Absolutely terrible service. I made such a big mistake ordering with giftsnideas. I had made two orders. One was delivered, but oh, it was so miserable and with the message written down in someone's ugly handwriting. As for the other one, to the US, it never got delivered. Everytime I tried to get in touch with a customer service rep, they would tell me to wait 24 hours so they can check with their local florist. Waiting 24 hours often means I lose the opportunity to wish a loved one on their birthday which defeats the entire purpose of ordering a gift through them. Today I tried to check again and ran into fresh obstacles. When I told the customer rep my grievance, she decided she was not in the mood to listen to an upset customer and left the live chat. This happened twice. This is rather annoying and I am trying really hard to get a refund - which seems near impossible. Give this service a miss!
I don't know why I didn't check reviews before I bought from these $#*!s, as I usually do. I only checked them after the purchase. I contacted the live customer support and was told it would be delivered by 7pm - recipient's time... 7pm came and left, the parcel was not delivered. It was a birthday gift for my girlfriend. I contacted the live customer support and told some guy called Chris Burns or some $%^& about all the bad reviews, and hope he would spend my stolen money on medicine. What goes around comes around eventually... I won't be making the same mistake twice. Luckily I always pay with paypal so I won't need to worry about card details... I don't know why and how this site is still up, can't it be reported and brought down?... Please avoid
I read the reviews only after I had already placed the order and gave up hope of the gifts getting to their destination or a refund. Perhaps after all the negative feedback the company is making an effort and I happened to be lucky enough to be part of that effort.The gifts arrived at the right address when they were supposed to, in perfect condition.The recipient is absolutely delighted. I thank the company and hope they keep up their efforts to provide the excellent service they provided me. I have deducted one star for their difficult-to-navigate website and a rude staff member who closed the chat window before answering all my questions. Otherwise very happy with everything.
My daughter order a gift for her sister's birthday in Sydney, Australia. It never got there! Their excuse? It was canceled "by the system". Very bad service in my books. They t told me, because I call them, and that was after being waiting three days for the delivery, THAT WAS, because I was with my daughter in Sydney at the time and my other daughter call me to be aware that there was something coming in case her sister was not home. I had this problem before when the delivery was not done on time. I'm sorry but they suck! And I never buy anything from them again...
I placed an order for next day delivery a box of chocolates. But never received a confirmation about delivery. When I checked with the customer service after two days confirmed "successfully delivered" on this basis I didn't bother to check with recipient.
After 1 week I checked with recipient, to my utter disappointment I learnt that the order was never delivered.
Despite this I again checked with customer service, but they say "satisfactorily delivered" but they were unable to provide any proof of delivery.

I used my bank debit card to pay for my item that I purchased from Gifts n Ideas. My bank just credited my account for the item that I never received but was charged by the fraudulent company. I now just received an email from Gifts n Ideas wanting me to help them out by disputing the charge back withdrawing the charge since my bank is investigating the incident. I can't believe this company has the audacity to still try and rip me off!

I ordered a chocolate cake to be delivered 4 days later. The day after, someone called me and sent me an email, to inform me that they don't have that cake and propose me to replace it with a brownie cake. I said ok, little disappointed but at least, the service was good, they quickly informed me.
One day before the delivering date, i receive an email saying that the gift has been delivered successfully. I was surprise, but doubtful because the recipient didn't contacted me to say me thank you.
The day after the theorical delivery date, i ask the recipient if she received something; she said me no. So i contact customer service. Here is the answer:
"We have checked with our concerned team and they have confirmed that the order has already been delivered. Please check the confirmation below and check with the recipient regarding this and get back to us if there are any issues. Pleased to inform you that your order has been successfully delivered."
I immediately send another email, to say them that she really didn't received anything. Here is the reply:
"We are checking with our concerned department about the proof of delivery. Please provide us 24 hrs of time so that we can update you complete information of the order."
Around 24 hours later, the recipient has finally received the brownie cake. I haven't seen the cake, but it seems that there was very few.
After that, I haven't received any apology message regarding the mendacious emails and the late delivery (and obviously no refund or any goodwill gesture).
Conclusion: To avoid any kind of problems, DON'T BUY ANYTHING ON GIFTNIDEAS.COM!

I would rather flush my money down the toilet - LITERALLY - then give them my service or money! They are scammers and thieves. I have never bothered taking the time to write a review for any company -ever. But this "company" infuriates me so much that I need to warn everyone I can reach about them. They didn't deliver what I ordered, are impossible to get it touch with- I am actually talking to a customer service agent on live chat right now that is refusing my request to speak to anyone on the phone. The number goes to a voicemail no one ever answers. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! I didn't get a refund and I never got my order. If I could give them negative stars I would.

If i see these guys in real life i will hurt them real bad. My fiance is angry with me cause i didnt send her a birthday cake thanks to these Bas****s. It was meant to be delivered on the 13th but its 15th today and when i call their num its not recognised and when i go to live chat a couple of d***s named john morrison and cynthia davis just dodge my queries and say they ll get back to me and they never do.

Horrible company and services. Does not worth a star. My boyfriend placed on an order a week before V-day to surprise me on Feb 14 and the gift NEVER arrives!
He had to be on live chat with them for so many freaking times the last couple of weeks only to receive the same answer that the package is delivered (?) $#*!ed people. No refund.

Placed an order on 9/2 for delivery on 14/2. Was not delivered. Tried to phone the company - no answer - left a message - did not get a reply. Tried again the following day - no answer. Used the live chat on 17/2 and was advised I would be contacted the next day with an update. Did not get this response. 19/2 still no delivery and used the live chat function. Advised they need to contact the local partners (what have they been doing for the last 2 days) and I will get a reply within 12 hours... lets see what happens!

They don't deserve stars. I book an order on 11th Feb. For delivery on 14th Feb. After payment i got confirmation that my order has been processed but never got delivery statues. In frustration i called all their customer care on 14th feb. But no one answered, I wrote e-mail for non-delivery and refund but they said as per their record local representative has already delivered. That was the only response and till date i m following up with no response from their side, i don't know what to do now... they never receive calls or respond to your e-mail. Looks like cheater. Please never ever order anything on this site... you will be cheated.

One star is too much for this company! Stay the F@#$ away from this company! They promised delivery on 14th of FEB, yet they didnt. They disregarded all my follow up emails. When i tried to live chat with one of their customer service agents, she told me she is following up on my order without even asking me about my orders numbers! Then she left me with over 5 typed questions, unanswered, and left the chat! Despite all my emails requesting for refund, no one bothers to reply! THIS IS THE WORST SCAM I HAVE EVER FELL FOR!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Spent $92 on Christmas gift which was never delivered. They haven't replied to my mails, calls. I contacted the better business bureau and they didn't respond to them either. Stay Away!

Answer: They will never get back. Forget getting back to you, they will not even get back to you even if you keep poking them.
Answer: No communication. No email. They will just take a lot of your fucking money and just keep it with them. They will not reply to your msgs. Now will be they bothered to help you out. They are a bunch of scammers.
