing with emotions and feelings of people, we as family show care and celebration through sending gifts and wishes if they are send on time or not the right thing. Shame on you people.

Placed order for delivery in Canada and after 8 days was not delivered.
Contacted customer services who eventually told me that it would be another 3-4 working days for delivery.
They will not inform you of any complaints procedures even though I asked 5 times in mails for these procedures.
THEY ALSO SENT ME A MAIL SAYING ITEMS WERE DELIVERED WHEN THIS WAS UNTRUE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF THEIVES.

Ordered a bottle of Champagne on 15.12.2014 for delivery on 23.12.2014. Money taken from my account 16.12.2014. Nothing delivered. It was a CHRISTMAS present for a friend who was recovering from Cancer. I emailed and was told it HAD been delivered, but they'd look into it.
Finally delivered on 06.01.2105. No Christmas greetings message. AND IT WASN'T CHAMPAGNE, I've emailed since. No apology. A few exchanges via the live chat and now NOTHING. Save your money and do not use this dreadful company 100% customer satisfaction my foot. Just so frustrating and disappointing.

I ordered a Christmas gift basket on 12/4/2014 for $69.95. This gift still has not been delivered as of 1/10/2015. I have contacted the company 3 times with no resolution of the problem. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I never received an initial delivery confirmation and the company has not produced proof of delivery as I have been told they would.

I too wish I had done some more research and read the reviews. It appears they do the same thing to everyone! They don't deliver on time, if at all and when they do it is to the wrong address. I have given them an ultimatum if they don't do as promised I'm demanding a refund, thank goodness I paid via paypal and didn't give this terrible site a credit card.
Their service is shocking as well, chat and phone. Don't bother seriously, just don't bother.

Ordered last december 23,2014 and now its jan. 6 2015 and not yet delivered.im afraid my teddy bear will look like worn out bear. This company is horrible. My experience was terrible and extremely frustrating. My order was not delivered in time even though I ordered well in advance. When I was trying to track, I was not able to get any kind of assistance or response even after multiple chat sessions, emails, phone calls. Eventually I had to have my overseas coworker call to check and after again numerous attempts, they were told the item I ordered was not available and they would get a replacement of equal or greater value. My package, which I paid $86+ for, intended for Christmas, came after New Years and what was in it? Small quantity of CHEAP chocolates that do not even total $15! RIDICULOUS AND UNBELIEVABLE. I will NEVER use this company again and would warn anyone else from using them!

I ordered a cake over a week in advance for a birthday, and just 3 days before delivery they say they can't deliver what I ordered and want to substitute (not even a cake). Tried using the live chat, and the operator (or bot) on the other end was extremely slow, said they would look into it but too more than half an hour with no results. Then they disconnected and when I tried to open a new chat window, it says "service is no longer available". I tried calling EVERY customer service number, and either it picks up with nobody on the other end or it says "customer service is not available, goodbye". Supposedly customer service is available 24/6 (meaning Sunday might not be available?). But it's Tuesday so that's not the reason. This company is terrible and should not be in business. I am stuck because it's too late to make other arrangements. STAY AWAY!

I have ordered something for a birthday, a week before the date.
They asked for "shipping date" instead of delivery date.
They MUST know when they do need to send out the shipment to be delivered on the requested day.
Customer don't know this.
They said they will send out the shipment on the day I requested (day I requested as a delivery day) and it will be delivered within 3-7 business days...
So they think the person who have a birthday and I expect to surprise him on his birthday will have to celebrate his birthday 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 days later, as per the giftnideas mood.
