Not much more to say beyond the title of this post. When booking a room one looks for good price, good value, ease of reserving and flexibility in case plans change. This site met all of the above requirements.

I waited over 10 minutes on hold and even called back and waited another +10. Finally called back and clicked on pre pay and someone picked up immediately.
Found price on trip advisor... it was almost half of all the other published rates. And only took one click to book

There are many sites to choose from. The site was efficient and easy to navigate. Instructions were direct and understandable!
There is no way to modify the reservations, the customer service is rude, the actual hotel staff have tried calling the site customer service to ask them to change the reservation or help the customer and they are still not willing. The actual reservation has not gone through to the hotel and I was told there was no way to know when the reservation would show up in the hotel's system, yet they are still going to charge me a fee for canceling if I do not cancel (before my reservation even exists to the hotel). I've used many sites before that were all super easy to use and cheap and had great customer service... I've never been more disappointed.
I will recommend to anyone I've been searching for weeks for a room and once I found you're company I'm all set with others.
On may trips, a warm hot hub can bring relief to a long day. Unfortunately, theirs was not working. Otherwise, the room was nice and spacious.
I made a Mistake when trying to book 6 rooms and was unable to cancel and reorder.
I would never recommend this site to anyone nor will i ever use it again, people make mistake and should be punished!
We are travelling with another couple. They booked a room and the order was processed immediately. Our order was taking a very long time to process, over 15 minutes and still not done, so I entered my request a second time. This order processing was taking a long time as well and eventually I received 2 confirmations. I cancelled the first one and received confirmation of this immediately.
I had an issue with a booking and upper management helped resolve the situation.
I appreciated their promptness and graceful resolution.

Answer: They are not ethical. For me, they used a website that appeared to be the actual hotel website, did not identify themselves when they should have, and did not mention booking fees while they charged a 30 percent booking fee for a room that was its normal price. They were supposed to cancel charges on my credit card and did not. STAY AWAY!
Answer: They are a site attached to Trip Advisor---- if you see them on screen while trying to book a room-- hit cancel. I'm out over $150 because of their fraudulent cancellation policy.
Answer: Thought I was booking on the actual hotel sight but was deceived in as much as it was Getaroom. Talked to someone else also staying at this hotel at the same for about a third less. Called them right back and had already charged my card and it would be up to 3 weeks to refund. That's about what it took but did get refund. Then checked reviews and no one had anything good to say about getaroom. Go straight to hotel sight of one you know and trust or stick with something like Travelocity.
Answer: I'm definitely in. There's something very deceptive, if not illegal, when you start off on a hotel's website and when you click Make a Reservation, it somehow transfers you to the GetARoom site without your knowledge. I had no idea this was done until I received their email confirmation. I'm thinking of contacting my state's Consumer Protection Div. Of the AG's Office to file a complaint when I get back from vacation.

Answer: Wow. This is one bad company. Made a reservation and then needed to cancel. They gave cancel date all along. I called to cancel on that date and was told that date was only for 1 minute of date they told me. I was supposed to forfeit one night's cost. Luckily I made reservation on AMEX and they'll tell this fraud company to get lost. Moral of the story: make reservations through hotel.
