Fantastic service and product!

They kept me up to date on the entire process. I plugged it in and programmed the theft system (perfectly normal for this application) and the car worked perfectly. An extra thanks to Miguel P for the follow up call. This is a great company and I will use them again!

Product didn't work as expected

The computer was install but it didn't start with the original key even after following the instructions it still didn't work customer service bad experience

Excellent service from the beginning

From start to finish I had a wonderful experience ordering the replacement ECU for my 30+ year old Honda. It arrived in a few quick days and worked right away! Now I can get back to enjoying driving and working on my lifelong project. Can't give enough thanks and gratitude to this company for all they do!

Customer service

I am, very pleased with and appreciate the customer service. I ordered a computer for my F150. I thought they I had ordered the right one. Turns out that I did not. I received an email and phone call to discuss options. I was able to get the correct part done with the help of Rachel R. She was so kind and helpful. Explained everything and I was able to pay the $20 difference over the phone. The email updates are also a huge plus for me!

1995 Ford F350

Flagship 0ne 100% top notch. USPS 25%. You should warn the purchaser that a signature is required for delivery. The USPS rep, left an unable to deliver note. I went on line and rescheduled deliver and received confirmation that the package would be delivered the next day. Two days later still no package. I was referred to the wrong post office initially and once I got to the correct location, my package was misplaced and could not be located. It took an extra 4 days for the package to be found. And only after I went to the second post office and went through the experience of answering questions several times so the staff would keep looking.

Computer works fine as far as I can tell. I am in the process of getting my truck thru SMOG certification.

Overall, the experience of purchasing a rebuilt PCM was very satisfying. The shipping was very fast and emails were sent throughout the entire process from order to delivery. The PCM came programmed to my vehicle only requiring me to program my keys to the PCM which was done using the free software extended license from Forscan and OBDLink cable. I was having trouble with the engine stalling due to intermittent signal loss from the PCM to the fuel pump controller. The rebuilt and programmed PCM solved this issue.

My experience on the road.

I have installed the computer weeks ago and driving my car for awhile to see if any malfunctions or other issues with the computer.
On 01/******* my electrical system started to malfunction and my car went into a reduction of power mode. I reset the computer by disconnecting and connecting the battery cable, evrything returned to normal for about 30 minutes then it hapeened again. I had to reinstall my old computer.

Ecm replacement

I will say this with flagship 1 that it has the best customer service in this industry I have ever come across! They not only are there 24/7 but they call you right back after calling and they go above and beyond to make sure that you are satisfied on all corners. I was replacing a ecm in my 2011 toyota sequoia and it came faster than there estimated time of delivery and they even send you an email to see if there product was ok and fixed your problems! I will from now on recommend them for any computer/ ecm, pcm replacement! Thank you guys so much for such great customer service and products A++ in my books keep it up!

Great customer service

Worked through an issue with Prince and he was great. Their chat customer support resource is excellent. I usually avoid support chat but FS1 has it down to a science with a responsiveness and lightning quick help through an actual person on the other side. Today, the other person was Prince and he was so helpful.

I placed the order on line. They called me to reconfirm my vin number. A few days later, they notified me it had shipped. A couple days after that, it arrived at my house. Shortly thereafter, I installed it and it works perfectly.
